Chloramphenicol(CAP)is an antifungal agent approved for use in aquarium.However,CAP residue imparts serious adverse effect on human health as well as the ecology.Thus,keeping track of CAP in aquatic products and its environmental metabolites are of great importance.Herein,we developed a novel and neat electrochemical aptasensor for the detection of simulated CAP residual in a sandwich fashion.The screen-printed carbon electrode was employed as the sensing platform and electrodeposited with peculiar nanogolds to enhance the electrochemical performance.For the specific recognition of such small target,a pair of chloramphenicol-binding aptamers,the primary Aptl and the secondary Apt2,were tailored as an artificial single-chained antibody couple,of which the thi-olated Aptl stood on the coated working substrate to capture the analyte,while the biotinylated Apt2 rallied the signal output.In the presence of CAP,Aptl at the lower place cooperated with the upper Apt2 pinched CAP together.After that,the reporter avidin-conjugated horseradish peroxidase associated atop the mounted biotin labels,resulting in an electrocatalytic amplification.In whole,this modular biosensing construction would set a paradigm not just for practicable checkpoint quarantine or point-of-care testing,but potentially adaptable for technological fusion with“Internet Plus”and“Internet of Things”.  相似文献

A brief account of the methods of synthesis of the anisotropic nanomaterials as well as their photovoltaic performance in DSCs was summarily presented. 基于加速器中子源的硼中子俘获治疗(Boron Neutron Capture Therapy, BNCT)是新一代的放射治疗方法,束流整形体(Beam Shaping Assembly, BSA)作为硼中子俘获治疗装置的重要组成部分,其作用是将中子源中的快中子束流慢化至超热中子能区(0.5 eV~10 keV),并尽可能减少快中子、热中子以及$\gamma $射线的成分,使其满足BNCT用于治疗的中子束要求。本工作基于蒙特卡罗软件包Geant4(Geometry and Tracking),以2.5 MeV,10 mA质子流强的7Li(p, n)7Be中子源为对象,研究分析了AlF3 、Fluental、Al2O3、Al作为慢化体材料时,不同的厚度对束流出口处的超热中子注量率、超热中子注量与热中子注量比值、快中子成分、$ \gamma $成分所产生的影响。计算表明,当选用厚度为25 cm的AlF3作为慢化体材料时,经过整形慢化后的超热中子束的束流参数,均满足国际原子能机构(International Atomic Energy Agency, IAEA)的中子束流参数推荐值。  相似文献

The predictor-based control is known as an effective method to compensate input delays. Yet the traditional predictors, like Smith predictor, have poor robustness with respect to system disturbances. In this paper, with the consideration of future disturbances, a novel robust predictive scheme is developed for input delay systems subject to nonlinear disturbances. The Artstein reduction method is used to provide performance analysis of different predictor-based controllers, which shows that the proposed predictor-based controller can provide better disturbance attenuation than previous approaches in the literature for a wide range of disturbances.  相似文献

讨论了影响波分复用薄膜滤光片中心波长漂移的因素 ,着重分析了滤光片的温度稳定性。根据实验结果 ,借助于高桥模型 ,分析计算了滤光片的折射率温度系数、线膨胀系数和泊松比以及它们对温度漂移的影响。得到了Ta2 O5/SiO2 滤光片薄膜的折射率温度系数、线膨胀系数、泊松比分别为 1× 10 -5℃-1,5× 10 -7℃-1和 0 12 ,指出了这三个参量是影响温度稳定性最重要的因素 ,特别是薄膜的折射率温度系数。对特定的基板热膨胀系数 ,通过调节滤光片的干涉级次和间隔层材料 ,可望得到零温度漂移的稳定滤光片。  相似文献
