Generation of scratches on surface of m‐plane GaN substrates due to polishing was studied by atomic force microscopy (AFM). For epi‐ready substrates AFM images confirm a flat surface with the atomic step roughness while a lot of scratches are visible in AFM images for partially polished GaN substrates. The Fourier analysis of AFM images show that scratches propagate easier along {c‐plane} and {a‐plane} directions on m‐plane GaN surface. This observation is an evidence of anisotropy of mechanical properties of GaN crystals in the micro‐scale. This anisotropy is directly correlated with the symmetry and atomic arrangement of m‐plane GaN.  相似文献

The mechanism of copper‐mediated Sonogashira couplings (so‐called Stephens–Castro and Miura couplings) is not well understood and lacks clear comprehension. In this work, the reactivity of a well‐defined aryl‐CuIII species ( 1 ) with p‐R‐phenylacetylenes (R=NO2, CF3, H) is reported and it is found that facile reductive elimination from a putative aryl‐CuIII‐acetylide species occurs at room temperature to afford the Caryl?Csp coupling species ( IR ), which in turn undergo an intramolecular reorganisation to afford final heterocyclic products containing 2H‐isoindole ( P , P , PHa ) or 1,2‐dihydroisoquinoline ( PHb ) substructures. Density Functional Theory (DFT) studies support the postulated reductive elimination pathway that leads to the formation of C?Csp bonds and provide the clue to understand the divergent intramolecular reorganisation when p‐H‐phenylacetylene is used. Mechanistic insights and the very mild experimental conditions to effect Caryl?Csp coupling in these model systems provide important insights for developing milder copper‐catalysed Caryl?Csp coupling reactions with standard substrates in the future.  相似文献

Three new complexes with ligands belong to the fluoroquinolone class having the general formula [RuL2Cl2]Cl nH2O ((1) L: norfloxacin (nf), n = 4; (2) L: ciprofloxacin (cp), n = 3; (3) L: enrofloxacin (enro), n = 5) were synthesized and characterized by chemical analysis UV–Vis and IR spectroscopy. In all complexes fluoroquinolone derivative acts as bidentate chelate ligand. The thermal behavior steps were investigated in synthetic air flow. The thermal transformations are complex processes according to TG and DTG curves including dehydration, quinolone derivative degradation, as well as RuCl3 conversion in RuO2.  相似文献

Research on the chemical composition of fossil resins has evolved during the last decades as a multidisciplinary field and is strongly oriented toward the correlation with their geological and botanical origin. Various extraction procedures and chromatographic techniques have been used together for identifying the volatile compounds contained in the fossil resin matrix. Hyphenation between thermal desorption (TD), gas chromatography (GC) and mass spectrometry detection (MS) has been chosen to investigate the volatile compounds fraction from ambers with a focus on Romanite (Romanian amber) and Baltic amber species. A data analysis procedure was developed for the main purpose of fingerprinting ambers based on the MS identity of the peaks generated by the volatile fraction, together with their relative percentual area within the chromatogram. Chromatographic data analysis was based entirely on Automated Mass Spectral Deconvolution & Identification System (AMDIS) software to produce deconvoluted mass spectra which were used to build-up a mixed mass spectra and relative retention scale library. Multivariate data analysis was further applied on AMDIS results with successful discrimination between Romanite and Baltic ambers. A special trial was conducted to generate pyrolysis “like” macromolecular structure breakdown to volatile compounds by gamma irradiation with a high absorbed dose of 500 kGy. Contrary to our expectations the volatile fraction fingerprints were not modified after irradiation experiments. A complementary non-destructive new approach by ESR spectroscopy was also proposed for discriminating between Romanite and Baltic ambers.  相似文献

A simple proton-selective α/β-HSQMBC experiment is proposed for the accurate measurement of long-range proton-carbon coupling constants (nJCH) in small molecules without need for an individualized and time-consuming post-processing fitting procedure. The method acquires two pure-phase In-phase (IP) and Anti-phase (AP) multiplets completely free of any phase distortion due to the absence of JHH evolution. Accurate nJCH values can be directly measured analyzing the relative displacement of the resulting IPAP cross-peaks. Discussion about signal intensity dependence and cross-talk is made for a range of experimental conditions. The robustness of the method is evaluated by comparing the nJCH value measured from the analysis of the three available IP, AP and IPAP multiplet patterns. Multiple-frequency and region-selective versions of the method can also be efficiently recorded provided that excited protons are not mutually coupled.  相似文献

In this paper, we deal with the generation of bundles of loads to be submitted by carriers participating in combinatorial auctions in the context of long-haul full truckload transportation services. We develop a probabilistic optimization model that integrates the bid generation and pricing problems together with the routing of the carrier’s fleet. We propose two heuristic procedures that enable us to solve models with up to 400 auctioned loads.  相似文献
