Synthesis of micron-sized hollow silica spheres with a novel mesoporous shell of MCF

Micron-sized hollow silica spheres whose shells are made up of mesocellular silica foams(MCFs) have been synthesized by one-pot sol-gel method in benzene/water/P123 emulsion.The material is characterized with SEM,TEM,BET and ~(29)Si MAS NMR. A new biflavonoid from Selaginella labordei Hieron.ex Christ

A new biflavonoid,2,3-dihydro-5,5″,7,7″,4′-pentahydroxy-6,6″-dimethyl-[3′-O-4′″]-biflavone 1 and two known biflavonoids 2,3″-dihydroochnaflavone 2 and 2″,3″-dihydro-3′,3′″-biapigenin 3 were isolated from the herb of Selaginella labordei Hieron.ex Christ.Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods.

Spectral Characteristics of LiSrBO3：Tb^3＋ Green Phosphor

LiSrBO3:Tb3+ green phosphor was synthesized by means of a solid state reaction and its spectral characteristics were studied. The emission spectrum of LiSrBO3:Tb3+ consists of four major bands at 486, 544, 595 and 620 nm under the excitation of near ultraviolet irradiation, which are originated from the 5D4→7F6, 5D4→7F5, 5D4→7F4 and 5D4→7F3 characteristic transitions of Tb3+, respectively. 胶束催化2-氯乙基苯的氯甲基化

采用胶束催化,在油水两相体系中,进行了2-氯乙基苯的氯甲基化反应．通过比较阴离子、阳离子和非离子三种类型表面活性剂的催化效果,探索了2-氯乙基苯氯甲基化反应的机理及胶束催化的作用机理．研究结果表明,胶束催化是实现2-氯乙基苯氯甲基化的有效途径,且阳离子表面活性剂胶束催化的效果最为显著,阳离子表面活性剂的疏水链越长,其催化性能越好;在水相中加入无机电解质,能显著促进胶束催化作用．     

一种新型设计肽作为药物载体的潜在应用研究

目前有大量关于全程电荷匹配设计肽的应用的研究,但是关于半程电荷匹配设计肽作为药物的应用研究却未见报道.本文对新型设计的半程电荷匹配肽P9（AC-Pro-Ser-Phe-Asn-Phe-Lys-Phe-Glu-Pro-NH2）的研究发现,P9可以成功地将作为疏水药物模型的芘稳定悬浮于水溶液中.大豆卵磷脂微囊被用以模拟细胞膜.荧光数据显示芘可以借助P9的包埋作用以晶体状态存在于水溶液中.并且当包埋体加入到脂质体微囊体系中时,芘可以从P9的包埋体系中以分子形态释放到膜的脂质层内.实验发现当包埋于芘上的P9较多,包埋壁较厚,芘的释放速度相对变缓.我们可以利用这一特性,通过调节加入的P9的浓度来控制包埋于芘上P9的厚度,从而控制芘的释放速率.研究表明,具有半程电荷匹配性质的P9肽可以作为运载疏水药物的载体.
