The forward-angle differential cross sections have been measured for the 22Ne(p,t) reaction leading to the 4.97 MeV, 2? state in 20Ne. Comparison of the data with the results of calculations shows that the two-step mechanism responsible for exciting this state is (p-p′-t) rather than (p-d-t). 相似文献

The decays of 144Pr and 144Pm populate ten excited states in 144Nd. We have carried out detailed γγ angular correlation measurements in order to establish spin assignments for these levels. The measurements were performed with Ge(Li)-Ge(Li) and NaI(Tl)-Ge(Li) systems. Eleven sets of A22 and A44 values were obtained. The Jπ assignments for levels in 144Nd (level energies in keV) are as follows: g.s.,0+; 696, 2+; 1314, 4+ ; 1511, 3?; 1561, 2+ ; 1791, 6+; 2084, 2+ ; 2093, 5?; 2186, 1?; 2204, 4; 2644, 1. Free vibration of thick rectangular plates is investigated by using the “method of initial functions” proposed by Vlasov. The governing equations are derived from the three-dimensional elastodynamic equations. They are obtained in the form of series and theories of any desired order can be constructed by deleting higher terms in the infinite order differential equations. In other words, not all physical problems are well posed. We have studied the hydrodynamic flow in a Bose-Einstein condensate stirred by a macroscopic object, a blue-detuned laser beam, using nondestructive in situ phase contrast imaging. A critical velocity for the onset of a pressure gradient has been observed, and shown to be density dependent. A nanoporous coordination polymer (NPCP) was prepared from palladium(II) chloride and 4-amino-3-hydrazino-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole and is shown to act as a peroxidase mimetic. It can catalyze the oxidation of 3,3′,5,5′-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) by H2O2 which is formed on enzymatic oxidation of glucose by glucose oxidase. Based on these findings, a sensitive glucose test was worked out at 652 nm where the intensity if the greenish-blue product is related to the actual concentration of glucose. Figures of merit include (a) rather low Km value (30 μM) which evidences the strong binding affinity of the NPCP toward glucose, (b) a high v(max) (8.5 M·s?1), (c) a 47 nM detection limit, (d) a lifetime of a month, (e) a wide working pH range (2–10), and (f) a 25–80 °C temperature range. The assay was applied to non-invasive determination of glucose assay in tear, saliva where the detection limits are found to be 61 and 91 nM, respectively. 相似文献

Two new epimeric bibenzylated monoterpenes machaerifurogerol (1a) and 5-epi-machaerifurogerol (1b), and four known isoflavonoids (+)-vestitol (2), 7-O-methylvestitol (3), (+)-medicarpin (4), and 3,8-dihydroxy-9-methoxypterocarpan (5) were isolated from Machaerium Pers. This plant was previously assigned as Machaerium multiflorum Spruce, from which machaeriols A-D (6–9) and machaeridiols A-C (10–12) were reported, and all were then re-isolated, except the minor compound 9, for a comprehensive antimicrobial activity evaluation. Structures of the isolated compounds were determined by full NMR and mass spectroscopic data. Among the isolated compounds, the mixture 10 + 11 was the most active with an MIC value of 1.25 μg/mL against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) strains BAA 1696, −1708, −1717, −33591, and vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus faecium (VRE 700221) and E. faecalis (VRE 51299) and vancomycin-sensitive E. faecalis (VSE 29212). Compounds 6–8 and 10–12 were found to be more potent against MRSA 1708, and 6, 11, and 12 against VRE 700221, than the drug control ciprofloxacin and vancomycin. A combination study using an in vitro Checkerboard method was carried out for machaeriols (7 or 8) and machaeridiols (11 or 12), which exhibited a strong synergistic activity of 12 + 8 (MIC 0.156 and 0.625 µg/mL), with >32- and >8-fold reduction of MIC’s, compared to 12, against MRSA 1708 and −1717, respectively. In the presence of sub-inhibitory concentrations on polymyxin B nonapeptide (PMBN), compounds 10 + 11, 11, 12, and 8 showed activity in the range of 0.5–8 µg/mL for two strains of Acinetobacter baumannii, 2–16 µg/mL against Pseudomonas aeruginosa PAO1, and 2 µg/mL against Escherichia coli NCTC 12923, but were inactive (MIC > 64 µg/mL) against the two isolates of Klebsiella pneumoniae. 相似文献

AbstractFour ursane-type triterpenoid glycosides (1-4), two benzophenone glycosides (5 and 6), and one iridoid glucoside (7) were isolated and characterized from the dried roots of Vangueria agrestis. Compounds 1 (3-O-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-xylopyranosyl]pomolic acid 28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester) and 5 (2-O-[β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]-6,4′-dihydroxy-4-methoxy benzophenone) were found to be new metabolites. The identity of all compounds has been accomplished, primarily, based on 1 D and 2 D NMR and HRESMS analysis. Compounds 6 and 2, showed inhibitory effect against Trypanosoma brucei with IC50 22.3 µM for 6 and IC50 11.1 µM, IC90 12.3 µM for 2. 相似文献
