A new type of dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction is used for the determination of doxepin, citalopram, and fluvoxamine in aqueous matrices. This method is based upon the tandem utilization of dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction, and by providing a high sample clean‐up, it efficiently improves the applicability of the method in complicated matrices. For this purpose, in the first step, the analytes contained in an aqueous sample solution (8.0 mL) were extracted into an organic solvent, and then these analytes were simply back‐extracted into an aqueous acceptor phase (50 μL). The overall extraction time was 7 min, and very simple tools were required for this aim. Optimization of the variables affecting the method such as the type and volume of the organic solvent used and effect of ionic strength was carried out to achieve the best extraction efficiency. Under the optimized experimental conditions, tandem dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction with high‐performance liquid chromatography and UV detection showed a good linearity in the range of 10–5000 ng/mL. The limits of detection were in the range of 3–10 ng/mL. The Intra‐day precisions (relative standard deviation) were 9.2, 4.5, and 4.8, and the recoveries were 58.5, 52.9, and 39.3% for citalopram, doxepin, and fluvoxamine, respectively. 相似文献

The poly(4-aminobenzoic acid/o-toluidine) (4-AB/OT) modified carbon paste electrode (CPE) was fabricated by consecutive cyclic voltammetry. The poly(4-AB/OT) CPE shows catalytic activity for the oxidation of nitrite in 0.1 M phosphate buffer solution (pH 7). Due to the electrostatic interaction between the negatively-charged nitrite ions and the positively-charged poly(4-AB/OT) film, the operating potential for nitrite oxidation was shifted about 240 mV to negative side, compared to bare CPE. The catalytic peak current was found to be linear with the nitrite concentration in the range of 6–600 μM, with a correlation coefficient of 0.981, using amperometry. The sensitivity and limit of detection for the poly(4-AB/OT) CPE are about 187.4 μA/mM and 3.5 μM, respectively. The possible interferences from several common ions were tested. This paper presents a novel discrete adaptive fuzzy controller for electrically driven robot manipulators. It addresses how to overcome the nonlinearity, uncertainties, discretizing error and approximation error of the fuzzy system for asymptotic tracking control of robotic manipulators. The proposed controller is model-free in the form of discrete Mamdani fuzzy controller. The parameters of fuzzy controller are adaptively tuned using an adaptive mechanism derived by stability analysis. A robust control term is used to compensate the approximation error of the fuzzy system for asymptotic tracking of a desired trajectory. The controller is robust against all uncertainties associated with the robot manipulator and actuators. It is easy to implement since it requires only the joint position feedback. Compared with fuzzy controllers which employ all states to guarantee stability, the proposed controller is very simpler. A hot limiter biasing system with a simplified fast switch circuit was designed, constructed, and installed on the IR-T1 tokamak, and then the negative voltage applied to a hot limiter inserted inside the tokamak fixed limiter and the plasma current, poloidal, and radial components of the magnetic fields, loop voltage, diamagnetic flux, and the ion saturation currents in the absence and presence of the biased limiter were measured.
