The Schrödinger equation is solved exactly for some well known potentials. Solutions are obtained reducing the Schrödinger equation into a second order differential equation by using an appropriate coordinate transformation. The influence of beam intensity on laser ablation quality and ablation size is experimentally studied on graphene-coated silicon/silicon dioxide substrates. With an amplified femtosecond-pulsed laser system, by systematically decreasing the average power, periodic stripes with decreasing widths are ablated. Histogram analyses of the untouched and ablated regions of scanning electron microscope images of the fabricated structures make it possible to quantify the ablation quality. These analyses reveal that submicron ablation can be achieved while maintaining 75 % ablation accuracy by adjusting the beam intensity around the ablation threshold.  相似文献

Poly(crotonic acid-co-2-acrylamido-2-methyl-1-propanesulfonic acid) [P(CrA-co-AMPS)] (44.22:55.78) copolymer was prepared in N,N-dimethylformamide solution using the benzoyl peroxide (Bz2O2) as initiator. Cu(II), Ni(II) and Co(II) chelates of the copolymer were prepared and the formation constants of each complex were determined by the mole-ratio method using UV-vis spectroscopy. UV-vis studies showed that the complex formation tendency increased in the followed order: Cu(II) > Ni(II) > Co(II). The copolymer and its metal chelates were characterized by FTIR, TGA, X-ray diffraction and SEM analysis. Also, in vitro antimicrobial activity of the polymers were tested on various bacteria, and yeast.  相似文献

Starting from (S)‐serine, a new method was developed for the synthesis of the β‐amino acid part of sitagliptin in ten steps and with an overall yield of 30%. The first total synthesis of (4E,6E)-1,7-bis(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-hepta-4,6-dien-3-one and an alternative synthesis of (4E,6E)-1,7-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)-hepta-4,6-dien-3-one, two natural diarylheptanoids, mainly based on Claisen–Schmidt condensation were described. The crucial steps of the syntheses were the condensation of OH-protected 4-aryl-2-butanones with OH-protected 3-aryl-acrylaldehydes by the in situ enamination and then deprotection of OH groups to give the corresponding natural diarylheptanoids.  相似文献

This study investigates the mechanical properties of 3D‐printed plastic parts fabricated using Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM). For this purpose, a 3D printer named KASAME was designed and built by the researchers. The test samples were fabricated using polylactic acid (PLA). The experiments were conducted using three melt temperatures (190°C, 205°C, and 220°C), four layer thickness values (0.06 mm, 0.10 mm, 0.19 mm, and 0.35 mm), and three raster pattern orientations (+45°/?45° [the crisscross pattern], horizontal and vertical). Tensile strength tests were performed to determine tensile strength values of the samples and fracture surfaces were also analyzed. Using artificial neural networks, a mathematical model for the tensile test results was generated corresponding to the raster pattern employed in 3D fabrication. Tensile strength tests indicated that melt temperature, layer thickness, and raster pattern orientation had a significant effect on the tensile strengths of the samples. According to the result of the experiment, the maximum average tensile strength values were observed for the samples fabricated using the crisscross raster pattern. The analysis of variance (ANOVA) table shows the raster pattern (PCR) value of 48.68% was obtained with the highest degree of influence. With respect to R 2, the best performing artificial neural network model, with test and training values of 0.999199 and 0.999997, respectively, was observed to be the crisscross raster pattern.
