A method based on headspace solid-phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry is proposed for the quality control of multilayer packaging and its manufacturing process. Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are produced in the manufacturing process of the packaging. They can cause organoleptic problems or modify the properties of the packaging depending on the nature and the amount of the VOCs formed. The quantification using packaging samples with a known VOC concentration for the calibration is proposed in order to reduce the analysis time, and the method is validated using a statistical test. Finally, the method is applied to the determination of odour-responsible compounds in multilayer packaging samples obtained under different extrusion-coating conditions, i.e. type of extruder, type of polymer and extrusion speed.  相似文献

A comparative theoretical study of a bimolecular reaction in aqueous solution and catalyzed by the enzyme catechol O-methyltransferase (COMT) has been carried out by a combination of two hybrid QM/MM techniques: statistical simulation methods and internal energy minimizations. In contrast to previous studies by other workers, we have located and characterized transition structures for the reaction in the enzyme active site, in water and in a vacuum, and our potential of mean force calculations are based upon reaction coordinates obtained from features of the potential energy surfaces in the condensed media, not from the gas phase. The AM1/CHARMM calculated free energy of activation for the reaction of S-adenosyl methionine (SAM) with catecholate catalyzed by COMT is 15 kcal mol(-1) lower the AM1/TIP3P free-energy barrier for the reaction of the trimethylsulfonium cation with the catecholate anion in water at 300 K, in agreement with previous estimates. The thermodynamically preferred form of the reactants in the uncatalyzed model reaction in water is a solvent-separated ion pair (SSIP). Conversion of the SSIP into a contact ion pair, with a structure resembling that of the Michaelis complex (MC) for the reaction in the COMT active site, is unfavorable by 7 kcal mol(-1), largely due to reorganization of the solvent. We have considered alternative ways to estimate the so-called "cratic" free energy for bringing the reactant species together in the correct orientation for reaction but conclude that direct evaluation of the free energy of association by means of molecular dynamics simulation with a simple standard-state correction is probably the best approach. The latter correction allows for the fact that the size of the unit cell employed with the periodic boundary simulations does not correspond to the standard state concentration of 1 M. Consideration of MC-like species allows a helpful decomposition of the catalytic effect into preorganization and reorganization phases. In the preorganization phase, the substrates are brought together into the MC-like species, either in water or in the enzyme active site. In the reorganization phase, the roles of the enzymic and aqueous environments may be compared directly because reorganization of the substrate is about the same in both cases. Analysis of the electric field along the reaction coordinate demonstrates that in water the TS is destabilized with respect to the MC-like species because the polarity of the solute diminishes and consequently the reaction field is also decreased. In the enzyme, the electric field is mainly a permanent field and consequently there is only a small reorganization of the environment. Therefore, destabilization of the TS is lower than in solution, and the activation barrier is smaller.  相似文献

The compound [Ru3(CO)9[mu-P(NPri2)2]3][Ru6(CO)15(mu 6-C)[mu-P(NPri2)2]] (1), obtained via the addition of PCl(NPri2)2 to K2[Ru4(CO)13], crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2l/c with a = 15.537(8) A, b = 36.151(16) A, c = 19.407(5) A, beta = 91.14(2) degrees, Z = 4, and R = 0.069 for 8006 observed reflections. The unit cell is unusual in that it contains both a typical octahedral Ru6 cluster anion (1a), featuring an encapsulated carbide, and a symmetrical phosphido bridge, in addition to a 50-electron trinuclear cluster cation [Ru3(CO)9[mu-P(NPri2)2]3]+ (1c). The latter, with approximate D3h symmetry, exhibits long Ru-Ru distances (> or = 3.15 A). Among the family of clusters with M3(mu-PR2)3 cores and different numbers of both electrons (TEC) and terminal ligands (LxLyLz), 1c is unique in that it is a 333 stereotype with 50 valence electrons. MO calculations permit us to predict the existence of redox congeners of 1c clusters and related 48e Re3 clusters. This work also presents a summary of the relationships between the electronic and the geometric structures for all known M3LxLyLz(mu-PR2)3 species. The basic stereochemical features are influenced by the total-electron count and, hence, by the degree of M-M bonding, as well as the remarkable flexibility of the phosphido bridging ligands. The mu-PR2 ligands need not necessarily lie in the M3 plane, and a wide range of M-P-M angles (as small as 72 degrees or as large as 133 degrees) have been observed.  相似文献

The ligand substitution reactions Fe(CN)(5)(4-(t)bupy)(3-) + 4-CNpy and Fe(CN)(5)(4-(t)bupy)(3-) + pzCO(2)(-) (4-(t)Bupy = 4-tert-butylpyridine; 4-CNpy = 4-cyanopyridine; pzCO(2)(-) = pyrazinecarboxylate) were studied in several aqueous salt and micellar solutions. Kinetic data in aqueous solutions showed that the two processes follow a dissociative mechanism, D, and the dependence of the first-order rate constants on [salt] on electrolyte aqueous solutions allow the estimation of the activation volumes corresponding to both reactions. Under true first-order conditions no kinetic micellar effects were found in anionic (SDS) and nonionic (Triton X-100) aqueous micellar solutions. In cationic micellar solutions (CTAB, CTAC, and TTAB) small kinetic micellar effects were found. These were related to the different ionic concentrations and the different polarity and structure of the Stern layer surrounding the cationic micellar aggregates, where the reactions take place, with respect to pure water. A qualitative method for the screening of organophosphorus pesticides (OPs) that could present in different types of vegetables has been established and validated. A typical multi-residue extraction procedure of OPs using ethyl acetate and sodium sulphate has been applied. No clean-up was required after extraction, and concentrated extracts were analysed by gas chromatography with pulsed-flame photometric detection (GC-PFPD). Confirmation of compound identities was performed by gas chromatography with mass spectrometric detection (GC-MSD) in the electron impact (EI) mode with full scan acquisition. Retention time locking (RTL) software was used in order to improve the method capability of identification and confirmation. Spiked samples at pesticide concentrations equal to the maximum residue level (MRL) were used to check chromatographic performance and for validation studies. The proposed method allows a rapid and accurate identification of the studied OPs until the ng ml(-1) range for those whose use is forbidden, and above their MRL concentration for the rest.  相似文献

Treatment of the [2-Cp-9-tBuNH-closo-2,1,7,9-FeC(3)B(8)H(10)] (1) ferratricarbollide (Cp = eta(5)-C(5)H(5) (-)) with Na(+) C(10)H(8) (-) in 1,2-dimethoxyethane (DME) at room temperature produced an air-sensitive transient anion with a tentatively identified nido-[tBuNH-CpFeC(3)B(8)H(10)](2-) constitution. In-situ reaction of this low-stability ion with [CpFe(CO)(2)I] or [CpFe(CO)(2)](2) generated three violet diferratricarbaboranes identified as paramagnetic subcloso complexes [4,5-Cp(2-)-4,5,1,6,7-Fe(2)C(3)B(8)H(11)] (2; yield 2 %), [4,5-Cp(2-)-4,5,1,7,12-Fe(2)C(3)B(8)H(11)] (3; yield 2 %), and [7-tBuNH-4,5-Cp(2-)-4,5,1,7,12-Fe(2)C(3)B(8)H(10)] (4; yield 14 %). These first representatives of the 13-vertex dimetallatricarbaborane family were characterized by EPR and IR spectroscopy, and mass spectrometry, and their structures were determined by X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献
