An efficient one-pot condensation of 4-hydroxylcoumarin, aromatic aldehydes, and 5,5-dimethylcyclohexane-1,3-dione has been achieved with molecular iodine as a catalyst via conventional heating and microwave irradiation techniques, and thus a variety of new tetrahydrobenzo[c]xanthene-1,11-dione derivatives were prepared in good yields.  相似文献

A suitable procedure for convenient preparation of 1,3,5-tris(4-hydroxy-5-formylphenyl)benzene (6) was exploited via 5-bromosalicylaldehyde as starting reactant. Among the obtained products, compound 6, 4-methoxy-3-formylphenylboronic acid (9), 1,3,5-tris(4-methoxy-5-formylphenyl)benzene (10), and 4-methoxy-4′-hydroxyl-3,3′-diformyl-1,1′-diphenyl (11) had not been reported previously. Two new chiral Schiff base ligands, L1 and L2, were obtained from the tri- or disalicylaldehydes.  相似文献

The rear film compensated reflective twisted nematic liquid crystal display device was studied in normally black and normally white operation conditions using a dynamic parameter space method. The electro-optical responses and reflectance spectra were also studied for different operation modes. A comparison was made between rear film and front film compensated reflective twisted nematic liquid crystal displays. We show that high quality normally white or normally black modes can be obtained by placing the fast axis of a quarter wave plate at 45° or 0° to the input director direction. The viewing angle characteristics of the optimum modes were also studied.  相似文献

An investigation of etching behaviors for Mo and Al2O3 thin films in O2/Cl2/Ar inductively coupled plasmas at constant gas pressure (6 mTorr), input power (700 W) and bias power (200 W) was carried out. It was found that an increase in Ar mixing ratio for Cl2/Ar plasma results in non-monotonic etching rates with the maximums of 160 nm/min at 60 % Ar for Mo and 27 nm/min at 20 % Ar for Al2O3. The addition of O2 in the Cl2/Ar plasma causes the non-monotonic Mo etching rate (max. 320 nm/min at 40–45 % O2) while the Al2O3 etching rate decreases monotonically. The model-based analysis of etching kinetics allows one to relate the non-monotonic etching rates in Cl2/Ar plasma to the change in the etching regime from the ion-flux-limited mode (at low Ar mixing ratios) to the neutral-flux-limited mode (for high Ar mixing ratios). In the Cl2/O2/Ar plasma, the non-monotonic Mo etching rate is probably due to the change in reaction probability.  相似文献

The reusable microreactors, poly(methacrylic acid) (PMAA) microgels surfacely covered with 3-(trimethoxysilyl)-propyldimethyloctadecyl ammonium chloride (AEM) and K2{W(=O)(O2)2(H2O)}2 (W2) complexes, have been synthesized by using an ion exchange reaction between AEM located on PMAA microgels and W2 in aqueous solution. The final composite microspheres and intermediate products are characterized by scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, energy dispersive X-ray spectrophotometer, and thermogravimetric analysis, respectively. The results indicated the PMAA/AEM/W2 composite microspheres with surface-wrinkling morphology and core-shell structure. The feasibility of the composite microspheres used as reusable microreactors in catalytic oxidation of dibenzothiophene (DBT) was investigated. Additionally, the effects of some factors, including the amount of the microreactors, temperature, H2O2/DBT molar ratio, the loaded amount of AEM, DBT concentration, and recycling times, on the catalytic oxidation were examined. The results demonstrated that the prepared composite microspheres possess high catalytic performance and reusability in the catalytic oxidation of DBT.  相似文献

New Delhi metallo-β-lactamase-1 (NDM-1) has emerged as a major global threat to human health for its rapid rate of dissemination and ability to make pathogenic microbes resistant to almost all known β-lactam antibiotics. In addition, effective NDM-1 inhibitors have not been identified to date. In spite of the plethora of structural and kinetic data available, the accurate molecular characteristics of and details on the enzymatic reaction of NDM-1 hydrolyzing β-lactam antibiotics remain incompletely understood. In this study, a combined computational approach including molecular docking, molecular dynamics simulations and quantum mechanics/molecular mechanics calculations was performed to characterize the catalytic mechanism of meropenem catalyzed by NDM-1. The quantum mechanics/molecular mechanics results indicate that the ionized D124 is beneficial to the cleavage of the C–N bond within the β-lactam ring. Meanwhile, it is energetically favorable to form an intermediate if no water molecule coordinates to Zn2. Moreover, according to the molecular dynamics results, the conserved residue K211 plays a pivotal role in substrate binding and catalysis, which is quite consistent with previous mutagenesis data. Our study provides detailed insights into the catalytic mechanism of NDM-1 hydrolyzing meropenem β-lactam antibiotics and offers clues for the discovery of new antibiotics against NDM-1 positive strains in clinical studies.  相似文献

Well‐defined polyacrylonitrile (PAN) of high viscosity‐average molecular weight (Mη = 405,100 g/mol) was successfully synthesized using reversible addition‐fragmentation chain transfer polymerization. The polymerization exhibits controlled characters: molecular weights of the resultant PANs increasing approximately linearly with monomer conversion and keeping narrow molecular weight distributions. The addition of 0.01 equiv (relative to monomer acrylonitrile) of Lewis acid AlCl3 in the polymerization system afforded the obtained PAN with an improved isotacticity (by 8%). In addition, the influence of molecular weights and molecular weight distributions of PANs on the morphology of the electrospun fibers was investigated. The results showed that, under the same conditions of electrospinning, average diameter (247–1094 nm) of fibers increased with molecular weights of PANs, and it was much easier to get “uniform” diameter fibers while using PANs with narrow molecular weight distributions as the precursor of electrospinning. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Magnetoelectric (ME) xLa0.6Ca0.4MnO3–(1 ? x)Bi3.4Nd0.6Ti3O12 (LCMO–BNT) composite thin films have been prepared by a sol–gel process and spin-coating technique. The effects of LCMO content on the microstructure, leakage current density, ferroelectric properties, fatigue endurance and ME voltage coefficient of LCMO–BNT thin films derived by sol–gel method were studied. It was found that the composite thin films have better fatigue endurance properties and lower leakage current densities compared with pure BNT thin films, as well as large ME voltage coefficients.  相似文献

Through the combination of the divergent and convergent approaches, coupled with the utilization of the powerful Sharpless “click‐chemistry” reaction, two series of sulfonyl‐based high‐generation NLO dendrimers were conveniently prepared with high purity and in satisfactory yields. Thanks to the perfect three‐dimensional (3D) spatial isolation from the highly branched structure and the isolation effect of the exterior benzene moieties and the interior triazole rings, these dendrimers exhibited large second harmonic generation coefficient (d33) values up to 181 pm V?1, which, to the best of our knowledge, is the highest value so far for polymers containing sulfonyl‐based chromophore moieties. Meanwhile, compared with the nitro‐chromophore‐based analogues, their optical transparency and NLO stability were improved in a large degree, due to the lower dipole moment (μ) and the special main‐chain structure of sulfonyl‐based chromophore in these dendrimers.  相似文献
