In this letter, we report synthesis of branched polysaccharide 2 by glycosylation of glucal-type monomer 1 with two free hydroxy groups at position 3 and 4. Monomer 1 polymerized with N-halosuccinimide promoter in acetonitrile solvent at room temperature--50 degrees C. The product was isolated as a petroleum ether insoluble fraction. The structure was determined by 1H and 13C NMR spectra as well as elemental analysis to be a polysaccharide consisting of 2-halo-2-deoxy-alpha-D-mannoside units, indicating that the polymerization proceeded via stereoregular glycosylation manner. The molecular weights determined by GPC with DMF were 3,300-4,000. The degree of branching was estimated by the NMR data of the product from the reaction of 2 with 3,5-dinitrobenzoyl chloride.  相似文献

Polysiloxane formation in dimethyldiethoxysilane (DMDES)-ethyl alcohol (EtOH(D))-oxalic acid (OA) (DMDES:EtOH(D):OA=1:2:0.5) and DMDES-dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO)-OA (DMDES:DMSO:OA=1:2:0.5) systems was investigated by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and 29Si-nuclear magnetic resonance. While the DMDES-EtOH(D)-OA system was homogeneous, the DMDES-DMSO-OA system consisted of two immiscible phases. In both systems, ethoxy-terminated linear oligomers ((EtO)Me2SiO(Me2SiO)nSiMe2(OEt); n=0–4, Et = C2H5, Me = CH3) and cyclic tetramer ((Me2SiO)4) were identified. The reaction mechanism for polysiloxane formation is discussed.  相似文献

Until now, there has been little work covering all of the main native adrenal-cortical steroids in blood. We therefore established a method for the simultaneous quantitative measurement of 14 native adrenal-cortical steroids, which involves capillary column gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC--MS). Serum steroids were purified from serum with the Extrelut mini-column and then converted into stable derivatives for GC-MS by a combination of boronic cyclization and trimethylsilyl and methyloxime derivatization. The sensitivities (with a signal-to-noise ratio greater than or equal to 7) of our GC-MS method ranged from 0.1 to 1.0 ng/ml of serum, and the coefficients of variation of intra- and inter-assays were less than 19% for each steroid. Our newly devised method involving a capillary column GC-MS system has been proven to be a simple and suitable method for a diagnosis requiring simultaneous detection of many native adrenal steroids in clinical practice. The one-pot reaction of ethyl 1-cyclopropyl-6,7,8-trifluoro-1,4-dihydro-4-oxoquinoline-3-carboxylate ( 6 ) with tert-butyl acetoacetate gave 3-tert-butyl 7-ethyl 9-cyclopropyl-4-fluoro-6,9-dihydro-2-methyl-6-oxofuro[3,2-h]quinoline-3,7-dicarboxylate ( 5 ). This regioselective cyclization was rationalized by the Hard and Soft Acids and Bases principle. By use of a similar furan-forming reaction, we prepared 2-(amino-methyl)furo[3,2-h]quinoline-7-carboxylic acid 4 . Compound 4 showed weak antibacterial activity.  相似文献

A high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method for the quantification of 2-hydroxyfluorene (2-OHF) in normal human urine was established using deuterated 2-hydroxyfluorene (2-OHF-d9) as an internal standard with column-switching and fluorescence detection. The 2-OHF-d9 was synthesized by the metabolism of deuterated fluorene with cytochrome P450. The analytes were cleaned up on an ODS pre-column, via column-switching, and separated on an alkylamide-type reversed phase column. The internal standard eluted immediately prior to non-deuterated 2-OHF on the HPLC system and had nearly the same fluorescence characteristics as the non-deuterated 2-OHF. The detection limit was 0.03 nmol l(-1) (S/N = 3) and the calibration range of urine sample was from 0.2 to 50 nmol l(-1). The urine sample treatment involved enzymatic hydrolysis followed by solid phase extraction using a Sep-Pak C18 cartridge. 2-OHF was observed in the form of conjugates such as glucuronide and/or sulfate in human urine, and urinary metabolites were completely hydrolyzed for 2 h with beta-glucuronidase/aryl sulfatase. The proposed method was used to determine urinary 2-OHF in smokers and non-smokers, and showed that the urinary concentrations of 2-OHF in smokers were significantly higher than those in non-smokers (P < 0.01). Thus, the data suggest that urinary 2-OHF might be a sensitive and specific biological marker for the assessment of the exposure to polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.  相似文献

