用蓝色光二极管测量掺钛蓝宝石飞秒激光脉冲宽度

用蓝色光二极管双光子跃迁光电流信号测量掺钛蓝玉石飞秒激光脉冲宽度，实验高精度地记录了二阶干涉自相关曲线及其精细结构，由于用蓝色二极管双光子跃迁代替了常用的二次谐波，而且光信号直接转化为电信号，从而使飞秒激光脉冲宽度的测量大为简化。     

Some results on metric n-Lie algebras

We study the structure of a metric n-Lie algebra G over the complex field C. Let G = SR be the Levi decomposition, where R is the radical of G and S is a strong semisimple subalgebra of G. Denote by m(G) the number of all minimal ideals of an indecomposable metric n-Lie algebra and R ⊥ the orthogonal complement of R. We obtain the following results. As S-modules, R ⊥ is isomorphic to the dual module of G/R. The dimension of the vector space spanned by all nondegenerate invariant symmetric bilinear forms on G is equal to that of the vector space of certain linear transformations on G; this dimension is greater than or equal to m(G) + 1. The centralizer of R in G is equal to the sum of all minimal ideals; it is the direct sum of R ⊥ and the center of G. Finally, G has no strong semisimple ideals if and only if R⊥■R.     

Robin Boundary Value Problem for One-Dimensional Landau–Lifshitz Equations

In this paper, we are concerned with the existence and uniqueness of global smooth solution for the Robin boundary value problem of Landau-Lifshitz equations in one dimension when the boundary value depends on time t. Furthermore, by viscosity vanishing approach, we get the existence and uniqueness of the problem without Gilbert damping term when the boundary value is independent of t.     

求解极小极大问题的非单调过滤算法

提出一种改进的求解极小极大问题的信赖域滤子方法,利用SQP子问题来求一个试探步,尾服用滤子来衡量是否接受试探步,避免了罚函数的使用;并且借用已有文献的思想, 使用了Lagrange函数作为效益函数和非单调技术,在适当的条件下,分析了算法的全局和局部收敛性,并进行了数值实验.     

噻胺酮麻醉剂对鼠S180肿瘤31P MRS的影响

对实验动物肿瘤进行活体³¹P MRS研究首要的是有效地固定动物.本文初步研究了用噻胺酮麻醉后的小鼠S180肿瘤在麻醉过程中³¹P MRS随时间的变异性.研究发现噻胺酮是一个安全系数高、起效快、麻醉过程适宜且对肿瘤的³¹P MRS无显著影响的麻醉药.因而噻胺酮适用于连续测定³¹P MRS的需要.     

不完备偏好扩展式博弈的序贯均衡

将Kreps和Wilson提出的序贯均衡解概念推广到了存在不完备偏好的情形.首先给出了一个修正的颤抖手完美均衡的概念,然后应用它去证明不完备偏好扩展式博弈序贯均衡的存在性.     

核电池概述及展望

核电池具有能量密度高、工作稳定可靠、无需人工干预等优点,在需要长期稳定供电的场合具有独特优势,其中热转换式核电池(RTG)是技术最为成熟且应用最早的一类,而β辐射伏特效应核电池已有商业化案例。目前,在β辐射伏特效应核电池研究中存在着放射源自吸收效应浪费能量、转化效率低、换能器件辐射损伤严重等问题,而对于一个实际的核电池,由于放射源自身不断衰变的属性,导致源的成分及其活度随着时间而发生变化,最终影响核电池的电学性能,其影响程度需要加以深入研究。本文以时间轴的形式对核电池的发展进行了全面回顾,简要介绍多种主流类型核电池的原理和应用范围;对于β辐射伏特效应核电池,指出放射源的自吸收是其中的关键科学问题。对于使用63Ni和TiT₂放射源的核电池,给出了其电学性能随时间变化的规律;指出对于某一特定结构的β辐射伏特效应核电池设计,在前期的模拟优化环节中,精细计算是至关重要的;最后提出了将放射源与换能材料相结合、使用含有较重同位素的换能器件的设想,这些设想有利于解决放射源自吸收问题、提高核电池输出功率和减轻辐射损伤的影响。     

Al2O3衬底无催化剂生长GaN纳米线及其光学性能

采用一种绿色的等离子增强化学气相沉积法,以Al2O3为衬底, Ga金属为镓源, N2为氮源,在不采用催化剂的情况下,成功制备获得了结晶质量良好的GaN纳米线.研究表明,生长温度可显著调控GaN纳米线的形貌,当反应温度为950℃时,生长出的GaN微米片为六边形;当反应温度为1000℃时,生长出了长度为10-20μm的超长GaN纳米线.随着反应时间增加, GaN纳米线的长度增加. GaN纳米线内部存在着压应力,应力大小为0.84 GPa.同时,也进一步讨论了GaN纳米线无催化剂生长机制. GaN纳米线光致发光结果显示, GaN纳米线缺陷较少,结晶质量良好,在360 nm处有一个较为尖锐的本征发光峰,可应用于紫外激光器等光电子器件.本研究结果将为新型光电器件低成本绿色制备提供一个可行的技术方案.     

Surface Acoustic Wave Characterization of Equivalent Young's Moduli for Patterned Films北大核心CSCD

Based on the equivalent elasticity theory for layered materials, the micro-mechanics equivalent models for single and dual damascene structures were established. The equivalent elastic constant of the patterned structure was introduced, to establish the propagation model for the surface acoustic waves propagating in the layered structure of the patterned film/ substrate, and the theoretical dispersion curves of the surface acoustic waves were calculated with Green’s function and the matrix method. The finite element method was used to calculate 24 numerical examples of damascene structures with different volume ratios, and the results were compared with those of the strain energy method. The results show that, the average relative errors of the equivalent Young’s moduli of the 300 nm-thick dual damascene film and the 100 nm-thick single damascene film are 2.06% and 2.27%, respectively. The research verifies the correctness of the equivalent patterned structure model and the feasibility of the surface acoustic wave method to characterize the mechanical properties of patterned films, and provides a reference for the development of suitable chemico-mechanical polishing technologies for patterned films under low pressure. © 2023 Editorial Office of Applied Mathematics and Mechanics. UNBOUNDED COMPLEX SYMMETRIC TOEPLITZ OPERATORS

In this paper,we study unbounded complex symmetric Toeplitz operators on the Hardy space H²(D) and the Fock space g².The technique used to investigate the complex symmetry of unbounded Toeplitz operators is different from that used to investigate the complex symmetry of bounded Toeplitz operators.
