Using high-resolution transmission electron microscopy and electron energy-loss spectroscopy, we show that beryllium oxide crystallizes in the planar hexagonal structure in a graphene liquid cell by a wet-chemistry approach. These liquid cells can feature van-der-Waals pressures up to 1 GPa, producing a miniaturized high-pressure container for the crystallization in solution. The thickness of as-received crystals is beyond the thermodynamic ultra-thin limit above which the wurtzite phase is energetically more favorable according to the theoretical prediction. The crystallization of the planar phase is ascribed to the near-free-standing condition afforded by the graphene surface. Our calculations show that the energy barrier of the phase transition is responsible for the observed thickness beyond the previously predicted limit. These findings open a new door for exploring aqueous-solution approaches of more metal-oxide semiconductors with exotic phase structures and properties in graphene-encapsulated confined cells.  相似文献

New quinoxaline-based organic sensitizer bearing di-anchoring group for dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) was synthesized from diethyl 4,5-diaminophthaltate, in which was prepared under mild condition by using Takehito’s method. The synthesized sensitizer was compared with mono-anchoring sensitizer through absorption spectra, emission spectra, J-V curve, and IPCE spectra, indicating the di-anchoring group leads to a noticeable improvement of Jsc value owing to more efficient intramolecular charge transfer and channel number increment.  相似文献

(Ca1−x,Eux)MgSi2yO6+δ blue phosphor was prepared by spray pyrolysis and the photoluminescence properties were optimized by controlling concentration of Si element and the activator content. At y=1.0, the concentration quenching in the luminescent intensity appeared when the Eu2+ content (x) was 0.01 (1 at%). Such quenching concentration was changed with the concentration of silicon (y), which was increased with an increase in the quantity of excess Si (y>1.0). The highest luminescent intensity was achieved when the Eu2+ content (x) and the Si concentration (y) were 0.04 and 1.3, respectively. According to X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, the tetragonal SiO2 phase was formed as a minor phase when the y value was larger than 1.3. The formation of SiO2 phase, however, did not reduce but increased the luminescent intensity when the Eu2+ content was optimized again. As a result, the luminescent intensity of the phosphor particles optimized in the content of both Si and Eu2+ was about 150% improved compared with that of the CaMgSi2O6:Eu sample (x=0.01, y=1.0).  相似文献

A compact, highly efficient, and passively assembled parallel optical-electrical convertor module (POECM) for active optical cable application is proposed. This paper presents our POECM structure, optical design simulation results, fabrication process, and data transmission test results, in sequence. The POECM has a compact size of \(18.5\hbox {mm} \times 10\hbox {mm} \times 2.8\hbox {mm}\) . We confirm a data rate of total throughput at 21.6 Gbps ( \(5.4\hbox {Gbps} \times 4\) channels) with a bit error rate of less than \(10^{-12}\) .  相似文献

We propose a new algorithm for sparse estimation of eigenvectors in generalized eigenvalue problems (GEPs). The GEP arises in a number of modern data-analytic situations and statistical methods, including principal component analysis (PCA), multiclass linear discriminant analysis (LDA), canonical correlation analysis (CCA), sufficient dimension reduction (SDR), and invariant co-ordinate selection. We propose to modify the standard generalized orthogonal iteration with a sparsity-inducing penalty for the eigenvectors. To achieve this goal, we generalize the equation-solving step of orthogonal iteration to a penalized convex optimization problem. The resulting algorithm, called penalized orthogonal iteration, provides accurate estimation of the true eigenspace, when it is sparse. Also proposed is a computationally more efficient alternative, which works well for PCA and LDA problems. Numerical studies reveal that the proposed algorithms are competitive, and that our tuning procedure works well. We demonstrate applications of the proposed algorithm to obtain sparse estimates for PCA, multiclass LDA, CCA, and SDR. Supplementary materials for this article are available online.  相似文献

We are interested in structures and efficient methods for mixed-integer nonlinear programs (MINLP) that arise from a first discretize, then optimize approach to time-dependent mixed-integer optimal control problems (MIOCPs). In this study we focus on combinatorial constraints, in particular on restrictions on the number of switches on a fixed time grid. We propose a novel approach that is based on a decomposition of the MINLP into a NLP and a MILP. We discuss the relation of the MILP solution to the MINLP solution and formulate bounds for the gap between the two, depending on Lipschitz constants and the control discretization grid size. The MILP solution can also be used for an efficient initialization of the MINLP solution process. The speedup of the solution of the MILP compared to the MINLP solution is considerable already for general purpose MILP solvers. We analyze the structure of the MILP that takes switching constraints into account and propose a tailored Branch and Bound strategy that outperforms cplex on a numerical case study and hence further improves efficiency of our novel method.  相似文献

Triple differential cross sections have been measured for electron impact ionization of helium at 256 eV collision energy, 3 eV energy of the slow outgoing electrons and scattering angles of the fast outgoing electrons of 4°, 6°, 8°, and 10°. The data have been put on absolute scale by extrapolating the generalized oscillator strength to zero momentum transfer. In this optical limit the triple differential cross sections can be normalized by using the well-known cross sections for photoionization. The experimental data are compared with results of different theoretical approaches. For nearly all calculated curves rather good agreement with the measurements is obtained for the relative shape of the binary peak, while often its absolute cross section is overestimated. Concerning the recoil peak, larger discrepancies are found with respect to both, relative shapes and cross sections. A perceptible improvement can be stated for calculations which have been performed in a distorted wave approximation and in second Born approximation.  相似文献

We present an in-medium modified pion and rho meson Lagrangian which describes the pion, rho meson and the corresponding soliton properties in nuclear matter. Within the present approach pion properties in nuclear matter is closely related to the low-energy pion-nucleus scattering phenomenology.
