Cobalt (Co) addition and thermal annealing induced structural and vibrational properties of ZnO nanostructures were analysed. X‐ray diffraction pattern reveals that the nanostructures are in hexagonal wurtzite type and the formation of Co3O4. The Co ion induced morphology changes have been studied by high‐resolution scanning electron microscope images and energy dispersive spectroscopy measurements confirm the presence of Co ions. CoO‐related magnon excitation bands are emerged at room temperature for the Co‐added samples. There are no changes in the band positions of the Raman spectra of pure and Co‐added materials. Annealed sample exhibits the suppression of magnon bands and formation of Co3O4: ZnO composites. Raman line width and the electron phonon coupling constant are decreased with respect to the annealing temperature. An attempt has been made to prepare a new proton-conducting polymer electrolyte based on poly(vinyl alcohol) doped with ammonium fluoride (NH4F) by solution casting technique. The complex formation between polymer and dissociated salt has been confirmed by X-ray diffraction and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy studies. The highest ionic conductivity has been found to be 6.9?×?10?6?Scm?1 at ambient temperature (303 K) for 85PVA:15NH4F polymer electrolyte. The conductance spectra contain a low frequency plateau region and high frequency dispersion region. The dielectric spectra exhibit the low frequency dispersion, which is due to space charge accumulation at the electrode–electrolyte interface. The modulus spectra indicate non-Debye nature of the material. The highest ionic conductivity polymer electrolyte 85PVA:15NH4F has low activation energy 0.2 eV among the prepared polymer electrolytes.  相似文献

A biodegradable solid polymer blend electrolyte was prepared by using polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) polymers with different molecular weight percentages (wt.%) of ammonium acetate, and its structural, thermal, vibrational, and electrical properties were evaluated. The polymer blend electrolyte is prepared using solution casting technique, with water as a solvent. X-ray diffraction shows that the incorporation of ammonium acetate into the polymeric matrix causes decrease in the crystallinity degree of the samples. The Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and laser Raman studies confirm the complex formation between the polymer and salt. Differential scanning calorimerty shows that the thermal stability of the polymer blend electrolyte and the glass transition temperature decreased as the concentration of ammonium acetate increased. The ionic conductivity of the prepared polymer electrolyte was found by AC impedance spectroscopic analysis. A maximum conductivity of 8.12?×?10?5 Scm?1 was observed for the composition of 50 PVA/50 PVP/30 wt.% of CH3COONH4.  相似文献

A simple, low-cost, post-black etching process atop the random pyramidal emitter has been proposed and investigated. The multi-scale texture is achieved by combining nanoporous layer formed by the post-black etching with micron-scale pyramid texture. Compared to the pre-black etched Si solar cells, our experiments clearly show the advantage of post-black etched texturing: it enables high blue response and improved conversion efficiency. As a result, the enhancement of 7.1 mA/cm2 on the short-circuit current density and improvement of 31 % in the conversion efficiency have been reached.  相似文献

Josephson junction resonators are the devices which exhibit complex behaviours as a consequence of their inductive properties. Even though the insulating medium between Josephson junctions (JJs) is normally considered homogeneous, the fact that lithography is used to form the layer, it has fractal substrates. Such JJs are identified as fractal Josephson junctions (FJJs). In this paper, a new chaotic oscillator based on memristor and FJJ has been investigated. Superconductor properties can dramatically change its operating points especially voltage and heat that are related to Josephson tunnelling. Some changes in the operating points can cause the Josephson tunnelling junctions to oscillate in different oscillation modes in very high frequencies. This can be achieved by considering the potential across the junction with its flux feedback. In order to model the magnetic flux effect, we use a memristor whose memductance function is considered as an exponential function. By varying the type of the bias current, we could observe the property of infinitely coexisting attractors in the memristor-fractal Josephson junction oscillator, which is considered as a rare phenomenon in physical circuits. The proposed Josephson-Memristor circuit model is developed, and its equilibrium points, bifurcation and Lyapunov exponents are computed. As an engineering application, modelling the trajectories of the moving object has been realized. First, the SURF algorithm, which is not affected by the scale and rotations of the object, is used in the images to identify an object that tracks the states of the proposed Josephson-Memristor circuit. In this way, the coordinates of the orbits on which the object moves were determined on the image. In order to reproduce the orbits of the specified object, the coordinate information of the object has been trained to the artificial neural network model and the orbits of the object have been reproduced.

A novel, effective 1‐glycyl‐3‐methyl imidazolium chloride–palladium(II) complex ([Gmim]Cl–Pd(II)) was synthesized and studied as an organocatalyst for the Sonogashira coupling reaction under solvent‐free conditions at 25 °C. The hydrophobic group on amino acid favors reagent diffusion toward the chloroglycine moiety, increasing the catalytic activity of supported palladium complex. By this protocol, different aryl halides (Cl, Br and I) were reacted with phenylacetylene in good to excellent yields with turnover number 8.0 × 102 to 9.6 × 102. The catalyst was recycled for the reaction of bromobenzene with phenylacetylene for eight runs without appreciable loss of its catalytic activity and negligible metal leaching. In this work, we report the efficient, high stable copper(II) complexes intercalated graphene oxide (GO) used as green catalysts for copper(II) complex mediated click reaction. Copper(II) Bis(2,2′-bipyridine) [CuII (bpy)2] (C1) and Copper(II) Bis(1,10-phenanthroline) [CuII (phen)2] (C2) have synthesized for the intercalation of corresponding nanocomposites with GO, [GO@CuII (bpy)2] (GO-C1) and [GO@CuII (phen)2] (GO-C2). The noncovalent interaction of complexes supported on the surface of the GO nanosheets proves as an evident active site to facilitate the enhanced catalytic activity of copper-catalyzed alkyne azide cycloaddition (CuIIAAC) reaction for the isolation of 1,4-disubstituted-1,2,3-triazoles as click products in shorter reaction time with 80%–91% yield (five examples). The X-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern of these composites shows the enhanced interlayers d-spacing range of 1.01–1.12 nm due to the intercalation of copper(II) complexes in between the GO basal planes and characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), Raman, UV, scanning electron microscope (SEM), and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The as-prepared nanocomposites were employed for the typical click reactions using the substrates of azide and acetylene. These classes of composite materials can be referred to recyclable, heterogeneous, green catalysts with high atom economy and could also be used for the isolation of click products in biomolecules.  相似文献
