Several new pyridine derivatives were prepared via reaction of enaminoketones 1a , 1b , 1c , 1d with active hydrogen reagents. Reaction of the enaminoketones 1a , 1b , 1c with 4‐acetyl‐1,5‐dimethyl‐2‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐3(2H)‐one 2a yielded the pyridines 3a , 3b , 3c . Condensation of the enaminonitrile 1d with compounds 2b , 2c , 2d and compound 8 gave the pyridine derivatives 6a , 6b , 6c and 10 respectively. Also, (3‐(dimethylamino)acryloyl)‐2H‐chromen‐2‐one 1a reacted with active methylenes in diethyl 3‐oxopentanedioate 12 and 4‐methyl‐6‐oxo‐2‐thioxo‐1,2,5,6‐tetrahydropyridine‐3‐carbonitrile 15 to afford the pyridine derivatives 14 and 16 respectively.  相似文献

In the present work, an electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometric method has been developed for the determination of ultra‐trace amounts of rhodium after adsorption of its 2‐(5‐bromo‐2‐pyridylazo)‐5‐diethylaminophenol/tetraphenylborate ion associated complex at the surface of alumina. Several factors affecting the extraction efficiency such as the pH, type of eluent, sample and eluent flow rates, sorption capacity of alumina and sample volume were investigated and optimized. The relative standard deviation for eight measurements of 0.1 ng/mL of rhodium was ±6.3%. In this method, the detection limit was 0.003 ng/mL in the original solution. The sorption capacity of alumina and the linear range for Rh(III) were evaluated as 0.8 mg/g and 0.015–0.45 ng/mL in the original solution, respectively. The proposed method was successfully applied for the extraction and determination of rhodium content in some food and standard samples with high recovery values.  相似文献

Gas‐phase pyrolysis of N‐arylidine‐N′‐pyrimidin‐2‐yl‐hydrazine derivatives 1a , 1b , 1c , 1d , 1e gave the corresponding arylnitriles 2a , 2b , 2c , 2d , 2e , 2‐aminopyrimidine 3 , 3‐phenyl‐1,2,4‐triazolo[4,3‐a]pyrimidines 4 , 2‐phenyl‐1,2,4‐triazolo[1,5‐a]pyrimidines 5 , 2,4,5‐triphenyl‐1H‐imidazole 6 , and 2,3‐diphenylquinoline 7 . The analyses of the reaction products are reported and used to elucidate the mechanism of the pyrolytic process.  相似文献

First, the extraction and preconcentration of ultratrace amounts of lead(II) ions was performed using microliter volumes of a task‐specific ionic liquid. The remarkable properties of ionic liquids were added to the advantages of microextraction procedure. The ionic liquid used was trioctylmethylammonium thiosalicylate, which formed a lead thiolate complex due to the chelating effect of the ortho‐positioned carboxylate relative to thiol functionality. So, trioctylmethylammonium thiosalicylate played the roles of both chelating agent and extraction solvent simultaneously. Hence, there is no need to use a ligand. The main parameters affecting the efficiency of the method were investigated and optimized. Under optimized conditions, this approach showed a linear range of 2.0–24.0 ng/mL with a detection limit of 0.0010 ng/mL. The proposed method was applied to the extraction and preconcentration of lead from red lipstick and pine leaves samples prior to electrothermal atomic absorption spectroscopic determination.  相似文献

FRET spectroscopy is a promising approach for investigating the dynamics of G‐quadruplex DNA folds and improving the targeting of G‐quadruplexes by potential anticancer compounds. To better interpret such experiments, classical and replica‐exchange molecular dynamics simulations and fluorescence‐lifetime measurements are used to understand the behavior of a range of Cy3‐based dyes attached to the 3′ end of G‐quadruplex DNA. The simulations revealed that the dyes interact extensively with the G‐quadruplex. Identification of preferred dye positions relative to the G‐quadruplex in the simulations allows the impact of dye–DNA interactions on FRET results to be determined. All the dyes show significant deviations from the common approximation of being freely rotating and not interacting with the host, but one of the Cy3 dye analogues is slightly closer to this case.  相似文献

