HLS储存环束流发射度研究

 研究了合肥光源(HLS)储存环束流发射度与其长直线节消色散条件之间的关系；在考虑到H函数的匹配时，计算了储存环最低束流发射度；为光源多种运行模式提供了理论依据。     

重氢原子进入钛晶体中引起的晶体结构转变与电解重水过程中“过热”现象的关系

对重氢原子进入钯或钛晶体中可能引起常温核聚变的机理探讨与实验研究结果，已在文献［１］中作了报导。后来又对钛阴极材料，在使用前后进行了Ｘ射线结构分析。发现在电解过程中发生过“过热”现象的钛阴极材料的晶体结构由原来的密排六方结构转变为立方结构，而没有发生“过热”现象的钛阴极材料的晶体仍然保持电解前的密排六方结构     

一类二阶泛函微分方程周期解存在性问题

利用重合度理论研究一类二阶泛函微分方程x″(t)+f(t,x_t)x′~n+β(t)g(x(t-τ(t)))=p(t)的周期解问题,本文得到了周期解存在的新的结果。     

信噪比对偏振耦合测试影响分析

以白光麦克尔逊干涉仪对双折射保偏光纤的偏振耦合进行测试,并基于仪器结构建立了测试扫描结果的数学模型.分析及仿真了信噪比对耦合强度及耦合位置检测的影响大小及变化趋势.信噪比大于32dB,可满足偏振耦合测试的要求.     

储存环高频剔除系统

 介绍了用于电子储存环部分填充和非均匀填充的一种实验装置,它利用储存环中电子运动所具有的横向自由振荡和束团脉冲的时间结构这一特性,采用外加激励的方法使其产生共振,从而使得储存环中部分束团中的电子丢失,形成储存环的部分填充和非均匀填充。还扼要介绍了用高频剔除系统在储存环上实现不同填充方式时的束流积累结果。     

Fusion Wheat Histone H4 Protein Increases Transfection Efficiency of Non-viral DNA Vector

The lack of efficient and non-toxic gene delivery, preferably with non-viral DNA vectors, is generally regarded as a major limitation for gene therapy. In this study, a wheat histone H4 gene was cloned from Triticum aestivum, sequenced, modified and expressed in E. coli. AI-2 Key Enzyme S-Ribosylhomocysteinase from Strain Klebsiella pneumoniae CICC 10011 Producing 2,3-Butanediol

S-Ribosylhomocysteinase(LuxS) is the key enzyme in the synthetic pathway of a quorum sensing autoinducer AI-2. LuxS from a 2,3-butanediol produced strain Klebisella pneumoniae CICC 10011 was cloned and characterized. The luxS gene is composed of 540 bp with 172 amino acids encoded. The Km value for S-ribosylhomo- cysteine(SRH) was (27±1) umol/L, kcat was (0.112±0.004) s-1 and kcat/Km was 4.4×103 L umol-1·s-1 at 25 ℃. LuxS was activated by divalent metal ions, the highest activity was detected with Co2+ form...     

Swallowtail model for predicting the global bifurcation behavior of CO oxidation reactions

Catalytic CO oxidation on platinum group metals exhibits nonlinear phenomena such as hysteresis and bifurcation.Elucidation of the nonlinear mechanisms is important for catalyst design and control of reaction routes.Previous studies have offered initial insights into the local bifurcation behavior of CO oxidation.However,since the bifurcation behavior of CO oxidation is determined by multiple parameters such as temperature,total flux,and CO fraction,it is difficult to predict the global bifurcation behavior...     

Optical applications of quantum dots in biological system

This review presents a simple introduction on the unique properties and general synthesis of quantum dots (QDs) in which we lay emphasis on the optical applications in the biological system. The detection of biological molecules such as DNA, protein and enzyme, the cell-based analysis and in vivo animal imaging are mainly discussed.     

采用新型La_(0.07)Sr_(0.93)SnO_3电极制备外延透明BiFe_(0.95)Mn_(0.05)O_3铁电薄膜电容器

本文使用脉冲激光沉积的方法在SrTiO3(STO)单晶衬底上采用一种新型的透明导电氧化物材料La0.07Sr0.93SnO3(LSSO)薄膜作为电极材料制备了BiFe0.95Mn0.05O3(BFMO)铁电薄膜电容器.XRD表征结果证实BF-MO/LSSO/STO外延异质结具有很好的单晶质量.光透过率的测试结果表明在500~2500nm的波长范围内,整个异质结的透光率与单纯STO衬底基片相似.在波长500nm附近BFMO出现吸收边,通过对吸收边进行(hνα)2-hν曲线拟合得到BFMO的直接光学带隙约为2.8eV.利用Pt作为上电极,我们测得了饱和的电滞回线,剩余极化Pr~60μC/cm2.
