本文利用时序全局主成分分析法对1981~2001年中国的工业化发展作了动态描绘,结果表明,1981~2001年中国的工业化发展处于整体攀升并伴有小幅波动态势。动态轨迹与客观实际能较好的吻合,可为中国工业化进一步健康发展提供参考依据。  相似文献

采用水热法制备出Ca_9Y(PO4)7∶Ce~(3+),Tb~(3+)纳米荧光粉,通过XRD、SEM和荧光光谱等对样品进行了分析,研究在Ca_9Y(PO4)7基质中引入Ce~(3+),Tb~(3+)离子对发光性能的影响规律。研究发现因Tb~(3+)离子自身能量交叉驰豫的存在,使得单掺Tb~(3+)时,通过调节Tb~(3+)离子的浓度可以实现对发光颜色的控制。同时研究了Ce~(3+)-Tb~(3+)之间的能量传递为电多极相互作用的偶极-四极机制,Ce~(3+)-Tb~(3+)之间最大的能量传递效率为55.6%。Ca_9Y(PO4)7∶Ce~(3+),Tb~(3+)的发光颜色可以通过激活离子之间的能量传递和共发射得到可控调节。SEM分析表明荧光粉颗粒尺寸在100 nm左右,分散性好。  相似文献

The information‐theoretic measure of confined hydrogen atom has been investigated extensively in the literature. However, most of them were focused on the ground state and accurate values of information entropies, such as Shannon entropy, for confined hydrogen are still not determined. In this work, we establish the benchmark results of the Shannon entropy for confined hydrogen atom in a spherical impenetrable sphere, in both position and momentum spaces. This is done by examining the bound state energies, the normalization of wave functions, and the scaling property with respect to isoelectronic hydrogenic ions. The angular and radial parts of Shannon entropy in two conjugate spaces are provided in detail for both free and confined hydrogen atom in ground and several excited states. The entropies in position space decrease logarithmically with decreasing the size of confinement, while those in momentum space increase logarithmically. The Shannon entropy sum, however, approaches to finite values when the confinement radius closes to zero. It is also found that the Shannon entropy sum shares same trend for states with similar density distributions. Variations of entropy for nodeless bound states are significantly distinct form those owning nodes when changing the confinement radius.  相似文献

4介绍含铅黄铜儿童仿真饰品标准物质的研制方法。以铜锭、锌锭、铅粒为原料,利用坩埚熔炼及模具加工制备黄铜儿童仿真饰品标准物质,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法进行均匀性检验、稳定性检验和定值。从样品中随机抽取15份进行均匀性检验,经F检验表明在95%的置信区间内样品均匀性良好。在常温条件下,经过12个月长期稳定性试验考察,结果表明样品稳定性良好。铅含量定值结果为136.1 mg/kg,合成扩展不确定度为0.72 mg/kg(k=2)。该标准物质满足ISO Guide 35:2006技术要求,可用于黄铜儿童仿真饰品检测的方法校正和质量控制。  相似文献

Bi4‐xSbxTi3O12 (BSTO) (x = 0, 0.03, 0.04, 0.05, 0.06 and 0.07) thin films have been fabricated on Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si substrates by sol‐gel method. The effects of various Sb3+ content on microstructure and ferroelectric properties of systems are investigated. XRD show that Bi4‐xSbxTi3O12 (x≠0) thin films prefer (117) orientation. The substitution Sb3+ for Bi3+ reduces the grain size of the film surface. Compared to the BTO (x = 0) film, Bi4‐xSbxTi3O12 films display exciting electric properties. Especially when x = 0.04, the film Bi3.96Sb0.04Ti3O12 has achieved the max 2Pr value of 87μC/cm2. This film also has a better anti‐fatigue characteristic, which can be up to 1010 switching cycles without fatigue. The leakage current density improved with J = 8×10−8 A/cm2.  相似文献

A liquid chromatographic method has been developed, in combination with the multivariate curve resolution-alternating least squares algorithm (MCR-ALS), for the simultaneous determination of marker pteridines in urine samples. A central composite design has been applied to optimize the factors influencing the separation (buffer concentration, buffer pH, flow rate, oven temperature, mobile-phase composition). A set of 15 calibration samples were randomly prepared, in a concentration range of 0.5–10.5 ng mL−1 for neopterin, biopterin, and pterin; 4.0–8.0 ng mL−1 for xanthopterin; and 0.5–4.5 ng mL−1 for isoxanthopterin. The validation was carried out with fortified urine samples from healthy adults. The optimized conditions were a mobile-phase composition of 10 mM citric buffer at pH 5.44 and acetonitrile (94.5/5.5, v/v), a flow rate of 1.0 mL min−1, and an oven temperature of 25 °C. The detection system consisted of a fast-scanning spectrofluorimeter, which allows obtaining of second-order data matrices containing the fluorescence intensity as a function of retention time and emission wavelength. In this work, MCR-ALS was used to cope with coeluting interferences, on account of the second-order advantage inherent to this algorithm which, in addition, is able to handle data sets deviating from trilinearity, like the high-performance liquid chromatography data analyzed in the present report. The developed approach enabled us to determine five pteridines, some of them with overlapped profiles, reducing the experimental time and reagent consumption. Ratio values for pteridines/creatinine in urine, for infected children with different pathologies, are reported in this work.  相似文献

In this paper, a novel kind of photodegradable PVC-FePcCl(16) composite film was prepared by homogeneous embedding FePcCl(16) into the commercial PVC plastic. The photodegradation performance of as-prepared film has been investigated in the ambient air under UV light irradiation by means of weight loss monitoring, FT-IR spectroscopy, UV-Vis spectroscopy. In comparison with the pure PVC film, higher weight loss rate, increasing carbonyl peak intensity and accelerating dehydrochlorination were observed. These results indicate that the PVC-FePcCl(16) composite film has a higher photodegradation activity owing to the FePcCl(16). Moreover, FePcCl(16) has good photostability in the photoreaction. The possible photodegradation mechanism of PVC-FePcCl(16) composite film was also discussed.  相似文献

MWCNT/TiO2 hybrid nanostructures were prepared via solvothermal synthesis and sol-gel method with benzyl alcohol as a surfactant. As-prepared hybrid materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectra and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The results showed that MWCNTs were uniformly decorated with anatase nanocrystals in solvothermal condition, but MWCNTs were embedded in a majority of TiO2 nanoparticles by sol-gel method. When the weight ratio of MWCNTs to TiO2 was 20%, MWCNT/TiO2 hybrid nanostructures prepared by solvothermal synthesis exhibited higher visible-light-driven photocatalytic activity than that prepared by sol-gel method. Post-annealing of MWCNT/TiO2 nanostructures at 400 °C resulted in the formation of the carbonaceous Ti-C bonds on the interface between TiO2 and MWCNTs, which enhanced the photoabsorbance of the hybrid materials in the visible light region and improved the visible-light degradation efficiency of methylene blue.  相似文献
