Amorphous composite coatings Fe38Ni30−XSi16B14V2MX (X = 0, 1, 2) (M contains Al, Ti, Mo, and C) were prepared with low purity of raw materials by laser cladding. X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy results show that the coating have an amorphous structure with a few crystalline phase on it. The amorphous phase is the primary phase. The glass forming ability as well as the microhardness of the Fe-based alloy made from low purity raw materials can be much enhanced by adding small amount of multi-components. However, the elements addition has its optimal quantity. When X is equal to 1, the microstructure of the coating contains 97.93% amorphous phase and 2.07% crystalline phase on it. As a result, the microhardness of the coating reaches maximum. With further increasing of the additions, the amorphous phase in the coating lessens instead of augment and the crystalline phase begins to accumulate, which result in the decrease of the microhardness. 相似文献

Highly dispersed Au nanoparticles supported on Ni–Al mixed metal oxides (Au/NiAl-MMO) were prepared by a facile method, which is significantly efficient for the aerobic oxidation of ethyl lactate using authentic air as the oxidant, achieving 72.6% ethyl lactate conversion and 88.3% selectivity to ethyl pyruvate at 240 °C in a continuous fixed-bed reactor. The catalyst retained its catalytic performance during a long-term stability test. Characterization and experimental studies on the kinetic dependence sequence of the reactants and elementary reaction steps confirmed that the Au/NiAl-MMO catalyst followed the Mars–van Krevelen mechanism, with the activation of O2 as the elementary step. The quasi in situ X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy spectra demonstrated that the active sites in the Au/NiAl-MMO catalyst were Au nanoparticles. This work may provide a novel technique for developing more efficient supported metal catalysts for the aerobic oxidation of ethyl lactate using authentic air as the oxidant.

Migraine is an episodic neurological disorder and the second most disabling disease with unclear pathogenesis. Since dietary adjustment and probiotics supplement can improve the symptoms of migraine, the intestinal flora metabolites of bile acids(BAs) attract attentions in this work. 21 BAs, including cholic acid(CA), chenodeoxycholic acid(CDCA), deoxycholic acid (DCA), lithocholic acid(LCA), ursodeoxycholic acid(UDCA), hyocholic acid(HCA), hyodeoxycholic acid(HDCA) and their glycine- and taurine-conjugated species, were compared in serum of migraine patients and healthy controls using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS), which is the first study about the correlation between BAs and migraine. Two secondary BAs, DCA and LCA as well as their glycine- and taurine-conjugated forms, were demonstrated with significant difference between male patients and male controls, while no obvious difference was found in the two female groups. The result indicated that the variation of BAs might be gender-related when referred to migraine, which would emphasize the importance of gender-stratified analysis for the disease with varying morbidity in male and female. Five differential metabolites may serve as potential serum biomarkers for the male migraine patients, providing a new sight for the understanding and biomarker exploring of the migraine in male. 相似文献
Highly chemo- and regio-selective benzylic hydroxylations of o- and m-substituted toluenes were achieved with the easily available and easy-to-handle resting cells of Cellulosimicrobium cellulans EB-8-4 as biocatalysts, giving the corresponding benzyl alcohols as single product. Benzyl alcohols were obtained in 78-94% yield, demonstrating the first green, clean, and simple method for the preparation of benzyl alcohols via hydroxylations. Biotransformation of 4-methylbenzyl chloride with the same strain gave 4-methylbenzyl alcohol in 67-81% yield, suggesting a novel dehalogenation activity of the cells and providing a novel, green, and efficient method for the preparation of 4-methylbenzyl alcohol as well as the application potential in biodegradation of chlorine-containing aromatics. 相似文献
