The Synthesis of Gracillin and Dioscin：TWO Typical Representatives of Spirostanol Glycosides

Two spirostanol saponins(gracillin and dioscin)which have the typical sugar moieties were synthesized facilely by a general approach.     

Synthesis, Crystal Structure, Properties and Thermoanalysis of Complexes of Cu（Ⅱ） and Ni（Ⅱ） with Taurine-5-chlorosalicylaldelyde Schiff Base

The reactions of transition metal salts with taurine 5‐chlorosalicylaldelyde Schiff base gave two complexes [Ni(TCSSB)(H₂O)₃].H₂O (1) and [Cu(TCSSB)(H₂O)₂]₂[Cu(TCSSB)₂].6H₂O (2) (TCSSB=taurine‐5‐chlorosalicylaldelyde Schiff base), which were characterized by elemental analysis and X‐ray diffraction analysis. The complex 1 crystallized in monoclinic system with space group P2 ₁/c, and a=1.4816(2) nm, b=1.3953(2) nm, c= 0.7466(1) nm, β= 100.499(3)°, V=1.5176(4) nm³, Z=4, and an infinite 3‐D network structure was formed by hydrogen bonds among sulfo group, crystal water and coordinated water. Complex 2 crystallized in triclinic system with space group P1 , with the cell parameters: a = 0.6413(2) nm, b= 1.4596(3) nm, c= 1.6188(4) nm, a= 102.473(5)°, β= 98.979(4)°, γ=101.739°, V=1.4165(6) nm³, Z=1. The coordination environment between Cu(1) and Cu(2) is different. Cu(1) is slightly distorted square pyramidal while Cu(2) is distorted square‐plane. The complex 1 is mononuclear while the complex 2 is made up of two coordinated subunits, namely [Cu(TCSSB)₂] and [CU(TCSSB)(H₂O)₂]₂. Besides that the TG‐DTG of the complex 1 was analyzed, the thermal decomposition reaction of the complex was studied under a non‐isothermal condition by TG‐DTG. The TG and DTG curves indicate that the complex was decomposed in three stages: .     

羧甲基壳聚糖衍生物及其振动光谱的理论研究

用量子化学从头算STO 3G法研究了羧甲基壳聚糖及其衍生物的结构和稳定性，计算结果表明:1)壳聚糖单体经羧甲基化后，得到2种可能的产物，其中羧甲基在壳聚糖单体2位氨基上的取代产物较6位羟基上的取代产物稳定； 2)以羧甲基壳聚糖为母体经加成反应，得到羧甲基壳聚糖衍生物（2 羟基 3 丁氧基）丙基 羧甲基壳聚糖的2个异构体， 其中构型1更稳定.在优化构型的基础上，计算所得的构型1的振动光谱与实验结果相吻合.     

二氧化钛纤维表面担载Pt纳米结构的原子力显微镜研究

通过原子力显微镜研究了二氧化钛纤维表面担载Pt的表面形貌及其结构.结果表明,TiO2纤维表面担载的Pt具有微米尺度的近似六边形或者近似长方形的结构,与在单晶TiO2(110)表面的Pt纳米簇形貌相似,但尺度较大.TiO2纤维担载的Pt表面明显存在不同高度的台阶结构,台阶高度以2~4倍Pt(111)晶面面间距的高度为主.由Pt在TiO2纤维表面的形貌与纤维的纳米晶粒排布有序性推测可知,Pt与TiO2纤维存在强的相互作用,可能正是这种强相互作用和表面台阶结构才使TiO2表面担载的Pt虽是微米尺寸但仍具有高光催化活性.     

质子化硼烷正离子体系电子结构的理论研究

本文用a b initio计算法和近似a b initio计算法(PRDDO)研究了质子化硼烷正离子体系的电子结构,给出了一些正离子体系的优化几何构型并讨论了它们的成键情况。计算的硼烷分子质子亲和势与实验值相当吻合。

A new nano-biomachine has been created from microtubules (MTs) and hetero-bifunctional polymer particles bearing pyruvate kinase, which is propelled on glass surfaces coated with kinesin by use of self-supplying ATP.     

糠醛脱羰用Pt-K/Al2O3催化剂制备研究--浸渍溶剂的影响

选用丙酮，乙醇、水、乙酸等4种不同溶剂，采用浸渍法制备Pt-K/Al2O3催化剂，电镜分析表明，Pt的分布，分散度与溶剂存在一定关系，且由于助剂K的添加，使Pt浓度的最大值并不在外表面，而在外表面之下；Pt-K/Al2O3的催化性能与Pt的分布，分散度及Pt/K比值有一定关系，当以乙醇为浸渍溶剂时，制备得到的催化剂催化性能最好。     

Effects of EG and MoSi2 on thermal degradation of intumescent coating

An intumescent flame retardant coating was prepared with resin, solvent and flame retardant system composed of ammonium polyphosphate-APP, pentaerythritol-PER and melamine-MEL. The modifiers such as molybdenum disilicide (MoSi₂) and expandable graphite (EG) were used to improve the performances of the APP-PER-MEL coating. The effects of EG, MoSi₂ and MoSi₂/EG on the fireproofing time and char formation of the coating were investigated by using heat insulation test, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), differential thermal analysis (DTA), X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and scanning electric microscope (SEM). The results showed that by adding modifiers, the fireproofing time was prolonged and char formation rate was evidently enhanced. The largest improvement was achieved with 9 wt.% MoSi₂/5 wt.% EG, XPS analysis indicated that the performance of anti-oxidation of the coating was improved by adding EG and MoSi₂, and SEM images showed that a good synergistic effect was obtained through a ceramic-like layer produced by MoSi₂ covered on the surface of “open-cellular” structural char.     

O-二异丙氧磷酰基丝氨酸(或苏氨酸或酪氨酸)的合成

介绍一种简单方便地合成O-二异丙氧磷酰基丝氨酸(或苏氨酸或酪氨酸)的方法.其中O-二异丙氧磷酰基-L-丝氨酸(或苏氨酸)可从对应的N-磷酰化-L-丝氨酸(或苏氨酸)利用磷酰基N→0迁移的性质并在超声辅助下合成,而N-二异丙氧磷酰基-L-丝氨酸(或苏氨酸)的合成由L-丝氨酸(或苏氨酸)在次氯酸钠的水溶液中高收率地获得.O-二异丙氧磷酰基酪氨酸的合成可通过铜盐同时保护氨基和羧基,使用二异丙基磷酰氯为磷酰化试剂磷酰化,用硫化氢脱铜保护制备.     

Construction and Analysis of N-phosphoryl Peptide Libraries

N-Phosphoryl peptide libraries were constructed by transformation from homo-oligopeptide libraries, which was synthesized by self-assembly of amino acids with the assistance of phosphorus oxychloride. Electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) was used to monitor the reaction.
