THE COMPARISON OF LANZHOU LOESS PROFILE WITH VOSTOK ICE CORE IN ANTARCTICA OVER THE LAST GLACIATION CYCLE

Loess near Lanzhou in the late Pleistocene is very sensitive to climatic fluctuations. The Beiyuan terrace profile in Linxia City, of which the curve of susceptibility tallies with the trend of isotopic curves of Vostok 2083 m ice core in Antarctica, is 35m thick. There are five layers of paleosols under Malan loess(L_1). Upper three layers (S_(1-a),S(1-b)and S_(1-c) correspond to three warm stages in last interglaciation, Interstadial of Last Glacial (C stage in Antarctic ice core)was clearly recorded in the Beiyuan profile, in which three layers of paleosols and two of loess were formed. The lowest section of the profile belongs to penultimate glaciation, in which fossils of cold-drought-resistant mammal and mollusc have been discovered.

Mn( )能与许多氮氧化合物形成配合物 ,Wilde对 Mn( )与 2 ,2 -联吡啶及 1 ,1 -二氮杂菲的均配配合物作过详细研究 [1,2 ] ;Mn( )与 2 ,2 -联吡啶 - 1 ,1 -二氧化物 ( bipy O2 )的配合物也有综述 [3] .Mn( )与 bipy O2 的配合物大多是以 Cl O- 4、NO- 3、[Pt Cl4 ]2 -为阴离子 ,少数是卤离子 .它们均形成配位体数目为 3的单核螯合物 ,这些配合物是在水或乙醇中合成的 .Mn( )与 bipy O2 的多核聚合物还未见报道 .本文用 DMF为溶剂 ,以无水 Mn Cl2 和 2 ,2 -联吡啶 - 1 ,1 -二氧化物为原料 ,合成了 Mn( )与bipy O2 的三聚…     

κ-卡拉胶热可逆凝胶的非遍历行为研究

采用散射斑纹(speckle)技术,即散射光强涨落法,研究了κ-卡拉胶(KC)热可逆凝胶的非遍历行为.证明了非遍历性的存在,并研究了浓度、温度等条件对该非遍历性的影响.结果表明:该物理凝胶存在非遍历性,并随KC浓度增加,凝胶非遍历性增大;随温度升高,凝胶非遍历性逐渐减小,直至消失.     

新型氨基甲酸含氮杂环甲基酯的合成及生物活性研究

常规加热或微波照射下, 含氮杂环1与多聚甲醛反应以良好的产率生成含氮杂环基甲醇3, 反应物物质的量的比、反应温度等对反应产率有影响, 微波条件下的反应时间比常规加热下大大缩短. 化合物3和异氰酸酯4在常规加热或微波照射下生成相应的氨基甲酸含氮杂环甲基酯5a～5m. 反应温度、反应物物质的量的比、反应时间、微波辐射功率等对反应产率都有一定的影响, 与常规加热相比微波条件下的反应时间大大缩短. 化合物5的结构经过IR, ¹H NMR, MS, 元素分析测定, 部分化合物经过¹³C NMR测定. 测定了化合物5的杀虫和除草活性, 结果表明其杀虫活性较低, 除草活性高于杀虫活性, 5a, 5d, 5e和5m对苋菜和黄瓜的防除率高达100%.     

聚苯乙烯乳胶球三维有序体的制备及其显微形貌表征

A three-dimensional (3D) ordered structure was achieved by self-organization of monodisperse polystyrene latex about 250nm in diameter after being ambient dried. The stacked morphology was investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) observation. It is shown that the face-centered cubic(FCC) phase dominantly exists. This finding presents a potential template for preparing an inverse FCC structure as a photonic crystal of full band gap if the index contrast is higher than 2.8.     

Correlation Analysis of the Runoff of the Rivers and the Seisms in China

In recent hundred years the annual discharge variations of the Changjiang River (represented by the Yichang station) and the Huanghe River (represented by Shanxian and Tangnaihe, respectively) have closely related to the geographical distribution of the earthquakes coming about in China in the same year, Both the occurrence of the destructive seism or seismic swarm in the river basins and the disappearance of the shocks in the east and south of the basins are the conditions that the Changjiang and Huanghe Rivers are the high flow while that the strong earthquake of magnitude 7 or more occurred in North China is the condition for the Changjiang low flow year and that of 6 or more in the Qilian Mountains area is for the Huanghe River. In the latter part of this paper, a 2-year sample is given to explain that the conditions of the 2 rivers being high flow years are that the north-south seismic belt is active and in the meanwhile no seism occurred in South China, and those of the low flow year are that the     

Polyethylenimine （PEI）-g-comb-poly（ethylene glycol）-transferrin（Ⅰ）： Tumor-targeted Vector for Gene Delivery In.vitro

The work described the synthesis and evaluation of PEI-g-comb-PEG-transferrin as a potential system for gene therapy in vitro. The MW of PEG was 10KDa, and PEI was 2KDa. Its structure was identified by NMR, FT-IR and TGA spectroscopy. MTT assay found that at concentration up to 4000 n mol/L of the polymer, cell viability was over 85%. The bio-character of polymer/DNA complex was characterized by agarose gel electrophoresis, ethidium bromide exclusion and zeta-potential assay. The polymer could retardate DNA at N/P ratio 3.0-3.5 （mol/mol）. The particle size of the polymer/DNA complex was less than 300 nm. Transfection efficiency of the complex was studied in COS7 and NT2 cell lines.     

掺杂态聚苯胺的共振拉曼光谱研究

观测了聚苯胺(PAn)在不同状态(掺杂、反掺杂、碱式、氧化、还原)下的拉曼光谱.根据其光谱特性,结合其它实验结果,提出了掺杂态PAn分子链包含电荷分布不等的三种苦环和二种氮原子的四单元苯醌变体模型,指出质子酸掺杂系分子内氧化还原反应,讨论了PAn氧化程度对掺杂效率的影响.
