In this paper, cinobufagin and resibufogenin were found to inhibit enterovirus 71(EV71) infection in vitro in cell viability and plaque reduction assays. The 50% inhibitory concentrations(lCs0) of einobufagin and resibufoge- nin were (10.94±2.36) and (218±31) nmol/L, respectively, the 50% cytotoxic concentrations(CCs0) of them were (1277±223) and (1385±254) nmol/L, respectively, and the anti-EV71 selectivity index(SI50) of cinobufagin was 116.7, which are promisingly developed into drug. Using a VP1 detection assay and a constructed reporter luciferase, we found that cinobufagin and resibufogenin disrupted the synthesis of EV71 protein. However, neither of them inhibited EV71 RNA replication. Our study suggests that cinobufagin and resibufogenin are the promising candidates that should he fllrther investigated for the treatment of EV71 caused disease.  相似文献

传统的网络入侵检测方法存在着检测率低和无法进行在线检测的问题, 为此设计了一种基于节点生长马氏距离K均值和HMM的网络入侵检测方法;首先,给出了入侵检测系统框图,然后,以马氏距离为评价准则,提出了一种节点根据距离阈值进行自适应生长的K均值算法以实现样本的聚类,得到样本属于各攻击类型的后验概率,并采用此后验概率来初始化HMM中的初始矢量分布、状态转移概率和观察值概率等参数,通过前向评估准则和后向评估准则对HMM模型进行训练,从而获得了HMM检测模型,将样本输入到各检测模型中并将概率最大的检测模型作为其攻击类型;仿真试验表明所提方法能有效地实现网络入侵检测,不仅具有较高的检测率,而且具有较低的误检率和漏检率,是一种有效的网络入侵检测方法。  相似文献

在光纤数字全息光路中引入自聚焦透镜,利用其特有的成像特性,作为物光波的中继传输器件,构成一套紧凑型光纤数字无透镜傅里叶变换全息记录系统,以实现对微小物体的全息记录与数值再现.研究结果表明,结合自聚焦透镜和光纤数字全息术的特点,不仅可使光学测试系统紧〖CM(42〗〖JP2〗凑、微型化,而且还可以对一些特殊环境、光线难以直接到达的隐藏区域或封闭系统内部进行测量.  相似文献

The crystallization processes of hydrated Mg-borates, boric, magnesium hydroxide and Mg-oxychloride from MgO-B2O3-18%MgCl2-H2O supersaturated solution at 20℃ have been studied by kinetic method. The crystallization solid phases were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, IR spectra, thermal analysis and chemical analysis. The liquid-solid phase diagram of ther-modynamic nonequilibrium state has been given. In this phase diagram, there exist eight crystallization fields, boric acid(H3BO3), trigomagneborite(MgO · 3B2O3 · 7.5H2O, MgO · 3B2O3 · 7H2O), hungchaoite(MgO ·2B2O3 ·9H2O), inderite(2MgO ·3B2O3 · 15H2O), chloropinnoite(2MgO ·2B2O3 · MgCl2 · 14H2O), magnesium hydroxide(Mg(OH)2) and magnesium oxychloride (5Mg(OH)2 · MgCl2·8H2O).  相似文献

为了提高超声换能器频率跟踪的稳定性,通过对最小电流法和相位差法的原理和应用范围进行分析,提出了基于最小电流和相位差法相结合的并联谐振频率跟踪策略,该策略主要思想是将最小电流法运用于换能器空载阶段,相位差法运用于带载阶段,并且带载时的起始驱动频率取为空载阶段跟踪到的并联谐振频率。由此对最小电流法和相位差法这两种跟踪方法进行取长补短。基于该跟踪策略对换能器在不同负载下进行了实验,结果表明该策略可以快速地跟踪到换能器的并联谐振频率,并且工作稳定。  相似文献

Ether-based electrolytes are considered as an ideal electrolyte system for sodium metal batteries (SMBs) due to their superior compatibility with the sodium metal anode (SMA). However, the selection principle of ether solvents and the impact on solid electrolyte interphase formation are still unclear. Herein, we systematically compare the chain ether-based electrolyte and understand the relationship between the solvation structure and the interphasial properties. The linear ether solvent molecules with different terminal group lengths demonstrate remarkably distinct solvation effects, thus leading to different electrochemical performance as well as deposition morphologies for SMBs. Computational calculations and comprehensive characterizations indicate that the terminal group length significantly regulates the electrolyte solvation structure and consequently influences the interfacial reaction mechanism of electrolytes on SMA. Cryogenic electron microscopy clearly reveals the difference in solid electrolyte interphase in various ether-based electrolytes. As a result, the 1,2-diethoxyethane-based electrolyte enables a high Coulombic efficiency of 99.9 %, which also realizes the stable cycling of Na||Na3V2(PO4)3 full cell with a mass loading of ≈9 mg cm−2 over 500 cycles.  相似文献

Boron(B)-and sulfur(S)-doped polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)are developed as a novel kind of multiple resonance emitters for ultrapure blue thermally activated delayed fluorescence(TADF)polymers with narrowband electroluminescence.The combination of electron-deficient B atom and electron-rich S atom in PAH can form an intramolecular push-pull electronic system in a rigid aromatic framework,leading to reduced singlet-triplet energy splitting and limited structure relaxation of excited states.The critical roles of S atom in determining emission properties with respect to the oxygen analogues are in two aspects:(i)reducing energy bandgap to shift emission from human-eye-insensitive ultraviolet zone to blue region,and(ii)promoting reverse intersystem crossing process by heavy-atom effect to activate TADF effect.The resulting polymer containing B,S-doped PAH as emitter and acridan as host exhibits efficient blue electroluminescence at 458 nm with small full-width at halfmaximum of 31 nm,representing the first example for ultrapure TADF polymer with narrowband electroluminescence.  相似文献

基于连续损伤力学方法,建立含初始损伤的三维复合材料层合板的有限元模型.采用Linde等提出的应变失效准则,并引入参数对损伤函数进行修正,模拟层合板的纤维和基体的失效行为.参数的改变可以描述损伤变量随应变的变化程度.数值模拟表明,计算结果随着参数的变化幅度较大,在试验值的±15%范围内变动.本文引入的参数一方面可以拓宽Linde材料损伤判据的适用范围,另一方面在适用范围内可以达到更为精确的数值模拟结果,为后续的结构分析打下基础.  相似文献

Through‐space charge transfer polymers (TSCT polymers) that contain a non‐conjugated polystyrene backbone and spatially separated donor and acceptor units for solution‐processed OLEDs with full‐color and white emission is reported. By tuning the charge transfer strength between donor and acceptors with different electron‐accepting ability, emission color spanning from deep blue to red can be achieved. By incorporating two kinds of donor/acceptor pairs in one polymer to create duplex through‐space charge‐transfer channels, blue and yellow emission can be simultaneously obtained to realize white electroluminescence from a single polymer. The TSCT polymers exhibit thermally activated delayed fluorescence effect with delayed‐component lifetimes in range of 0.36–1.98 μs, and unexpected aggregation‐induced emission (emission intensity enhancement of up to 117 from solution to aggregation state).  相似文献
