The Brazilian agriculture activities have consumed about 288,000 tons of pesticides per year conditioned in about 107,000,000 packing with weight of approximately 23,000 tons. The discharge of empty plastic packing of pesticides can be an environmental concern causing problems to human health, animals, and plants if done without inspection and monitoring. The objective of this work is to study the ionizing radiation effect in the main pesticides used in Brazil for plastic packing decontamination. Among the commercial pesticides, chlorpyrifos has significant importance because of its wide distribution and extensive use and persistence. The radiation-induced degradation of chlorpyrifos in liquid samples and in polyethylene pack was studied by gamma radiolysis. Packing of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) three layer coextruded, named COEX, contaminated with chlorpyrifos, were irradiated using both a multipurpose Co-60 gamma irradiator and a gamma source with 5000 Ci total activity Gamma cell type. The chemical analysis of the chlorpyrifos was made using a gas chromatography associated to the Mass Spectrometry—GCMS from Shimadzu Model QP 5000. Gamma radiation was efficient for removing chlorpyrifos from the plastic packing, in all studied cases.  相似文献

A reversible cyclic voltammogram for the one-electron reduction of ferrocene in 1,2-dimethoxyethane is recorded under experimental conditions that enable the ferrocene anion to exist for a few minutes. The formal rate constant of the ferrocene0/? electrode, determined by cyclic voltammetry at ?45°C, ca. 10?3 cm s?1, is in striking contrast with that of ferrocene+/0, > 10?1 cm s?1. The distortion of the ferrocene molecule caused by reduction may be a reason for this difference in electron-transfer rate.  相似文献

The extraction of palladium(II) with chloroform in the presence of PHPA and chloride ions is described. The extracted species has an absorption maximum at 627 nm, and Beer's law is obeyed over the range 10–200 μg of palladium. The molar absorptivity is 4.90·103 l mol?1 cm?1 at 627 nm. The 1:1:1 Pd(PHPA)-Cl complex is extracted from aqueous solution. The effect of foreign ions on the determination of palladium(II) is examined.  相似文献

Three new terpyridine-based dinuclear complexes, [(tpy)Ru(azotpy)Ru(tpy)]4+ (tpy = 2,2':6',2'-terpyridine, azotpy = bis[2,6-bis(2-pyridyl)-4-pyridyl]diazene), [(tpy)Os(azotpy)Os(tpy)]4+, and [(tpy)Ru(azotpy)Os(tpy)]4+ were prepared and their electrochemical and photophysical properties investigated. The bridging ligand, azotpy, in these complexes is reduced at less negative potentials than the unsubstituted tpy ligand. These complexes exhibit absorption bands due to the metal-to-ligand charge-transfer transitions both to the unsubstituted tpy ligand and the bridging azotpy ligand, the latter absorption being observed at the lower energy side of the former. These observations are consistent with the lower lying pi* level of the azotpy ligand than that of the tpy ligand. These complexes are nonluminescent, since the excited electron is trapped in this lower lying pi* level of the azotpy ligand in the excited state. Reduction of this bridging ligand by constant potential electrolysis renders the shape of absorption spectra for these complexes nearly identical to those of the parent complexes, [M(tpy)2]2+ (M = Ru, Os). In this reduced state, the homodinuclear Os complex becomes luminescent at room temperature, whereas the homodinuclear Ru complex becomes luminescent at 77 K, thus establishing their photoswitching behavior. The reduced heterodinuclear complex exhibits luminescence from the Os center, which is sensitized by the Ru center in the same molecule as evidenced by the excitation spectra. Thus, the intramolecular energy transfer can be switched on and off by the redox reaction of the bridging component.  相似文献

The reaction of 5-hydrazinopyridazin-3(2H)-ones 1 with α-keto diester 2 in acetic acid afforded the corresponding 4,6-dihydropyridazino[4,5-c]pyridazin-5(1H)-ones 3 and pyrrolo[2,3-d)pyridazin-4(5H)-ones 4 . Compounds 3 were also obtained from 4-bromo-5-hydrazinopyridazin-3(2H)-ones 8 and 2 under milder conditions. 5-Bromo-4-hydrazinopyridazin-3(2H)-one 9 , the regioisomer of 8b , also reacted readily with 2a to give 4,7-dihydropyridazino[4,5-c]pyridazin-8(1H)-one 10b , the regioisomer of 3b .  相似文献

Two new ditopic ligands, 5,5"-azobis(2,2'-bipyridine) (5,5"-azo) and 5,5"-azoxybis(2,2'-bipyridine) (5,5"-azoxy), were prepared by the reduction of nitro precursors. Mononuclear and dinuclear Ru(II) complexes having one of these bridging ligands and 2,2'-bipyridine terminal ligands were also prepared, and their properties were compared with previously reported Ru(II) complexes having 4,4"-azobis(2,2'-bipyridine) (4,4"-azo). The X-ray crystal structure showed that 5,5"-azo adopts the trans conformation and a planar rodlike shape. The X-ray crystal structure of [(bpy)(2)Ru(5,5"-azo)Ru(bpy)(2)](PF(6))(4) (Ru(5,5"-azo)Ru) showed that the bridging ligand is in the trans conformation and nearly planar also in the complex and the metal-to-metal distance is 10.0 A. The azo or azoxy ligand in these complexes exhibits reduction processes at less negative potentials than the terminal bpy's due to the low-lying pi level. The electronic absorption spectra for the complexes having 5,5"-azo or 5,5"-azoxy exhibit an extended low-energy metal-to-ligand charge-transfer absorption. The ligands, 5,5"-azo and 5,5"-azoxy, and the mononuclear complex, [(bpy)(2)Ru(5,5"-azo)](2+), isomerize reversibly upon light irradiation. The low-energy MLCT state sensitizes the isomerization of the azo moiety in this complex. While [(bpy)(2)Ru(4,4"-azo)Ru(bpy)(2)](PF(6))(4) exhibits light switch properties, namely, significant electrochromism and a large luminescence enhancement, upon reduction, Ru(5,5"-azo)Ru does not show these properties. The radical anion formation upon reduction of these complexes has been confirmed by ESR spectroscopy.  相似文献

