The alkylation of C−H bonds (hydroarylation) in aromatic amides with non-activated 1-alkenes using a rhodium catalyst and assisted by an 8-aminoquinoline directing group is reported. The addition of a carboxylic acid is crucial for the success of this reaction. The results of deuterium-labeling experiments indicate that one of deuterium atoms in the alkene is missing, suggesting that the reaction does not proceed through the commonly accepted mechanism for C−H alkylation reactions. Instead the reaction is proposed to proceed through a carbene mechanism. The carbene mechanism is also supported by preliminary DFT calculations.  相似文献

Conventional methods for the construction of dehydroamino acids (ΔAAs), which are a unique class of non-proteinogenic amino acids, require the pre-installation of special amino acids. Herein, we report and demonstrate the practical utility of an N-chloropeptide strategy for the rapid construction of ΔAA-containing peptides. The electrophilic N-chlorination of peptide bonds is drastically accelerated by a catalytic amount of quinuclidine (ABCO), and the subsequent β-elimination of N-chloroamide efficiently provides ΔAA-containing peptides in high yield. The strategy enables, for the first time, the construction of a wide variety of ΔAA residues in peptides without any pre-functionalized side chains and facilitates the late-stage installation of ΔAA motifs into already-constructed oligopeptides, including a medicinally important macrocyclic peptide.  相似文献

Two new polyketides, (5R,7R,9R)-7,9-dihydroxy-5-decanolide and (4E,6R,9R)- 6,9-dihydroxydec-4-enoic acid (2), were isolated from rice cultures of Cylindrocarpon sp. SY-39 discovered during screening of driftwood at a Shonai coast area in Yamagata, Japan. The structures of 1 and 2 were determined using a variety of spectroscopic methods. Compound 2 exhibited moderate antimicrobial activity against Staphylococcus aureus NBRC 13276 and Aspergillus clavatus F 318a at a concentration of 50 μg per disk.  相似文献

FePt nanoparticles of uniform sizes, compositions, and crystal structures can be obtained by chemical synthesis. Additionally, the nanoparticles can be well dispersed by the adsorption of a surfactant on the nanoparticle surface. Previously, the immobilization of FePt nanoparticles on a thermal oxide Si substrate was carried out by chemical synthesis, utilizing the Pt-S bonding between the -SH functional group in (3-mercaptopropyl)trimethoxysilane, MPTMS and Pt in FePt nanoparticles. However, controlling FePt nanoparticle arrays by this synthesis method was very difficult. In the present study, we attempted to control the distortion of the arrangement of FePt nanoparticles using an MPTMS layer modified with a silane coupling reaction and a geometrical structure prepared by ultraviolet nanoimprint lithography (UV-NIL). In this study, the hole-patterns used for the geometrical structure on Si(1 0 0) were 200 nm wide, 40 nm deep, and had a 500 nm pitch. The 5.6 nm FePt nanoparticles were used to coat the hole-patterns by using a picoliter pipette. An XHR-SEM image clearly revealed that the FePt nanoparticles were successfully arranged as a single layer with an average pitch of 10.0 nm by Pt-S bonding in the hole-patterns on Si(1 0 0).  相似文献

Soft colloidal particles such as hydrogel microspheres assemble at air/water or oil/water interfaces, where the soft colloids are highly deformed and their surface polymer chains are highly entangled with each other. Herein, we report the formation of robust one‐dimensional, string‐like colloidal assemblies through self‐organization of hydrogel microspheres with shape anisotropy at the air/water interface of sessile droplets. Shape‐anisotropic hydrogel microspheres were synthesized via two‐step polymerization, whereby a hydrogel shell was formed onto preformed rigid microellipsoids. The shape anisotropy of the hydrogel microspheres was confirmed by transmission electron microscopy and high‐speed atomic force microscopy as well as by light‐scattering measurements. The present findings are crucial for the understanding of natural self‐organization phenomena, where “softness” influences microscopic assembled structures such as those of Nostoc bacteria.  相似文献

By analyzing the Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA) seismic catalog for different tectonic settings, we have found that the probability distributions of time intervals between successive earthquakes-interoccurrence times-can be described by the superposition of the Weibull distribution and the log-Weibull distribution. In particular, the distribution of large earthquakes obeys the Weibull distribution with the exponent α1<1, indicating the fact that the sequence of large earthquakes is not a Poisson process. It is found that the ratio of the Weibull distribution to the probability distribution of the interoccurrence time gradually increases with increase in the threshold of magnitude. Our results infer that Weibull statistics and log-Weibull statistics coexist in the interoccurrence time statistics, and that the change of the distribution is considered as the change of the dominant distribution. In this case, the dominant distribution changes from the log-Weibull distribution to the Weibull distribution, allowing us to reinforce the view that the interoccurrence time exhibits the transition from the Weibull regime to the log-Weibull regime.  相似文献

We report on a novel response to biases in deterministic superdiffusion. For its reduced map, we show using infinite ergodic theory that the time-averaged velocity (TAV) is intrinsically random and its distribution obeys the generalized arcsine distribution. A distributional limit theorem indicates that the TAV response to a bias appears in the distribution, which is an example of what we term a distributional response induced by a bias. Although this response in single trajectories is intrinsically random, the ensemble-averaged TAV response is linear.  相似文献
