Effect of Co-solvent on the Palladium Catalyzed Alkoxycarbonylation of Allyl Bromide in Supercritical CO_2

We have studied the palladium-catalyzed alkoxycarbonylation of allyl bromide in supercritical (sc) CO2 and found the reaction rate in sc CO2 was lower than those in some organic solvents1. The possible reason was the lower solubility of sc CO2 for the palladium catalyst. As an effective approach to improve the solubility of varieties of solutes, cosolvent such as ethanol has been widely used in the sc CO2 extraction2,3. DETECTION OF T_g BY MODULATED DIFFERENTIAL SCANNING CALORIMETRY

The glassy transition of the polyethylene terephthalate (PET) sampleswhich have been subjected to solvent induced crystallization (SINC) was investigated bymodulated differential scanning calorimetry (MDSC) and density measurement. The dif-ferential of heat capacity signal, d C_p/dT from MDSC, was used to monitor the SINCprocess. It reveals that the T_g temperature shifts to higher value with the advancement ofSINC. When the toluene-immersing time was longer (168h), the detection of T_g becomemore difficult, because some smaller peaks emerged at the lower temperatures and theseare explained as the movement of small segments in the amorphous region. These observedresults are due to the morphology and structure introduced by the SINC process.

趋磁细菌(MTB)吸附Pd2+的实验研究

以趋磁细菌MTB作为吸附剂,吸附溶液中的Pd2 ,对影响吸附的因素进行了实验研究。结果显示,MTB对溶液中Pd2 的最佳吸附条件为:pH=1~5,菌体浓度在6g/L左右,Pd2 初始浓度为20mg/L~80mg/L,室温条件下吸附30min。吸附过程遵循准一级动力学方程和Langmuir等温吸附模型。     

丁二烯－甲基丙烯酸甲酯嵌段共聚物的阴离子聚合及表征

讨论了用阴离子方法进行了二烯与甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚合的过程，并用ＧＰＣ、ＦＴＩＲ、ＮＭＲ和动态粘弹谱对共聚物进行了表征．证明所得聚合物为具有较高分子量、窄分布的二嵌段共聚物．     

磷化氢与环烯烃反应的原位^3^1P NMR研究

本文应用加压原位核磁共振波谱技术, 在反应温度50-70℃、反应压力1.0-2.0MPa, 氘代苯为溶剂, 偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂的条件下, 考察了磷化氢与环烯烃1, 5-环辛二烯、双环戊二烯、1, 3-环己二烯、1, 4-环己二烯及1, 5, 9-环十二三烯的反应。实验结果表明, 磷化氢与1, 5-环辛二烯反应主要生成双环膦杂环壬烷; 与其它环烯烃均不生成膦杂环化合物, 仅为一取代伯膦或二取代仲膦产物。磷化氢与环烯烃反应仍为串行机理。     

ALLOSTERIC REGULATION OF THE STATE OF ADENYLYLATION OF GLUTAMINE SYNTHETASE IN PERMEABILIZED CELL PREPARATIONS OF Rhoaopseudomonas sphaeroides

Following a freeze-thaw cycle, and the treatment of Rhodopseudomonas sphaeroides withthe nonionic detergent Lubrol PX, the permeabilized cell suspensions can be assayed directlyboth for the intracellular levels of glutamine synthetase and the state of adenylylation(i.e. the average number n of adenylylated subunits/dodecameric molecules). It seems that all components of the bicycle system are retained if cells grown with lowconcentrations of a?monia as the sole nitrogen source are used. The value of n was depend-ent upon the concentration of substrates (ATP, Pi) and allosteric effectors (ATP, gluta-mine and α-ketoglutarate) of adenylyltransferase. The value of n affected by UTP, thespecific substrate of the uridylyltransferase shows first the evidence that the bicycle cascadecontrol system studied in Escherichia coli may exist in this phototrophic bacterium.     

二维配位聚合物[Zn(PDC)(phen)]n的合成、晶体结构及荧光性质

合成了锌(II)与3,4-吡啶二羧酸和1,10-邻菲啰啉形成的配位聚合物[Zn(PDC)(phen)]_n (1) (H₂PDC＝3,4-吡啶二羧酸, phen＝1,10-邻菲啰啉), 对其进行了元素分析、红外光谱和X射线单晶衍射表征, 测定了晶体结构. 该聚合物属单斜晶系, P2(1)/n空间群, a＝0.77136 nm, b＝1.9757(4) nm, c＝1.0680(2) nm, β＝95.36(3)°, V＝1.6205(6) nm³, Z＝4, D_c＝1.683 Mg/m³, M_r＝410.68, F(000)＝832, μ＝1.55 mm^－1, 最终偏离因子R₁＝0.0608, wR₂＝0.0967. 该化合物中Zn原子与来自两个PDC的三个羧基氧原子, 另外一个PDC的吡啶氮原子, 以及phen的两个氮原子配位, 形成的ZnN₃O₃八面体通过PDC桥联形成二维层状网络结构. 此外还研究了该聚合物的热性质和荧光性质.     

CL-7402萃淋树脂分离富集铅的研究及其应用

通过静态和动态实验,研究了CL-7402萃淋树脂吸附铅的性能和减压微色谱柱分离富集铅的最佳条件。实验表明,此萃淋树脂吸附快,吸附容量大。在减压条件下,以1mol/LHBr为上柱介质,2mol/LHNO3为洗脱液,可使铅与铜、铁等金属离子快速分离。采用三溴偶氮胂光度法测定样品中的铅。     

Indium-mediated Facile Synthesis of （6-Chloropyridine-3-yl）methyl Heterocyclic Thioether Derivatives in Aqueous Media

A series of substituted (6-chloropyridine-3-yl)methyl heterocyclic thioether derivatives were prepared by indium mediating in water. The preliminary biological tests showed that compound 3d exhibited good antiviral activity.