New five seven-membered vibsane-type diterpenes named 5-epi-vibsanin C, 5-epi-vibsanin H, 5-epi-vibsanin K, 18-O-methyl-5-epi-vibsanin K and 5-epi-vibsanin E have been isolated from the leaves of Viburnum awabuki (Caplifoliaceae). Their structures have been elucidated by analyses of spectroscopic data and comparison of their spectral data with those of the previously known seven-membered vibsane-type diterpenes. The occurrence of these seven-membered vibsane-type diterpenes with a cis relationship on the C-5 and C-10 positions in nature have been predicted by conformational analysis of vibsanin B, an eleven-membered vibsane-type diterpene. Vibsanin C, 5-epi-vibsanin C and 5-epi-vibsanin H exhibited moderate cytotoxic activities on KB cells.  相似文献

A high-powered, microwave-induced nitrogen–oxygen plasma (N2–O2–MIP) generated by using an Okamoto cavity at atmospheric pressure was investigated when the observation height, the flow rate of carrier gas, and the oxygen content were varied as the experimental parameters. The emission characteristics of the plasma were evaluated with regard to the excitation temperature and the intensity ratio of atomic line to ionic line. The excitation temperature of the N2–O2–MIP was in the range of 5100–5700 K when the oxygen content was varied from 0 to 30% at the observation height of 7 mm and the carrier gas flow rate of 0.6 l/min. The intensity ratio of atomic line to ionic line was elevated with an increase in the oxygen content.  相似文献

The syntheses and electrooptic properties of a new family of nonlinear optical chromophores are reported. These species feature an ethyne-elaborated, highly polarizable porphyrinic component and metal polypyridyl complexes that serve as integral donor and acceptor elements. Examples of this structural motif include ruthenium(II) [5-(4'-ethynyl-(2,2';6',2' '-terpyridinyl))-10,20-bis(2',6'-bis(3,3-dimethyl-1-butyloxy)phenyl)porphinato]zinc(II)-(2,2';6',2' '-terpyridine)(2+) bis-hexafluorophosphate (Ru-PZn); osmium(II) [5-(4'-ethynyl-(2,2';6',2'-terpyridinyl))-10,20-bis(2',6'-bis(3,3-dimethyl-1-butyloxy)phenyl)porphinato]zinc(II)-(2,2';6',2'-terpyridine)(2+) bis-hexafluorophosphate (Os-PZn); ruthenium(II) [5-(4'-ethynyl-(2,2';6',2'-terpyridinyl))-15-(4'-nitrophenyl)ethynyl-10,20-bis(2',6'-bis(3,3-dimethyl-1-butyloxy)phen-yl)porphinato]zinc(II)-(2,2';6',2' '-terpyridine)(2+) bis-hexafluorophosphate (Ru-PZn-A); osmium(II) [5-(4'-ethynyl-(2,2';6',2' '-terpyridinyl))-15-(4'-nitrophenyl)ethynyl-10,20-bis(2',6'-bis(3,3-dimethyl-1-butyloxy)phenyl)porphinato]zinc(II)-(2,2';6',2' '-terpyridine)(2+) bis-hexafluorophosphate (Os-PZn-A); and ruthenium(II) [5-(4'-ethynyl-(2,2';6',2' '-terpyridinyl))osmium(II)-15-(4'-ethynyl-(2,2';6',2'-terpyridinyl))-10,20-bis (2',6'-bis(3,3-dimethyl-1-butyloxy)phenyl)porphinato]zinc(II)-bis(2,2';6',2'-terpyridine)(4+) tetrakis-hexafluorophosphate (Ru-PZn-Os). The frequency dependence of the dynamic hyperpolarizability of these compounds was determined from hyperRayleigh light scattering (HRS) measurements carried out at fundamental incident irradiation wavelengths (lambda(inc)) of 800, 1064, and 1300 nm. These data show that (i) coupled oscillator photophysics and metal-mediated cross-coupling can be exploited to elaborate high beta(0) supermolecules that exhibit significant excited-state electronic communication between their respective pigment building blocks; (ii) high-stability metal polypyridyl compounds constitute an attractive alternative to electron releasing dialkyl- and diarylamino groups, the most commonly used donor moieties in a wide range of established nonlinear optical dyes; (iii) this design strategy enables ready elaboration of chromophores having extraordinarily large dynamic hyperpolarizabilities (beta(lambda) values) at telecommunication relevant wavelengths; and (iv) porphyrin B- and Q-state-derived static hyperpolarizabilities (beta(0) values) can be designed to have the same or opposite sign in these species, thus providing a new means to regulate the magnitude of lambda(inc)-specific dynamic hyperpolarizabilities.  相似文献
