Molecules containing the guanidinic nuclei possess several pharmacological applications, and knowing the preferred isomers of a potential drug is important to understand the way it operates pharmacologically. Benzoylguanidines were synthesized in satisfactory to good yields and characterized by NMR, Electrospray Ionization Mass Spectrometry (ESI‐MS) and Fourrier Transform InfraRed Spectroscopy techniques (FTIR). E/Z isomerism of the guanidines was studied and confirmed by NMR analysis in solution (1H‐13C Heteronuclear Single Quantum Coherence (HSQC) and Heteronuclear Multiple‐Bond Correlation (HMBC), 1H‐15N HMBC, 1H‐1H Correlation Spectroscopy (COSY) and Nuclear Overhauser Effect Spectroscopy (NOESY) experiments) at low temperatures. Compounds with p‐Cl and p‐Br aniline moiety exist mainly as Z isomer with a small proportion of E isomer, whereas compounds with p‐NO2 moiety showed a decrease in proportion of isomer Z. Extraction techniques are surface-dependent processes since their kinetic directly depends on the contact area between the sample and the extractant phase. The dispersion of the extractant (liquid or solid) increases this area improving the extraction efficiency. In this article, the dispersion of a nanostructured sorbent at the very low milligram level is achieved by effervescence thanks to the in situ generation of carbon dioxide. For this purpose, a special tablet containing the effervescence precursors (sodium carbonate as carbon dioxide source and sodium dihydrogen phosphate as proton donor) and the sorbent [multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs)] is prepared. All the microextraction steps take place in a glass beaker containing 100 mL of the sample. After the extraction, the MWCNTs, enriched with the extracted analytes, are recovered by vacuum filtration. Methanol was selected to elute the retained analytes. The extraction mode is optimized and characterized using the determination of nine herbicides in water samples as model analytical problem. The absolute recoveries of the analytes were in the range 48–76 %, while relative recoveries were close to 100 % in all cases. These values permit the determination of these analytes at the low microgram per liter range with good precision (relative standard deviations lower than 9.3 %) using ultra performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) combined with ultraviolet detection (UV). 相似文献

The purpose of this work is to study the interaction between an ion beam and a doped deuterium-tritium (DT) plasma in a fast ignition nuclear fusion context. In order to analyze the influence of the dopants in the interaction process, we present a physical model to carry out spatial-temporal simulations of the stopping of an ion beam interacting with a doped plasma target, the plasma heating processes, and the formation of the ignition regions. We perform a set of numerical experiments where different concentrations of dopants are added to a fully ionized DT plasma. These simulations allow us to characterize the increase in the stopping power and the maximum temperatures achieved with the presence of impurities, as well as the reduction of the heated and ignition regions. This reduction in the ignition region indicates difficulties for the formation of an efficient hot spot when there are dopants in the DT plasma. 相似文献

The optical loss is an important parameter for waveguides used in integrated optics. We measured the optical loss in waveguides written in silicate glass slides with high repetition-rate (MHz) femtosecond laser pulses. The average transmission loss of straight waveguides is about 0.3 dB/mm at a wavelength of 633 nm and 0.05 dB/mm at a wavelength of 1.55 μm. The loss is not polarization dependent and the waveguides allow a minimum bending radius of 36 mm without additional loss. The average numerical aperture of the waveguides is 0.065 at a wavelength of 633 nm and 0.045 at a wavelength of 1.55 μm. Rate constants of thermal isomerization of 6‐phenyl‐1,5‐diazabicyclo[3.1.0]hexane into 1‐(benzyl)‐4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrazole at convection and microwave heating in toluene and chlorobenzene (solvents) were determined within the temperature range 90°C to 120°С. These data were used for the calculation of activation parameters of isomerization. It is shown that microwave heating increases the rate constants at the same temperature by a factor of 2 to 2.5 as compared with those using convection heating. The reason is that the effective temperature of microwave heating exceeds that of convection heating by 6°C to 9°С in toluene and by 12°C to 20°С in chlorobenzene as solvent. 相似文献
