基于反向传播神经网络的阻抗断层图像重建新方法

电阻抗成像是通过对物体表面电压、电流的测量来重建物体内部阻抗分布或变化图像的一种新颖计算机断层成像技术。阻抗断层图像重建是一种病态的、非线性的逆问题。提出了一种全新的阻抗断层图像重建方法，它利用反向传播神经网络来表征物体内部阻抗变化位置与物体表面电压变化大小的非线性映射关系，从而可以根据对物体表面测量电压的变化先准确定位阻抗变化区域，再用线性近似方法重建阻抗变化图像，这种方法不仅具有一定的抗噪能力，而且成像精度和空间分辨率都大大好于逆投影方法。     

Majorana fermions induced fast- and slow-light in a hybrid semiconducting nanowire/superconductor device

We investigate theoretically Rabi-like splitting and Fano resonance in absorption spectra of quantum dots(QDs)based on a hybrid QD-semiconducting nanowire/superconductor(SNW/SC)device mediated by Majorana fermions(MFs).Under the condition of pump on-resonance and off-resonance,the absorption spectrum experiences the conversion from Fano resonance to Rabi-like splitting in different parametric regimes.In addition,the Fano resonances are accompanied by the rapid normal phase dispersion,which will indicate the coherent optical propagation.The results indicate that the group velocity index is tunable with controlling the interaction between the QD and MFs,which can reach the conversion between the fast-and slow-light.Fano resonance will be another method to detect MFs and our research may indicate prospective applications in quantum information processing based on the hybrid QD-SNW/SC devices.     

First observation of the P-wave spin-singlet bottomonium states hb(1P) and hb(2P)

We report the first observations of the spin-singlet bottomonium states h(b)(1P) and h(b)(2P). The states are produced in the reaction e(+)e(-)→h(b)(nP)π(+)π(-) using a 121.4 fb(-1) data sample collected at energies near the Υ(5S) resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy e(+)e(-) collider. We determine M[h(b)(1P)]=(9898.2(-1.0-1.1)(+1.1+1.0)) MeV/c(2) and M[h(b)(2P)]=(10,259.8±0.6(-1.0)(+1.4)) MeV/c(2), which correspond to P-wave hyperfine splittings ΔM(HF)=(+1.7±1.5) and (+0.5(-1.2)(+1.6)) MeV/c(2), respectively. The significances of the h(b)(1P) and h(b)(2P) are 5.5σ and 11.2σ, respectively. We find that the production of the h(b)(1P) and h(b)(2P) is not suppressed relative to the production of the Υ(1S), Υ(2S), and Υ(3S).     

129I加速器质谱分析研究

通过对129I加速器质谱(AMS)分析中影响敏度和准确度各种参数的研究,如靶电极制备、压样、靶样中辅助介质（Matrix）的选择及使用比例等,优化了用于3 MV加速器质谱仪的SO-110型离子源的条件参数,确定129I-AMS测量的最佳靶电极材料为Cu,最佳的辅助介质为Nb粉末,Nb与AgI样品的最佳体积比为3∶1。在此条件下可以获得稳定且持续的I-束流进行测量129I/127I原子比值,实验测得西安加速器质谱仪的129I/127I本底值为1.5210-14。     

细菌视紫红质高分辨图象存储中吸收和散射现象的实验研究

本文利用细菌视紫红质变种材料BR_D96N的基态和M态实现了图象的高分辨存储.实验研究了该样品的吸收特性;在此基础上分析了散射光对BR膜图象质量的影响,并通过合理的控制激发光强和激发时间在BR膜样品上得到分辨率为800lp/mm的高分辨图象.     

基于垂直结构的有机光发射晶体管制备与性能研究

制备了一种有机垂直光发射晶体管, 兼具有机发光二极管的发光和晶体管的开关调节两个功能.其结构为一个有机发光单元垂直堆叠在一个电容单元上,两单元通过一个共有的源电极连在一起.当电容单元被充电时,积累在源电极的电荷能有效地调节源极与有机层之间的载流子注入势垒,从而达到控制源漏输出电流的大小,最终控制发光单元发光的强度.实验结果表明,器件可提供02 mA的输出电流,其大小可驱动发光单元发光,工作电压（开启电压）为6 V.这种垂直集成方案,实现了器件多功能化,为有机发光二极管有源矩阵驱动的实际应用提供了一种新的解决方法. 关键词： 有机光发射晶体管 垂直 电容     

基于ZBLANⅩⅣPr,Yb频率上转换发光的三维立体显示

本文对利用ZBLANⅩⅣPr,Yb频率上转换发光的三维立体显示做了研究,探讨了其中的一些物理问题.在实验中,我们利用Yb³⁺离子敏化的方法提高Pr³⁺的上转换发光效率;通过降低能引起单频上转换发光的激光强度来提高寻址点和非寻址点在显示过程中的对比度.     

Role of Tryptophan in the Active Site of Plant Esterase: Chemical Modification and Fluorometric Studies

Plant esterase extracted from wheat flour play key roles in the spectrophotometric detection of organophosphorus compounds (OPs) for food safety and human health. The purpose of the present study was to investigate the role of tryptophan residues in the activity and structure of plant esterase by chemical modification and fluorometric studies. Active site characterization of purified plant esterase showed the involvement of tryptophan in the catalytic activity. Only one was essential for the enzyme activity by the Tsou’s analysis. Substrate protection experiments further confirmed that the tryptophan residue was located at the substrate-binding site. Fluorescence quenching studies elucidated that the tryptophan residues were largely exposed to the solvent, and a smaller fraction of the surface tryptophan residues had electropositively charged amino acids around them. Experimental results obtained here are expected to promote the applications of plant esterase in OPs detection. Further confirmation of the existence of other critical residues and detailed explanation of their functions were also required for the elucidation of the mechanism involved in the detection of OPs.     

Seasonal variation of 129I species in the Baltic Proper

Iodine speciation plays a significant role in iodine volatilizing into atmosphere from the seas, as well as serving as a biological indicator. Despite this importance, the data on iodine species revealed inconclusive evidence of what factors controlling speciation transformation. We here present new data on profiles of ¹²⁹I speciation in the Baltic Proper during November 2009. Along with the two earlier investigations (August 2006 and April 2007), an assessment of seasonal variation of ¹²⁹I species is presented. The results show that, due to the anoxic nature of Baltic Proper, presence of ¹²⁹IO₃ ^? in the Baltic Proper does not follow an obvious seasonal cycle, as the case with ¹²⁹I^?. Concentrations of ¹²⁹I^? in the Baltic Proper exhibit higher values in summer than the other two seasons (spring and winter), which might be associated with degrading of organic matter and release from sediment to water column that is more pronounced during summer. ¹²⁹I^? in surface water from the three seasons does not reflect the release function from the reprocessing facilities during the period April 2007 to November 2009. Consequently variability of ¹²⁹I^? in surface seawater of the Baltic Proper depends, to some extent, on local physical as well as biochemical conditions.