Diorganotin(IV) derivatives have been synthesized by the reaction of R2SnL2 (R=n‐Bu 1 , Ph 2 ) with monohydrate disodium salt of iminodiacetic acid ( Na2L ) in 1 : 1 M/L ratio under reflux conditions. The compounds have been characterized by FT‐IR, NMR (1H and 13C) spectoscopy, electron ionization mass spectrometry (EIMS), thermogravimetric analyses (TGA) and single crystal XRD. FTIR data indicates a mono‐dentate binding mode of the carboxylic acid group as well as participation of the amino nitrogen and aqua oxygen in coordination with organotin(IV) moieties. NMR data demonstrates a tetra‐coordinated environment around tin(IV) in solution. Mass spectrometric and thermogravimetric analyses verify the close similarities between the molecular structures of both complexes. The thermal stability of diphenyltin(IV) derivative ( 2 ) was found slightly higher than that of the free ligand ( Na2L ). Single crystal X‐ray analysis of the complex 1 have shown a hexa‐coordinated geometry around Sn(IV) with trans configuration. There are evidences for the existence of intermolecular hydrogen bonding in the structure of the complexes. The products displayed significant antibacterial and antifungal activities in contrast to the biologically inactive ligand precursor. However, the hemolytic cytoxicity of the complexes was comparatively high than the free ligand.  相似文献

The effect of hydrochloric acid, boric acid, and silica content in alumina on its catalytic activity towards the decomposition of triethylamine was investigated at 310°, 320°, and 330°. The study was carried out in a flow system and the reaction product was analyzed chromotographically. Ethylene formation is a zero order reaction independent of the partial pressure of triethylamine. Treating γ-alumina with hydrochloric acid increases its catalytic activity towards ethylene formation whereas silica-alumina is less active than γ-alumina. Boric acid-treated alumina has the same activity of γ-alumina. Formation of ethylene from preadsorbed triethylamine was studied. The similarity between reactions of aliphatic alcohols and amines over acid catalysts is concluded.  相似文献

Spectroscopic, redox, computational, and electron transfer reactions of the covalently linked zinc porphyrin–triphenylamine–fulleropyrrolidine system are investigated in solvents of varying polarity. An appreciable interaction between triphenylamine and the porphyrin π system is revealed by steady‐state absorption and emission, redox, and computational studies. Free‐energy calculations suggest that the light‐induced processes via the singlet‐excited porphyrin are exothermic in benzonitrile, dichlorobenzene, toluene, and benzene. The occurrence of fast and efficient charge‐separation processes (≈1012 s?1) via the singlet‐excited porphyrin is confirmed by femtosecond transient absorption measurements in solvents with dielectric constants ranging from 25.2 (benzonitrile) to 2.2 (benzene). The rates of the charge separation processes are much less solvent‐dependent, which suggests that the charge‐separation processes occur at the top region of the Marcus parabola. The lifetimes of the singlet radical‐ion pair (70–3000 ps at room temperature) decrease substantially in more polar solvents, which suggests that the charge‐recombination process is occurring in the Marcus inverted region. Interestingly, by utilizing the nanosecond transient absorption spectral technique we can obtain clear evidence about the existence of triplet radical‐ion pairs with relatively long lifetimes of 0.71 μs (in benzonitrile) and 2.2 μs (in o‐dichlorobenzene), but not in toluene and benzene due to energetic considerations. From the point of view of mechanistic information, the synthesized zinc porphyrin–triphenylamine–fulleropyrrolidine system has the advantage that both the lifetimes of the singlet and triplet radical‐ion pair can be determined.  相似文献

A simple, fast, reproducible (2.5% RSD at 3.0 μg/L), and sensitive method is described for quantifying As(III) (0.3 μg/L detection limit, 0.5–440 μg/L dynamic range). Anodic stripping voltammetry (ASV) is performed after accumulating arsenic at a mercury film electrode at ?0.350 V vs. Ag/AgCl (saturated KCl) for 20 s in 0.2 M HCl containing 8 μM ammonium 2‐amino‐1‐cyclopentene‐1‐dithiocarboxylate (AACD), without oxygen removal. This is the first report of using AACD in ASV and in electrochemical quantification of As(III). Total arsenic is determined after sodium‐sulfite‐reduction of As(V) to As(III). Interferences are minimal. Method validation involved water and metal alloy samples.  相似文献
