Dependence of the phase transition temperature on the domain size is investigated for a double-well quadratic potential. It is shown that for a domain whose boundary is subjected to a hydrostatical pressure, the temperature of phase transitions is independent of the domain and the surface tension coefficient and depends exclusively on the properties of the elastic media. If the displacement field vanishes on the boundary, then for sufficiently small domains, the temperature also does not depend on the surface tension and domain size and is determined by properties of the elastic media only. The dynamics of multiphoton transitions in a two-level spin system excited by transverse microwave and longitudinal RF fields with the frequencies ωmw and ωrf, respectively, is analyzed. The effective time-independent Hamiltonian describing the “dressed” spin states of the “spin + bichromatic field” system is obtained by using the Krylov-Bogoliubov-Mitropolsky averaging method. The direct detection of the time behavior of the spin system by the method of nonstationary nutations makes it possible to identify the multiphoton transitions for resonances ω0 = ωmw + rωrf0 is the central frequency of the EPR line, r = 1, 2), to measure the amplitudes of the effective fields of these transitions, and to determine the features generated by the inhomogeneous broadening of the EPR line. It is shown that the Bloch-Siegert shifts for multiphoton resonances at the inhomogeneous broadening of spectral lines reduce only the nutation amplitude but do not change their frequencies.  相似文献

We consider the radiation from nonoscillating dipoles traveling with constant velocity directed parallel or antiparallel to the velocity of a homogeneous transparent moving medium. It is assumed that the medium in its rest frame is isotropic and has no spatial dispersion. We obtain expressions for the radiative energy losses and estimate the polarization energy losses of electric and magnetic dipoles of different orientations. In particular, it is shown that the energy loss of a source is negative if it moves in the direction of the medium motion and the source velocity is less than the medium velocity. The excitation of eigen surface waves by tubular electron beams in cylindrical discharge devices is studied. The influence of the wave‐field azimuthal structure on the excitation efficiency and nonlinear stage of the plasmabeam instability is investigated both numerically and analytically. Analytical expressions for the saturation amplitude and excitation efficiency of the wave under study are derived. The structural properties of polycrystalline silicon films, prepared by plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition system, with different flow rates of SiH4/SiF4 mixtures at 300 °C were investigated. This study indicates that the low hydrogen coverage on the growing surface, under optimum fluorine radicals, will be leaded to an improvement of crystallized area as compared with case of high hydrogen coverage surface. Moreover, the studies of the role of SiH4 and SiF4 radicals show that the SiH4 radicals are important in the nucleation and growth of grains. However, SiF4 radicals are effective in the structural change of grain boundaries regions and by this way, in the present system, establish the growth of grains under the dominant 〈1 1 0〉 direction. The stress investigation indicates that addition of high flow rate of SiF4 in amorphous film, results in the nearly stress free films. Finally, we found that the changes in g-value reflect the changes in the intrinsic compressive and tensile stress in the both polycrystalline and amorphous silicon films.  相似文献

In this paper we study root system generalizations of the quantum Bose-gas on the circle with pair-wise delta-function interactions. The underlying symmetry structures are shown to be governed by the associated graded algebra of Cherednik's (suitably filtered) degenerate double affine Hecke algebra, acting by Dunkl-type differential-reflection operators. We use Gutkin's generalization of the equivalence between the impenetrable Bose-gas and the free Fermi-gas to derive the Bethe ansatz equations and the Bethe ansatz eigenfunctions.  相似文献

We study oscillation in a gyrotron with allowance for reflections from an output horn. Regions with different system behaviors, such as stationary oscillation, self-modulation, and complex-dynamics regimes are found in the parameter plane. The scenarios of appearance of chaotic oscillations are considered. It is shown that they can emerge via either a sequence of period-doubling bifurcations or destruction of quasiperiodic motion. For chaotic attractors, Lyapunov exponents are calculated and their dimensions are estimated on the basis of the Kaplan-Yorke formula. Based on a semiclassical theory, investigations were made of the dynamics and spectral composition of pulsed generation with self-injection of priming radiation from the active part of a three-mirror linear resonator, the passive part of which contains an active loss modulator and serves as the output reflector of the laser. It is shown that there exists a range of resonator parameters at which pulsed lasing has virtually a single frequency irrespective of the detuning of the frequencies of the priming radiation and of the nearest eigenmode of the composite resonator. Considering graphically the phase conditions of generation, it is established that among pulsed lasers with self-injection of priming radiation which are constructed on the basis of three-mirror linear and branched resonators, the most efficient for creating single-frequency generation are those in which the length of the main resonator, where generation of the pulse occurs, is larger than the length of the additional one intended for forming the priming radiation. With an inverse ratio of the lengths of the resonators, the conditions of single-frequency pulsed generation becomes dependent on the priming radiation frequency.  相似文献
