高效液相色谱法测定米根霉乳酸发酵液中乳酸的光学纯度

 以 2 ,3,6 三甲基 β 环糊精作手性流动相添加剂 ,C18柱为固定相 ,考察了流动相的pH和手性流动相添加剂浓度对乳酸对映体分离度的影响 ,建立了DL 乳酸的拆分定量分析方法。用归一化法分析DL 乳酸时引入了定量校正因子 ,确定了外标法测定L 乳酸的回归方程、精密度和回收率。测定了米根霉L 乳酸发酵液中D 型异构体的质量分数及其随放置时间的变化情况。     

基于标准互相关函数的图像分辨率自动标定方法

理想规则图像特征经标准互相关函数匹配后,相似函数C*(x)可用确定的解析式Z(x)表达.但是对于含噪声图像,相似函数C(x)较之C*(x)发生了变化,但存在"零相似不变性".将此原理应与于显微视觉中图像物面分辨率的在线标定,推导了矩形图像特征的一维相似函数解析式Z(x);求解C(x)=0作为Z(x)的近似,并给出了具体标定算法;通过仿真图像实验,给出标定算法的正确度在0.1～0.2 pixel;最后,将标定算法应用于可连续变焦的微对准装配系统,实测算法的精密度可达为0.08 pixel.实验结果表明,基于"零相似不变性"的标定算法是具有实用性的亚像素标定方法.～290nm波长激发下,310～390nm范围内产生荧光光谱,峰位波长在350nm,最佳激励波长为250nm;采用垂直偏振片(起偏角为0°)起偏照射样品,发现偏振荧光峰位不变,荧光峰强度随检偏角的增大而呈明显的线性递减关系.由实验数据计算得到荧光偏振度为0.783,表明分子具有一定确定取向;另外,分析认为酸性橙Ⅱ产生荧光,是由于分子中含有苯环和萘环结构吸收紫外光能量,以及氮键在光子作用下形成顺式异构体的激发单线态后,两者发射的光子所致.整个结果对酸性橙Ⅱ在食品中的违禁使用检测、特性表征、以及分子规律的更深入研究,有一定的参考价值.     

沸石分子筛在高岭土微球上的生长

 通过不同的合成方法,在高岭土微球上生长了沸石分子筛P与沸\r\n石分子筛KSO1的混合物、单一沸石分子筛KSO1和小晶粒沸石分子筛Y,\r\n并用多种物理手段如X射线衍射、电子显微镜和固体核磁共振波谱等对\r\n合成样品进行了表征．     

Period-doubling and chaotic oscillations in the ferroin-catalyzed Belousov-Zhabotinsky reaction in a CSTR

The ferroin-catalyzed Belousov-Zhabotinsky(BZ) reaction,the oxidation of malonic acid by acidic bromate,is the most commonly investigated chemical system for understanding spatial pattern forma-tion. Various oscillatory behaviors were found from such as mixed-mode and simple period-doubling oscillations and chaos on both Pt electrode and Br-ISE at high flow rates to mixed-mode oscillations on Br-ISE only at low flow rates. The complex dynamic behaviors were qualitatively reproduced with a two-cycle coupling model proposed initially by Gy?rgyi and Field. This investigation offered a proper medium for studying pattern formation under complex temporal dynamics. In addition,it also shows that complex oscillations and chaos in the BZ reaction can be extended to other bromate-driven nonlinear reaction systems with different metal catalysts.     

Preparation and characterizations of helical mesoporous silica nanorods using CTAB and alcohols

Helical mesoporous silica nanorods were prepared using cetyltrimethylamrnonium bromide and achiral alcohols as the co-structure-directing agents.They were characterized using field-emission scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,nitrogen sorptions,and small angle X-ray diffraction.The length of the silica nanorods increases with increasing the length of the alcohols.When n-heptanol and n-octanol were used,helical mesoporous silica nanorods with lamellar mesopores on the surfaces were obtained.     

含气量对激光空泡在刚性壁面空蚀的影响

采用强脉冲激光器设计液体环境下刚性壁面空蚀实验平台,改变液体中含气量,利用高速相机观察不同含气量条件下激光空泡在壁面附近的脉动过程,并对刚性壁面造成的空蚀结果进行了观测。实验研究发现,随着液体中相对空气含量的提高,激光空泡脉动的最大尺寸增大,空泡的膨胀运动变剧烈,溃灭运动速度降低,空泡的溃灭强度降低,从而影响到溃灭冲击波和壁面微射流对刚性壁面的冲击速度,减弱了壁面空蚀,而液体中含气量的提高能够降低激光空泡对刚性壁面的空蚀程度。     

Optical properties of transparent copper nanorod and nanowire arrays embedded in anodic alumina oxide

Transparent copper nanorod/nanowire arrays and anodic alumina oxide composite films have been prepared by alternating current electrodeposition, and their linear optical properties have been systematically characterized by absorption spectra. In the experimental spectra, there exist transverse and longitudinal resonance peaks, which are caused by the surface-plasmon resonance along the diameter and the length of the copper nanorods, respectively. The transverse resonance peak is affected by the diameter and aspect ratio of the nanorod. The longitudinal resonance peak appears at longer wavelength when a polarized light illuminates the film with an angle of incidence of about 70 degrees , where the angle is defined with respect to the surface normal. Moreover, the longitudinal resonance mode is sensitive to the polarization direction when compared with the transverse resonance mode.     

高效液相色谱法同时测定肉制品中的6种食品添加剂

建立了同时测定肉制品中化学性质差异较大的6种常用食品添加剂的高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析方法。根据6种添加剂(苯甲酸(钠)、山梨酸(钾)、糖精钠、安赛蜜、诱惑红和胭脂红)的化学性质,对HPLC分析条件进行了详细的优化。结果表明:以ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)为分析柱,以甲醇和20mmol/L醋酸铵溶液(pH为6.9)为流动相进行梯度洗脱,在235nm波长下进行检测,可以在18min内完成6种添加剂的同时测定。在高、低两个加标浓度下,样品的回收率为80.7%～94.4%,相对标准偏差(n=3)为2.0%～7.1%。结果表明,该方法快速、准确,能够同时分析测定肉制品中上述6种食品添加剂。

In the crystal structure of the title complex, [Zn(N₃)₂(C₆H₈N₆)]_n or [Zn(N₃)₂(bte)]_n, where bte is μ‐1,2‐bis(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)­ethane, each Zn atom is pentacoordinated in a distorted trigonal‐bipyramidal coordination environment involving two N atoms from two bte ligands and three N atoms from three azide ligands. The Zn atoms are bridged by μ‐1,1‐azide groups and bte ligands around a centre of inversion, forming an infinite one‐dimensional chain containing both four‐membered Zn(μ‐1,1‐N₃)₂Zn and 18‐membered Zn(gauche‐bte)₂Zn rings.     

石英光纤受γ射线辐照实验

阐述了有机包层和石英包层的石英光纤受辐照的结果,从实验中我们发现低剂量的辐照使光纤的透过率有所上升,简单地分析了其机理,同时阐述了其他中高剂量的光纤辐照结果,得到了一些有益的结论。