The effect of pH on the molecular shape and dispersed state of native ovalbumin molecules in 20 mM phosphate and acetic acid buffer solutions has been studied using small-angle x-ray scattering (SAXS) and a rheological method The degree of association of the OA molecule at the 0.5% colloid system increases slightly with decreasing pH, i.e., 2.10 at pH 7.0, and 2.88 at pH 4.0, and the radius of the OA molecule decreases slightly with decreasing pH, i.e., 24.5 Å at pH 7.0, and 22.0 Å at pH 4.0.The OA colloid shows apparent yield stress and rigidity which are due to a certain ordered arrangement of the molecules. The yield stress and the rigidity increase abruptly at a pH value near to an isoelectric point (ca. pH 4.4). In the dilute system this increment is attributed to the change in the ordered arrangement or in the interparticle interaction, and not to the change in the association state of the OA molecules. The values of the yield stress and the rigidity remain almost constant over a wide concentration range and this feature (an auto-controlled mechanism) is kept over a certain range of pH.  相似文献

An automatic HPLC system for analyzing nitropolycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (NPAHs, nitroarenes) in airborne particulates was previously described (Anal. Chim. Acta, 2001, 445, 20). Some problems with this system were that it generated a peak originating from an ascorbic acid solution that elutes at a retention time close to that of 1,6-dinitropyrene (DNP), and that it was able to analyze only 1,3-, 1,6-, 1,8-DNPs and 1-nitropyrene (I-NP). Here, we describe an improved system that effectively removes the interfering peak by introducing an ODS column just after the pump for the ascorbic acid solution, and which is capable of analyzing several additional compounds (2-, 4-NPs, 2-nitrofluorene. 6-nitrochrysene, 7-nitrobenz[a]anthracene, 3-nitroperylene and 6-nitrobenzo[a]pyrene etc.). The improved sensitivities were achieved by concentrating the compounds in a benzene-ethanol extract from airborne particulates, by increasing the loading time of the sample solution from 20 to 38 min, and by increasing the flow rate of an ascorbic acid solution from 1.3 to 1.8 mL/min.  相似文献

The excitation-energy-hopping (EEH) times within two-dimensional cyclic zinc(II)-porphyrin arrays 5 and 6, which were prepared by intermolecular coordination and ring-closing metathesis reaction of olefins, were deduced by modeling the EEH process based on the anisotropy depolarization as well as the exciton-exciton annihilation dynamics. Assuming the number of energy-hopping sites N = 5 and 6, the two different experimental observables, that is, anisotropy depolarization and exciton-excition annihilation times, consistently give the EEH times of 8.0 +/- 0.5 and 5.3 +/- 0.6 ps through the 1,3-phenylene linkages of 5 and 6, respectively. Accordingly, the self-assembled cyclic porphyrin arrays have proven to be well-defined two-dimensional models for natural light-harvesting complexes.  相似文献

The properties of polymeric materials are dictated not only by their composition but also by their molecular architecture. Here, by employing brush‐first ring‐opening metathesis polymerization (ROMP), norbornene‐terminated poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) macromonomers ( MM‐n , linear architecture), bottlebrush polymers ( Brush‐n , comb architecture), and brush‐arm star polymers ( BASP‐n , star architecture), where n indicates the average degree of polymerization (DP) of PEO, are synthesized. The impact of architecture on the thermal properties and Li+ conductivities for this series of PEO architectures is investigated. Notably, in polymers bearing PEO with the highest degree of polymerization, irrespective of differences in architecture and molecular weight (~100‐fold differences), electrolytes with lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide (LiTFSI) as an Li+ source exhibit normalized ionic conductivities (σn) within only 4.9 times difference (σn = 29.8 × 10?5 S cm?1 for MM‐45 and σn = 6.07 × 10?5 S cm?1 for BASP‐45 ) at a concentration of Li+ r = [Li+]/[EO] = 1/12 at 50 °C. © 2018 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
