One new triterpenoid (1) and seven known analogues (2–8) were isolated from the leaves of Ilex hainanensis Merr.. Their structures were established by analysis of their MS, 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic data and comparison with those in the literature. The antibacterial activity of compounds 1–8 were evaluated by determination of minimum inhibitory concentration using twofold microdilution broth method against Streptococcus mutans ATCC 25175 (Gram-positive) and Fusobacterium nucleatum ATCC 10953 (Gram-negative). Compounds 3 and 5 showed significant antibacterial activity against S. mutans in concentration of 9.7 μg/mL, while showed little antibacterial activity against F. nucleatum. On the contrary, the inhibitory activity of compounds 1, 2 and 6 against F. nucleatum were higher than them against S. mutans. 相似文献

Black rice is one of the famous rare rice varieties in China. It is common to sell inferior black rice intentionally declared as famous brands due to economical motivation. There is an urgent need to develop an analytical method for untargeted identification of black rice. The present work focuses on exploring the feasibility of the untargeted identification of black rice by the combination of near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy and data driven-based class modeling and variable selection. A total of 142 samples of three brands were collected and used for measurements. The samples of a specific class were used as the target class. Principal component analysis was applied for the preliminary analysis. The model-independent variable selection method, i.e., joint mutual information, was used for spectral compression. Only the 10 most informative variables were picked from original variables based on which an optimal class-model for the target class was constructed and validated by means of an external test set. As a result, the model achieved 100% of sensitivity and specificity. It can be concluded that NIR spectroscopy combined with one-class modeling is a feasible tool for the untargeted identification of black rice. 相似文献

Metronidazole is a widely used antibacterial and amoebicide drug. The feasibility of the classification of metronidazole samples with respect to their brands was investigated by near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy along with chemometrics. A total of 92 samples of different lots and four brands were collected for measurements. First, principal component analysis was conducted to visualize the difference between metronidazole samples of different brands. Then, based on an effective classifier-independent method, i.e., joint mutual information, only the 30 most important variables were selected for modeling. From the independent test set, the partial least-squares discriminant analysis model based on the reduced variable set was compared with the corresponding full-spectrum model using all variables, which indicates the model based on the reduced variable set outperforms the full-spectrum model. It appears that the combination of NIR spectroscopy, joint mutual information, and partial least-squares discriminant analysis is a potential method for the classification of metronidazole from different brands and can, therefore, be used in the screening of counterfeit pharmaceutical products. 相似文献

A high-performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet (HPLC-UV) detection method after derivatisation was developed for the first time for the novel fungicide zinc thiazole residue in tobacco samples. Field trials in two different locations were conducted to investigate the dissipation and residue of zinc thiazole in tobacco leaves and soil. The average recoveries of zinc thiazole were in the range of 82.5%–93.9% with relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 1.2%–9.1%. The zinc thiazole showed a rapid dissipation rate in fresh tobacco leaves with the half-lives of 1.1–1.6 days. The terminal residues of zinc thiazole in cured tobacco leaves and soil were 2.8–28.0 mg kg?1and <0.05 mg kg?1, respectively. The results could be used to establish the maximum residue limits (MRLs) and provide guidance for the scientific use of zinc thiazole in agriculture. 相似文献

The photocatalysis effect of nanometer TiO2 particles and TiO2-coated ceramic plate on Hepatitis B virus surface antigen (HBsAg) was investigated. The ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) standard method was used to assess the efficiency of TiO2 material to destroy the HBsAg. The research has shown that the suspension of TiO2 (0.5g/L) can destroy most of the HBsAg under the irradiation of mercury lamp, with the light intensity of 0.6mW/cm(2) at 365nm wavelength, or under the sunlight irradiation for a few hours. TiO2-coated ceramic plates can also destroy the HBsAg under the irradiation of mercury lamp, with the light intensity of 0.05mW/cm(2) at 365nm wavelength or under the room daylight for a few hours. 相似文献

This paper describes the fabrication of polyelectrolyte multilayer film which combines preassembly of poly(allylamine hydrochloride) (PAH) and 5,10,15,20-tetraphenyl-21H,23H-porphine-p,p',p' ',p' '-tetrasulfonic acid tetrasodium hydrate (TPPS) in aqueous solution with the layer-by-layer (LbL) assembly of the PAH-TPPS complex and cross-linkable polyelectrolyte, PAASH60, which is a poly(acrylic acid) with 60% of its carboxylic acid grafted of thiol groups. During preassembly, TPPS was incorporated into PAH chains. After oxidative cross-linking to form disulfide bonds in between the layers, the multilayer with preassembly of the PAH-TPPS complex allowed for release and loading of TPPS in a reproducible way. The release of TPPS from the loaded film was a pH-controlled process. To compare with the conventional multilayer, the reloading capacity was greatly enhanced, which was related to the charge binding sites that formed by release of TPPS from the multilayer. Moreover, the release of TPPS could also be achieved by breaking off the cross-linking through reduction of disulfide bonds, and the release rates could be controlled by the reductive efficiency of the reductants in the media. In this way, the release of TPPS is pH/reductant dually controllable, thereby facilitating a new route to multistimuli controllable materials. 相似文献
