A facile synthesis of highly soluble, axially substituted titanium(IV ) phthalocyanines is described. The reaction of tetra-tert-butylphthalocyaninatotitanium oxide tBu4PcTiO with the chelating agents 3a − 3i containing oxygen or sulfur as donor atoms leads to the formation of axially substituted tBu4PcTiX (X = functionalized catechols, dithiocatechol, and dihydroxynaphthalene). Following the same procedure a dimeric sandwich-like complex could be also synthesized from the reaction of tBu4PcTiO with tetrahydroxy-p-benzoquinone. All compounds were characterized by IR, UV/Vis, MS, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy, and elemental analysis. The axially substituted titanium phthalocyanines show high solubility and a low aggregation tendency due to the steric hindrance arising from the asymmetric peripheral substitution pattern of the macrocycle and the presence of bulky axial ligands. The relevant nonlinear optical (NLO) properties of some of the tBu4PcTiX compounds were determined in order to evaluate the potential role of these new compounds in optical limiting. The correlation between tBu4PcTiX structure and NLO properties is analyzed in terms of the electronic effects of the axial ligand. 相似文献

The single crystal X‐ray structure determinations are reported for [Ph4As][Au(N3)4] ( 1 ) and Ph3PAuN3 ( 2 ). Compound 1 is an ionic species with a “windmill” shaped anion. It crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c, a = 18.396(2), b = 6.2492(4), c = 23.555(2) Å; β = 107.98(1)°, Z = 4, R1(all data) = 0.0227, wR2 = 0.0374. The lattice parameters of compound 2 , which crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group P212121, are a = 10.9252(1), b = 11.5642(1), c = 13.0993(1) Å; Z = 4, R1(all data) = 0.0176, wR = 0.0334. The experimentally obtained X‐ray data and vibrational frequencies of both compounds were compared with those calculated at B3LYP/LANL2DZ and B3LYP/SDD level of theory and for 1 also at the MP2/SDD level. 相似文献

The complete absolute configuration of hormaomycin 1 a has been established by HPLC and HPLC/MS experiments with appropriately derivatized 4-propylprolines, (2S,4S)-6 and (2R,4R)-6, as well as 4-(Z)-propenylprolines, cis-5 and trans-5, and also feeding experiments with enantiomerically pure samples of the deuterium-labeled 3-(2'-nitrocyclopropyl)alanine, (2S)-3,3-[D2]15 and (2S)-2,2'-[D2]15, and 4-(Z)-propenylproline 2',4-[D2]-(2S,4R)-5. The latter five amino acids were prepared for the first time and allowed one to unequivocally assign the hitherto unknown absolute configurations of the last four stereocenters in hormaomycin 1 a. The mechanical characteristics of bacterially synthesized nano-cellulose (BNC) were studied with uniaxial compression and tensile tests. Compressive loads result in a release of water and the deformation of the water-saturated network corresponds approximately to the volume of released water. The BNC hydrogel exhibits a mainly viscous response under compression. The strain response under tensile loads has an elastic and a viscous component. This can be described with a Maxwell model, where the viscosity is strain rate-dependent. When the aqueous phase of the BNC hydrogel is stabilized with an additional alginate hydrogel matrix, the system exhibits an elastic response under compressive loads. The analysis of the ‘alginated’ BNC network with the Maxwell model shows that the alginate matrix increases the viscosity of the composite system. The results of the mechanical tests show that the water absorbed in the BNC hydrogel strongly influences its mechanical behavior. 相似文献
