In this work, the adsorption behavior of Carmustine (BCNU) drug over the (6,0) zigzag single-wall boron nitride nanotube (SWBNNT) is studied by means of density functional theory calculations and molecular dynamics simulations (MD). The calculated adsorption energies proved that the adsorption of BCNU molecule on SWBNNT is a physisorption process. The natural bond orbital calculations demonstrated that existence of a charge transfer from the SWBNNT to the BCNU molecule. Moreover, quantum theory of atoms in molecules showed that the hydrogen bonds and electrostatic interactions are two major factors contributed to the overall stabilities of the complexes. Furthermore, interaction of BCNU with the surface of single wall BNNT at 310 K and 1 bar in the present of water and different concentration of Urea molecules has been studied by MD simulation. The MD results confirm that the highest number of hydrogen bond and the lowest value of Lennard-Jones (L-J) energy between nanotube and drug exist in the simulation system with concentration of 1 mol L?1 Urea. 相似文献
A 35 kDa glycoprotein whose abundance was previously demonstrated to be enhanced in sera of patients with endometrial adenocarcinoma (n = 12), was isolated from pooled sera of three of the cancer patients using champedak galactose-binding lectin affinity chromatography in the present study. Subjecting it to 2-DE and MS/MS, the glycoprotein was identified as the O-glycosylated fragment of inter-alpha-trypsin inhibitor heavy chain H4 (ITIH4). When compared to control sera (n = 17), expression of the 35 kDa ITIH4 cleavage fragment was demonstrated to be significantly enhanced in sera of patients with breast carcinoma (n = 10), epithelial ovarian carcinoma (n = 10), and germ cell ovarian carcinoma (n = 10) but not in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (n = 13) and osteosarcoma (n = 7). The lectin-based electrophoretic bioanalytical method adopted in the present study may be used to assess the physiological relevance of ITIH4 fragmentation and its correlation with different malignancies, their stages and progression. 相似文献
The optical properties, electronic charge density, electronic structure of the new layered selenides materials, BaGdCuSe3, CsUCuSe3, CsZrCuSe3, and CsGdZnSe3 compounds have been calculated by using the full potential and linear augmented plane wave (FP-LAPW) methods as applied in the WIEN2k package, which is based on the density functional theory. The ALnMSe3 compound's structure of these was (A = Cs, Ba; Ln = Zr, Gd, U; M = Cu, Zn) is composed of (n = 1, 2) layers, which might be separated by A atoms. It is to be observed that there is strong hybridization between the s, p, and d states of Zr, Gd, and Cu atoms. Around the gadolinium atom, the charge density contours are completely circular, but the Gadolinium “Gd” atom shows an ionic nature. To calculate the refractive index, we used Kramer's Kronig correlations with the imaginary part dielectric function. The decrease in the refractive index is due to the lack of probability for direct excitation of the electrons, resulting in a loss of energy. The value of the static refractive index for all reference compounds is about 1.75–2.25, which is indication that the material used in optoelectronic devices. 相似文献
The kinetics of solute adsorption at the solid/solution interface has been studied by statistical rate theory (SRT) at two limiting conditions, one at initial times of adsorption and the other close to equilibrium. A new kinetic equation has been derived for initial times of adsorption on the basis of SRT. For the first time a theoretical interpretation based on SRT has been provided for the modified pseudo-first-order (MPFO) kinetic equation which was proposed empirically by Yang and Al-Duri. It has been shown that the MPFO kinetic equation can be derived from the SRT equation when the system is close to equilibrium. On the basis of numerically generated points ( t, q) by the SRT equation, it has been shown that we can apply the new equation for initial times of adsorption in a larger time range in comparison to the previous q vs radical t linear equation. Also by numerical analysis of the generated kinetic data points, it is shown that application of the MPFO equation for modeling of whole kinetic data causes a large error for the data at initial times of adsorption. The results of numerical analysis are in perfect agreement with our theoretical derivation of the MPFO kinetic equation from the SRT equation. Finally, the results of the present theoretical study were confirmed by analysis of an experimental system. 相似文献
In the present study, for the first time electromembrane extraction followed by high performance liquid chromatography coupled with ultraviolet detection was optimized and validated for quantification of four gonadotropin‐releasing hormone agonist anticancer peptides (alarelin, leuprolide, buserelin and triptorelin) in biological and aqueous samples. The parameters influencing electromigration were investigated and optimized. The membrane consists 95% of 1‐octanol and 5% di‐(2‐ethylhexyl)‐phosphate immobilized in the pores of a hollow fiber. A 20 V electrical field was applied to make the analytes migrate from sample solution with pH 7.0, through the supported liquid membrane into an acidic acceptor solution with pH 1.0 which was located inside the lumen of hollow fiber. Extraction recoveries in the range of 49 and 71% within 15 min extraction time were obtained in different biological matrices which resulted in preconcentration factors in the range of 82–118 and satisfactory repeatability (7.1 < RSD% < 19.8). The method offers good linearity (2.0–1000 ng/mL) with estimation of regression coefficient higher than 0.998. The procedure allows very low detection and quantitation limits of 0.2 and 0.6 ng/mL, respectively. Finally, it was applied to determination and quantification of peptides in human plasma and wastewater samples and satisfactory results were yielded. 相似文献
In this article a systematic method is proposed to deconvolute the time‐dependent molecular weight distributions (MWD) and average comonomer fraction profiles of ethylene/1‐olefin copolymers made with heterogeneous Ziegler–Natta catalysts. These distributions with a high‐temperature gel permeation chromatography equipped with an infrared detector at four different polymerization times have been measured and used this information to infer how the fractions of polymer made on each site type varied with polymerization time. The model estimates here the minimum number of active site types needed to describe these copolymers, the MWD of polymer populations made on each site type, and their average comonomer fractions. This method is useful to quantify the microstructure of olefin copolymers made with multiple site type catalysts using the least number of adjustable parameters.
The CdSe quantum dots (QDs) capped with 2-mercaptonicotinic acid (H2MN) were prepared through a controllable process at 80 °C. The prepared QDs were characterized by XRD, TEM, IR, UV–Vis and fluorescence (FL) techniques. It was found that the QDs were nearly mono-disperse with the diameters in the range of 8–10 nm. These QDs are capable to exhibit strong FL even in concentrated acidic media. They exhibit an enhanced fluorescence in the presence of Cr(VI), which was used for the determination of Cr(VI) in water samples. The linear range was found to be 1?×?10?7–6.0?×?10?6 M with the RSD and DL of 0.92 % and 5?×?10?8 M, respectively. Except that Ca2+ and Fe3+ which can be eliminated through a simple precipitation process, the other co-existent ions present in natural water were not interfered. The recoveries obtained for the added amounts of Cr(VI) were in the range of 96.9–103.2 %, which denote on application of the method, satisfactorily. 相似文献
The single crystal X‐ray data of a mixed anions complex of PbII with 1,10‐Phenantroline, [Pb(phen)(O2CCH3)‐ (O2NO)], shows the complex to be polymeric as a result of acetate ligand bridging. The Pb atom has an asymmetrical eightfold coordination of two nitrogen atoms of the 1,10‐phenanthroline ligand and six oxygen atoms of the nitrate and acetate anions. The arrangement of the 1,10‐phenantroline ligand, acetate and nitrate anions suggest a gap in the coordination around the PbII ion, occupied possibly by a stereoactive lone pair of electrons on lead(II) where the coordination around the lead atoms is hemidirected. There is a π‐π stacking interaction between the parallel aromatic rings of an adjacent chain in the compound which might help to increase the ‘gap' in the coordination around the PbII ion. 相似文献
