The dose-dependent lipid accumulation caused by fenitrothion administration is associated with alteration of the ratio of various components of phospholipids and neutral lipids in various organs of rats up to 48 h. The concentration of triacylglycerol, phosphatidyl choline, phosphatidyl ethanolamine and phosphatidyl glycerol increased in liver, kidney and brain in treated rats whereas phosphatidyl serine was greatly reduced. High-performance liquid chromatography and gas-liquid chromatography were used for quantiative analysis of phospholipids and triacylglycerol. The changes in relative composition of various lipids by fenitrothion administration may lead to malfunctioning and alteration of biological properties.  相似文献

A large number of papers have been devoted to the study of unsteady flow past airfoil cascades. The majority of authors solve the problem for slightly curved profiles oscillating at low angles of attack.Among other work, we note that of Söhngen [1] on the flow past a dense cascade of plates oscillating synchronously and in phase in a potential fluid flow at a high angle of attack. Samoilovich [2] studied the flow past a cascade of plates of arbitrary shape oscillating with an arbitrary phase shift between neighboring plates. He presents the solution for the case of variable circulation in the quasisteady formulation. Stepanov [3] studied the same question with a linear approach to the flow behind the cascade. Musatov [4] examined the problem of the flow past a cascade of plates oscillating with an arbitrary phase shift between neighboring plates in a fluid flow, again at a high angle of attack, and considered the variation of the relative position of the plates durilng the oscillation process.The present paper considers the flow of a perfect incompressible fluid past a cascade of thin curved oscillating plates with account for the relative displacements of the plates during oscillation. To determine the intensity of the bound vortices per unit length, a linear integral equation is obtained. This represents a generalization of the Birnbaum equation to the case considered (see [5]). Equations are presented for calculating the unsteady aerodynamic forces and moments acting on the plates. As an example, the aerodynamic forces and moments are calculated for the quasistationary formulation of the problem.  相似文献

The purpose of this work was to apply fuzzy logic image processing techniques to characterize the trabecular bone structure with high-resolution magnetic resonance images. Fifteen ex vivo high-resolution magnetic resonance images of specimens of human radii at 1.5 T and 12 in vivo high-resolution magnetic resonance images of the calcanei of peri- and postmenopausal women at 3 T were obtained. Soft segmentation using fuzzy clustering was applied to MR data to obtain fuzzy bone volume fraction maps, which were then analyzed with three-dimensional (3D) fuzzy geometrical parameters and measures of fuzziness. Geometrical parameters included fuzzy perimeter and fuzzy compactness, while measures of fuzziness included linear index of fuzziness, quadratic index of fuzziness, logarithmic fuzzy entropy, and exponential fuzzy entropy. Fuzzy parameters were validated at 1.5 T with 3D structural parameters computed from microcomputed tomography images, which allow the observation of true trabecular bone structure and with apparent MR structural indexes at 1.5 T and 3 T. The validation was statistically performed with the Pearson correlation coefficient as well as with the Bland-Altman method. Bone volume fraction correlation values (r) were up to .99 (P<.001) with good agreements based on Bland-Altman analysis showing that fuzzy clustering is a valid technique to quantify this parameter. Measures of fuzziness also showed consistent correlations to trabecular number parameters (r>.85; P<.001) and good agreements based on Bland-Altman analysis, suggesting that the level of fuzziness in high-resolution magnetic resonance images could be related to the trabecular bone structure.  相似文献

Hydrazinesulfinate and sulfite hydrazinate derivatives of rare earth elements of composition Ln(N2H3SOO)3(H2O) and Ln2(SO3)3(N2H4)x(H2O)y, respectively, where Ln=La, Ce, Pr, Nd and Sm, have been prepared and characterized by chemical analysis and infrared spectra. The uranyl complexes of the composition UO2(N2H3SOO)2, UO2(N2H3SOO)2(N2H4) and UO2SO3(N2H4)(H2O) have also been prepared under different reaction conditions and studied by different physicochemical techniques. Thermal properties of all these complexes have been studied by thermogravimetry, and differential scanning calorimetry. The hydrazinesulfinate derivatives of rare earth elements undergo thermal decomposition in multisteps to give the respective metal sulfate as the residue. The other series of complexes, viz., rare earth sulfite hydrazinates gave a mixture of metal sulfate and metal oxide as the end products. However, all the uranyl complexes undergo decomposition in air to give UO2SO3 as the final product.  相似文献

A simple, rapid and accurate stability-indicating HPLC assay was developed for the determination of acyclovir and lidocaine in topical formulations. Chromatographic separation of acyclovir and lidocaine was achieved using a reversed-phase C18 column and a gradient mobile phase (20 mm ammonium acetate pH 3.5 in water and acetonitrile). The degradation products of acyclovir and lidocaine in the samples were analyzed by ultra performance liquid chromatography-time of flight mass spectrometry. The HPLC method successfully resolved the analytes from the impurities and degradation products in the topical formulation. Furthermore, the method detected the analytes from the human skin leachables following the extraction of the analytes in the skin homogenate samples. The method showed linearity over wide ranges of 5–500 and 10–200 μg/ml for acyclovir and lidocaine in the topical product, respectively, with a correlation coefficient (r2) >0.9995. The relative standard deviations for precision, repeatability, and robustness of the method validation assays were <2%. The skin extraction efficiency for acyclovir and lidocaine was 92.8 ± 0.7% and 91.3 ± 3.2%, respectively, with no interference from the skin leachables. Thus, simultaneous quantification of acyclovir and lidocaine in the topical formulations was achieved.  相似文献

Bulk As-Te-Tl glasses belonging to the As30Te70-xTlx (4≤x≤22) and As40Te60-xTlx (5≤x≤20) composition tie lines are studied for their I–V characteristics. Unlike other As-Te-III glasses such as As-Te-Al and As-Te-In, which exhibit threshold behavior, the present samples show memory switching. The composition dependence of switching voltages (Vt) of As-Te-Tl glasses is also different from that of As-Te-Al and As-Te-In glasses, and it is found that Vt decreases with the addition of Tl. Both the type of switching exhibited by As-Te-Tl glasses and the composition dependence of Vt, seems to be intimately connected with the nature of bonding of Tl atoms and the resultant structural network. Furthermore, the temperature and thickness dependence of switching voltages of As-Te-Tl glasses suggest an electro thermal mechanism for switching in these samples.
