A novel compound Ba2ZnV2O8 has been synthesized in high temperature solution reaction and its crystal structure has been characterized by means of single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in monoclinic system and belongs to space group P21/c with a=7.9050(16), b=16.149(3), , β=90.49(3). It builds up from 1-D branchy chains of [ZnV2O84−], and the Ba2+ cations are located in the space among these chains. The IR spectrum, ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflection integral spectrum and fluorescent spectra of this compound have been investigated. The calculated results of energy band structure by the density functional theory method show that the solid-state compound of Ba2ZnV2O8 is an insulator with direct band gap of 3.48 eV. The calculated total and partial density of states indicate that the top valence bands are contributions from the mixings of O-2p, V-3d, and Zn-3d states and low conduction bands mostly originate from unoccupied antibonding states between the V-3d and O-2p states. The V-O bonds are mostly covalence characters and Zn-O bonds are mostly ionic interactions, and the ionic interaction strength is stronger between the Ba-O than between the Zn-O. The refractive index of nx, ny, and nz is estimated to be 1.7453, 1.7469, and 1.7126, respectively, at wavelength of 1060 nm for Ba2ZnV2O8 crystal.  相似文献

Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) coupled with chemometric resolution upon two-dimensional data was proposed as a method for the analysis of volatile components in a traditional Chinese medicinal preparation peptic powder which contains Rhizoma Atractylodis, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis and Radix Glycyrrhizae. Ninety-three components were separated and 65 of them were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed which represented about 90.28% of the total content. With the help of chemometric resolution, the data were resolved into a pure chromatogram and a mass spectrum of each chemical component. The accuracy of qualitative and quantitative results was greatly improved by using the two-dimensional comprehensive information of chromatograms and mass spectra. The example showed that chemometric resolution could greatly enhance separation ability. This makes it possible to analyze complicated practical systems like traditional Chinese medicinal preparations with the help of coupled instruments and chemometric resolution methods.  相似文献

研究了在三氯甲烷致突变性试验中加入硒的影响。结果显示硒能减少Ames试验中三氯甲烷诱变的回变菌落数,能使小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率和鳙鱼外周血有核红细胞微核率明显下降。并研究了硒在细胞免疫试验中的作用,结果显示硒能使正常鼠和荷瘤鼠的肺和脾的NK细胞活性提高,能促进其脾T淋巴细胞的增殖反应,还能增加外周血T淋巴细胞数。  相似文献

2,6-O-diethyl-β-cyclodextrins were prepared and immobilized onto silica gel to develop a fluorosensor for dipyridamole. The analytical performance characteristics of the proposed sensor for analysis of dipyridamole were as follows: the detection limit was 0.8 nmol/L with a relative standard deviation of 1.4% for 10 determinations of 50 nmol/L of dipyridamole. The modification of β-CD improved the sensitivity and selectivity for measuring dipyridamole. The recommended method has been successfully tested for the determination of dipyridamole in clinical samples (urine and pharmaceutical preparations). In comparison to the corresponding single-component counterparts, core/shell particles are widely used due to their better physical and chemical properties. The surface properties of core/shell particles evidently play an important role in the process of application. It is easy to deduce that surface properties mostly depend on the properties of the component in the shell. Therefore, desirable materials of shell are very significant for the study of composite materials, especially in core/shell field. It is well known that polysiloxane has excellent properties, such as the water repellency, high flexibility, low surface energy, and biocompatibility. Its application, however, is limited due to poor cohesiveness and poor film-forming properties. Recently, much endeavor has been made to overcome such flaws. It is found that polyacrylate is commonly considered for its good cohesiveness and excellent film-forming property. The combination of polysiloxane and polyacrylate has been shown to be important in the composite material field, especially as core/shell particles. Unfortunately, their hydrophobicity is considerably different and thus, the core/shell particles consisting of polyacrylate (PA)/polysiloxane (PSi) are hard to prepare by general seeded emulsion polymerization, and are also scarcely available in the literature. In this study, the new core/shell PA/PSi particles with poly(butyl methacrylate) (PA) as the core and poly(3-(methacryloxypropyl)-trimethoxysilane) (PSi) as the shell were prepared by dispersion polymerization under the kinetically controlled conditions. The characterization of the particles by TEM, DSC, particle size analyzer as well as static contact angle confirmed the formation of core/shell structure. A model beta-hairpin dodecapeptide [EFGWVpGKWTIK] was designed by including a favorable D-ProGly Type II' beta-turn sequence and a Trp-zip interaction, while also incorporating a beta-strand unfavorable glycine residue in the N-terminal strand. This peptide is highly folded and monomeric in aqueous solution as determined by combined analysis with circular dichroism and 1H NMR spectroscopy. A peptide representing the folded conformation of the model beta-hairpin [cyclic(EFGWVpGKWTIKpG)] and a linear peptide representing the unfolded conformation [EFGWVPGKWTIK] yield unexpected relative deviations between the CD and 1H NMR spectroscopic results that are attributed to variations in the packing interactions of the aromatic side chains. Mutational analysis of the model beta-hairpin indicates that the Trp-zip interaction favors folding and stability relative to an alternate hydrophobic cluster between Trp and Tyr residues [EFGYVpGKWTIK]. The significance of select diagonal interactions in the model beta-hairpin was tested by rearranging the cross-strand hydrophobic interactions to provide a folded peptide [EWFGIpGKTYWK] displaying evidence of an unusual backbone conformation at the hydrophobic cluster. This unusual conformation does not appear to be a result of the glycine residue in the beta-strand, as replacement with a serine results in a peptide [EWFSIpGKTYWK] with a similar and seemingly characteristic CD spectrum. However, an alternate arrangement of hydrophobic residues with a Trp-zip interaction in a similar position to the parent beta-hairpin [EGFWVpGKWITK] results in a folded beta-hairpin conformation. The differences between side chain packing of these peptides precludes meaningful thermodynamic analysis and illustrates the caution necessary when interpreting beta-hairpin folding thermodynamics that are driven, at least in part, by aromatic cross strand interactions.  相似文献
