The aminolysis of esters is a basic organic reaction considered as a model for the interaction of carbonyl group with nucleophiles. In the present computational study the different possible mechanistic pathways of the reaction are reinvestigated by applying higher level electronic structure theory, examining the general base catalysis by the nucleophile, and a more comprehensive study the solvent effect. Both the ab initio QCISD/6-31(d,p) method and density functional theory at the B3LYP/6-31G(d) level were employed to calculate the reaction pathways for the simplest model aminolysis reaction between methylformate and ammonia. Solvent effects were assessed by the PCM method. The results show that in the case of noncatalyzed aminolysis the addition/elimination stepwise mechanism involving two transition states and the concerted mechanism have very similar activation energies. However, in the case of catalyzed aminolysis by a second ammonia molecule the stepwise mechanism has a distinctly lower activation energy. All transition states in the catalyzed aminolysis are 10-17 kcal/mol lower than those for the uncatalyzed process.  相似文献

The effect of Pt/Ni ratio on the surface properties and catalytic behavior of bimetallic PtNi catalysts for reforming of methane with CO2 was studied. The TPR, FTIR of adsorbed CO and XPS data showed that introduction of a small amount of Pt (0.3 – 0.5 wt.%) into the Ni catalyst leads to a decrease of the NiO size, its easy reduction and a uniform distribution of the nickel metal particles.  相似文献

The preparation, characterisation and application of a series of non-grafted polystyrene (PS) resins containing a styrenic methoxypoly(ethylene glycol) (MPEG) derivative is presented. These novel PS-MPEG resins were designed to balance swelling and solvation with improved handling. The monomer, 1-[2-(2-methoxyethoxy)ethoxy]-4-vinyl-benzene, contained an inert phenyl ether linkage designed to provide broad chemical compatibility and stability, yet imparting all the favourable properties of the PEG group into the new resin, whilst maintaining a high loading capacity. The synthetic performance of the new resins compared very favourably to those of TentaGel™, ArgoGel™ and aminomethyl PS.  相似文献

Melanoma is one of the most aggressive forms of skin cancer, with few possibilities for therapeutic approaches, due to its multi-drug resistance and, consequently, low survival rate for patients. Conventional therapies for treatment melanoma include radiotherapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy, which have various side effects. For this reason, in recent years, pharmaceutical and biomedical research has focused on new sito-specific alternative therapeutic strategies. In this regard, nanotechnology offers numerous benefits which could improve the life expectancy of melanoma patients with very low adverse effects. This review aims to examine the latest advances in nanotechnology as an innovative strategy for treating melanoma. In particular, the use of different types of nanoparticles, such as vesicles, polymers, metal-based, carbon nanotubes, dendrimers, solid lipid, microneedles, and their combination with immunotherapies and vaccines will be discussed.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] The room-temperature radical addition of sodium hypophosphite to terminal alkynes produces the previously unknown 1-alkyl-1,1-bis-H-phosphinates in moderate yield. The reaction is initiated by R3B and air and proceeds under mild conditions in an open container. The bissodium salts precipitate spontaneously from the reaction mixtures, thus providing a simple purification procedure and the opportunity for multigram synthesis. The 1,1-bis-H-phosphinate products are novel precursors of the biologically important 1,1-bisphosphonates.  相似文献

Two samples of SBA-15 mesoporous silica with a different content of carboxylic groups (-COOH) were prepared by a co-condensation route, using 4-(triethoxysilil)butyronitrile as the organosilane agent, then treating the samples with sulfuric acid, which removes the template and simultaneously hydrolyses the -CN to -COOH groups, as shown by IR spectroscopy. Both incorporation of organosilane agents and subsequent acid treatment do not affect the ordered SBA-15 structure. The proton-donor ability of carboxylic groups, as well their accessibility to reactants, has been studied in the IR by dosing ammonia, which forms reversibly COO- groups and NH4+ ions. The related equilibrium constants have been determined by elaboration of IR data. Outgassing the samples at progressively increasing temperatures destabilizes to an increasing extent the ammonium/carboxylate ion pair, because of the decrease in surface polarity brought about by dehydration: this decreases the related equilibrium constants. The amount of carboxylic groups undergoing reaction appears instead to be constant with dehydration, and to coincide with the whole population of COOH groups. Titration with alkali solutions yielded surface concentrations for the two samples of ca. 1.0 and 0.45 COOH/nm2. Proportionality between the surface concentrations and the intensities of the C=O IR band is observed: this suggests that COOH groups are noninteracting with each other and allows the computation of the related extinction molar coefficient.  相似文献

A new nematic phase in lyotropic binary liquid crystalline systems consisting of sodium dodecyl sulfate-water was detected, for the first time, in the absence of additives by utilizing positron annihilation techniques. Lyotropic and thermotropic phase transitions were also investigated by the same methods. The positron annihilation parameters have also indicated a better definition of the concentration ranges at which each phase exists in the system studied. Crossed polarized light microscopy was applied to substantiate these results.  相似文献

The interaction between oxidized (ubiquinone-10) and reduced (ubiquinol-10) coenzyme Q 10 with dimyristoylphosphatidylcholine has been examined by differential scanning microcalorimetry, X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy, and (2)H NMR. Microcalorimetry experiments showed that ubiquinol-10 perturbed considerably more the phase transition of the phospholipids than ubiquinone-10, both forms giving rise to a shoulder of the main transition peak at lower temperatures. Small angle X-ray diffraction showed an increase in d-spacing suggesting a thicker membrane in the presence of both ubiquinone-10 and ubiquinol-10, below the phase transition and a remarkable broadening of the peaks indicating a loss of the repetitive pattern of the lipid multilamellar vesicles. Infrared spectroscopy showed an increase in wavenumbers of the maximum of the CH 2 stretching vibration at temperatures below the phase transition, in the presence of ubiquinol-10, indicating an increase in the proportion of gauche isomers in the gel phase, whereas this effect was smaller for ubiquinone-10. A very small effect was observed at temperatures above the phase transition. (2)H NMR spectroscopy of perdeuterated DMPC showed only modest changes in the spectra of the phospholipids occasioned by the presence of coenzyme Q 10. These small changes were reflected, in the presence of ubiquinol-10, by a decrease in resolution indicating that the interaction between coenzyme Q and phospholipids changed the motion of the lipids. The change was also visible in the first spectral moment (M1), which is related with membrane order, which was slightly decreased at temperatures below the phase transition especially with ubiquinol-10. A slight decrease in M 1 values was also observed above the phase transition but only for ubiquinol-10. These results can be interpreted to indicate that most ubiquinone-10 molecules are localized in the center of the bilayer, but a considerable proportion of ubiquinol-10 molecules may span the bilayer interacting more extensively with the phospholipid acyl chains.  相似文献
