最近几年已报道了几种锂离子选择性电极.本文作者曾研制了以苯基膦酸二辛酯(DOPP)为溶剂,四苯硼酸盐为活性物质的PVC膜锂离子选择电极.本文在此基础上研制了锂离子选择性微电极,比较了以四苯硼酸钾(KTPB)及四苯硼酸钠(NaTPB)为活性物质的锂微电极的性能.同时考察了微电极在细胞内液、血清及生理盐液中对锂离子的响应特性. 相似文献

The morphologies and pore architectures of mesoporous ethenylene‐silica were controlled using cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) as template and (S)‐β‐citronellol as a co‐structure‐directing agent under basic conditions. When the (S)‐β‐citronellol/CTAB molar ratios are in the range of 0.75–2.0, helical nanofibers were obtained. With increasing the (S)‐β‐citronellol/CTAB molar ratio, the lengths of the nanofibers increases. Lamellar mesopores were identified on the surfaces of the nanofibers prepared in the (S)‐β‐citronellol/CTAB molar ratio range of 1.5–2.0. At the (S)‐β‐citronellol/CTAB molar ratio of 2.5:1, nanoparticles with nanoflakes on the surfaces were obtained. The field emission scanning electron microscopy images taken after different reaction times indicated that the helical pitches of the nanofibers decreased with increasing the reaction time. Helical 1,4‐phenylene‐silica and methylene‐silica nanofibers were also prepared. The results indicated that the morphologies and pore architectures of the obtained organic‐inorganic hybrid silicas are also sensitive to the hybrid silica precursors. Helical ethenylene‐silica nanofibers with lamellar mesopores on their surfaces can be also prepared using the mixtures of CTAB and racemic citronellol within a narrower citronellol/CTAB molar ratio range. 相似文献

The interaction of fluorocarbon containing hydrophobically modified polyelectrolyte(FMPAANa) with two kinds of nonionic surfactants(hydrogenated and fluorinated)in a semidilute (0.5wt%) aqueous solution had been studied by rheological measurements,Association behavior was found in both systems.The hydrophobic interaction of FMPAANa with fluorinated surfactant(FC171) is much stronger than that with hydrogenated surfactant(NP7.5) at low surfactoant concentrations.The interaction is strengthened by surfactants being added for the density of active junctions increased.Whereas distinct phenomena for FC171 and NP7.5 start to be found as the surfactants added over their respective certain concentration.The interaction of polyelectrolyte with fluorinated surfactant increases dramatical ly while that with hydrogenated surfactant decreases. 相似文献

Isotope dilution analysis method coupled with flow injection and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ID-FI-ICP-MS), enabled trace lead concentration in seawater to be determined and the high salt concentration in the matrix, such as Na+, Ca2+ and Mg2+, to be removed on-line. The operational parameters of the FI system including pH for the chelating reaction, concentration of 8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulfonic acid (8-HQS), sample loading time and injection speed, washing time and speed, eluting acid concentration and eluting speed, and instrumental parameters for ICP-MS were optimized and selected. Accurate results could be achieved because the isotope ratios required can be precisely measured in the range of the eluting peak by means of ID-FI-ICP-MS. The 3σ detection limit was 0.204 ng ml−1. The trace lead concentration of seawater in south Xiamen, China was 0.988 ± 0.039 ng ml−1. The recoveries of spiked Pb standard in seawater and standard reference water (GBW 08607) were 97.9 and 101.0%, respectively, with a relative standard deviation of 0.98%. This method can be used to determine trace lead concentration in high salt matrix samples, and is especially useful when the eluting peaks do not have a Gaussian-distribution. 相似文献

A novel approach to the synthesis of 6-amino-7-hydroxyflavone (1) is described. Reaction in acetone of 2',4'-dihydroxy-5'-nitroacetophenone and benzoyl chloride in the presence of potassium carbonate affords 3-benzoyl-7-hydroxy-6-nitroflavone, which is cleaved in 5% ethanolic potassium hydroxide to give 1-(2,4-dihydroxy-5-nitrophenyl)-3- phenyl-1,3-propanedione. The 1,3-diketone thus formed is then transformed into 7-hydroxy- 6-nitroflavone, followed by reduction to afford the title compound. 相似文献

Factors (reaction temperature, reaction time, flow rate of oxygen, amount of catalyst, etc.) influencing the catalytic properties of Co3O4/SiO2catalyst in the oxidation octadecan-1-ol to octadecanoic acid were investigated. The catalysts were characterized by means of XRD, FT-IR and N2-adsorption. In this study, we report a simple procedure for applying molecular imprinting functional groups to the inner surfaces of the template-synthesized sol-gel nanotubes for chemical separation of estrone. The silica nanotubes were synthesized within the pores of nanopore alumina template membranes using a sol-gel method by simultaneous hydrolysis of a silica monomer-imprinted molecule complex and tetraethoxysilane (TEOS). A covalent imprinting strategy was employed by generating a sacrificial spacer through the reaction of the isocyanate group of 3-(triethoxysilyl)propyl isocyanate and a phenol moiety of estrone to form a thermally cleavable urethane bond. This allowed us to remove the imprinted estrone by simple thermal reaction and to simultaneously introduce functional groups into the cavity formed by the silica nanotubes. Experiments indicated that estrone could be bound selectively by such an approach and have a binding affinity of 864 +/- 137 (n = 3). 相似文献

An amperometric glucose biosensor was developed based on the immobilization of glucose oxidase in the organically modified
silicate (ormosil)-polyvinyl acetate (PVA) matrix onto a Prussian Blue (PB)-modified glassy carbon electrode. A higher stability
PB-modified electrode was prepared by the electrochemical deposition of FeCl3, K3[Fe(CN)6] and ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA) under cyclic voltammetric (CV) conditions. The effects of the potential range
of CV conditions, electrolyte cations, applied potential, pH, temperature and co-existing substances were investigated. The
detection limit of the glucose biosensor was 8.1 μmol·L−1 (S/N = 3) with a linear range from 20 μmol·L−1 to 2 mmol·L−1 (R = 0.9965). The biosensor presented a fast response and good selectivity. Additionally, excellent reproducibility and stability
of the biosensor were observed.
