A new ion conducting solid polymer electrolyte thin film based on Polyethylene oxide (PEO) with NaClO3 salt is prepared by solution-casting method. The solvation of salt with PEO has been confirmed by X-ray diffraction and IR
spectral studies. Plasticizer effects were studied in PEO:NaClO3 system by using low molecular weight polyethylene glycol (PEG), dimethyl formamide (DMF) and propylene carbonate(PC). AC
conductivity in the temperature range (308–378 K) was measured to evaluate the conductivity of the polymer electrolytes. From
the conductivity data, it was found that the conductivity value of pure PEO increases 102–104 order of magnitude with the addition of salts as well as plasticizers. From the transference number experiments, it was confirmed

The existence of [μ‐HSi4]3? in liquid ammonia solutions is confirmed by 1H and 29Si NMR experiments. Both NMR and quantum chemical calculations reveal that the H atom bridges two Si atoms of the [Si4]4? cluster, contrary to the expectation that it is located at one vertex Si of the tetrahedron. The calculations also indicate that in the formation of [μ‐HSi4]3?, protonation is driven by a high charge density and an increase of electron delocalization compared to [Si4]4?. Additionally, [Si5]2? was detected for the first time and characterized by NMR. Calculations show that it is resistant to protonation, owing to a strong charge delocalization, which is significantly reduced upon protonation. Thus, our methods reveal three silicides in liquid ammonia: unprotonated [Si5]2?, terminally protonated [HSi9]3?, and bridge‐protonated [μ‐HSi4]3?. The protonation trend can be roughly predicted by the difference in charge delocalization between the parent compound and the product, which can be finely tuned by the presence of counter ions in solution. 相似文献

The Pd‐catalyzed coupling of aryl (pseudo)halides and amines is one of the most powerful approaches for the formation of C(sp2)?N bonds. The pioneering reports from Migita and subsequently Buchwald and Hartwig on the coupling of aminostannanes and aryl bromides rapidly evolved into general and practical tin‐free protocols with broad substrate scope, which led to the establishment of what is now known as the Buchwald–Hartwig amination. Interest in CBG (cannabigerol) has been growing in the past few years, due to its anti-inflammatory properties and other therapeutic benefits. Here we report the synthesis of three new CBG derivatives (HUM-223, HUM-233 and HUM-234) and show them to possess anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. In addition, unlike CBG, HUM-234 also prevents obesity in mice fed a high-fat diet (HFD). The metabolic state of the treated mice on HFD is significantly better than that of vehicle-treated mice, and their liver slices show significantly less steatosis than untreated HFD or CBG-treated ones from HFD mice. We believe that HUM-223, HUM-233 and HUM-234 have the potential for development as novel drug candidates for the treatment of inflammatory conditions, and in the case of HUM-234, potentially for obesity where there is a huge unmet need. 相似文献

Organometalloid compositions of silicon and boron permit rapid, high-yielding, one-step radiolabeling of a covalently linked protein ligand (biotin) under aqueous conditions to give the corresponding alkyltetrafluorosilicates and aryltrifluoroborate salts. Biotin was chosen as a test ligand for protein targeting because of its quantitative interaction with avidin, which in turn allowed us to calculate fluoridation yields that approach 80-100%. The silicate was found to be moderately stable to hydrolysis, whereas the borate appears to be so stable that its hydrolytic decomposition was not readily measured. With the stability of both compounds ascertained, this work describes a novel and robust radiolabeling method that may find use in the development of positron emission tomography radiopharmaceuticals. 相似文献

Atmospheric pressure chemical ionisation liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry (APCI-LC/MS/MS) has been applied to the study of bacteriochlorophylls c, d, and e of phototrophic prokaryotes. Cultures of Chlorobiaceae containing bacteriochlorophyll c, d or e were examined using a high-resolution high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method and APCI-LC/MS/MS employing post-column addition of formic acid. The results reveal complex distributions of bacteriochlorophyll homologues, with some closely eluting species giving isobaric protonated molecules. On-line LC/MS/MS studies reveal characteristic fragment ions for bacteriochlorophylls c, d, and e. Fragmentations involving loss of the extended alkyl substituents that are unique to bacteriochlorophylls c, d and e and their derivatives have been rationalised by studying the phaeophorbides and the results applied to the direct study of the bacteriochlorophylls. 相似文献
