Six new thioglycosides incorporating the 4,5-diphenyl- and 3,4,5-triphenylimidazole moiety have been successfully synthesized under both conventional and microwave conditions by reaction of the corresponding thiones with aceto-bromosugars in presence of triethylamine as base. Attempted preparation of the bis(glycosyl) derivatives from 4,5-diphenylimidazole-2-thione in the presence of different bases was unsuccessful. Evaluation of the glycosylthioimidazoles as disarmed donors has been investigated using different promoters; NBS/TMSOTf has been found to be an effective promoter for the activation of the anomeric center towards glycosylation reaction. 相似文献

This study investigated the physical clogging of uniformly graded porous media under constant flow rates using natural porous media and suspensions. The porous media selected for this experimental study was a fine-to-medium sandy soil fractioned into thirteen uniformly graded beds: seven unisize beds and six uniform beds. The physical clogging of the beds was studied using two types of silt suspensions as along with two suspension concentrations and three water discharges. It was found that the permeability reduction due to physical clogging \([(K_\mathrm{i} - K_\mathrm{t})/K_\mathrm{i}]\) increased with decreasing \({D}_{15}/{d}_{85}\) ratios until a critical value of \({D}_{15}/{d}_{85}\), after which a surface mat of suspension was formed on the porous media. It was also found that the value of reduced permeability at any time (at any number of pore volumes of injected suspension-laden water), \(K_\mathrm{t}\), is directly proportional to square of \({D}_{15}\) and inversely proportional to \({C}_{\mathrm{u}}\) of the porous media and \({d}_{85}\) of suspensions. The effects of suspension type and flow rates on physical clogging seemed to depend on the size of the pores in the porous media. 相似文献

The purpose of conventional Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is to evaluate the performance of a set of firms or Decision-Making Units using deterministic input and output data. However, the input and output data in the real-life performance evaluation problems are often stochastic. The stochastic input and output data in DEA can be represented with random variables. Several methods have been proposed to deal with the random input and output data in DEA. In this paper, we propose a new chance-constrained DEA model with birandom input and output data. A super-efficiency model with birandom constraints is formulated and a non-linear deterministic equivalent model is obtained to solve the super-efficiency model. The non-linear model is converted into a model with quadratic constraints to solve the non-linear deterministic model. Furthermore, a sensitivity analysis is performed to assess the robustness of the proposed super-efficiency model. Finally, two numerical examples are presented to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed chance-constrained DEA model and sensitivity analysis. 相似文献

The time dependent progress of a chemical reaction over a flat vertical plate is here considered. The problem is solved using the two parameter group method which reduces the number of independent by one and leads to a set of nonlinear ordinary differential equation. The behavior of the process is numerically investigated for the chemical reaction order and different Schmidt numbers. As the problem shows a singularity at n = 1, the nonlinear system of ordinary differential equation resulting from the transformation of the problem are analytically solved through the perturbation method. A thermospray high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the separation and quantification of tracer concentrations of isotopically labelled carbamazepine epoxide ([15N, 13C]CBZE) in the presence of steady-state levels of the anticonvulsant carbamazepine (CBZ) and its epoxide metabolite (CBZE) has been developed. The technique does not require derivatization, demonstrates little or no thermal degradation of the analytes, provides increased specificity not available from conventional high-performance liquid chromatography, and has a detection limit of 500 pg for CBZE on-column. The method, incorporating d4-CBZ and d4-CBZE as internal standards, allows precise and accurate determination of the analytes with good reproducibility and stability. 相似文献
