The considerable number of important physical properties, including optical, electronic, and magnetic properties, of Prussian blue (PB) analogues have attracted fundamental and industrial interest. Nevertheless, the gas sorption properties of PB coordination compounds were only investigated very recently. In this work, we report the synthesis and gas sorption properties of PB nanocomposites with different size and shape obtained by using poly(vinylpyrrolidone) (PVP), chitosan, and dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate (AOT) as stabilizers and structure directing agents. All three porous nanocrystals show high and selective CO(2) adsorption over CH(4) or N(2). No distinct relationship was found between the size (or shape) of the nanosorbents and their gas uptake capacities. To our knowledge, this is the first report on the use of PB nanocomposites for CO(2) capture applications. 相似文献

The efficiency of xylanase of Bacillus brevis BISR-062 as a prebleaching agent was evaluated on three nonwoody pulps at two different pH values (7.0 and 8.5). Crude xylanase was found to have an optimum temperature and pH of 65-70 degrees C and 7.0, respectively. The stability of the enzyme was determined at two pH values (7.0 and 8.0), and it lost approx 50% of its activity at both values within 2 h at 50 degrees C. However, the enzyme was found to be effective as a prebleaching agent only with rice straw pulp. A maximum brightness gain of 6 points was obtained with this pulp at pH 7.0. The strength properties of the rice straw pulp at pH 7.0 also improved as the result of enzyme treatment. 相似文献

This paper is devoted to the numerical study of the boundary value problems for nonlinear singularly perturbed differential-difference equations with small delay. Quasilinearization process is used to linearize the nonlinear differential equation. After applying the quasilinearization process to the nonlinear problem, a sequence of linearized problems is obtained. To obtain parameter-uniform convergence, a piecewise-uniform mesh is used, which is dense in the boundary layer region and coarse in the outer region. The parameter-uniform convergence analysis of the method has been discussed. The method has shown to have almost second-order parameter-uniform convergence. The effect of small shift on the boundary layer(s) has also been discussed. To demonstrate the performance of the proposed scheme two examples have been carried out. The maximum absolute errors and uniform rates of convergence have been presented in the form of the tables. 相似文献

Seeking to further the investigation of extremely sterically congested main group metals, the synthesis of a new oligoaryl triazene (Dipp*2N3H) is reported. This was accessed by diazotization of Dipp*NH2 to access both Dipp*I and Dipp*N3 in high yield and with scalable preparations. These compounds are used as precursors to Dipp*2N3H, via a magnesium aryl, due to the difficulties in obtaining pure triazene via an aryl‐lithium species. Deprotonation of the triazene with both potassium and thallium tert‐butoxides gives the respective metal triazenides in high yield. The solid‐state structures of these complexes have been determined and three high hapticity metal arene‐π interactions, which sterically shield the metal centers, were observed in each case; spectroscopic C2v symmetry suggests these interactions are fluxional in solution. The variability of these interactions in the solid state as well as the changes in calculated steric demand of the ligand between metals point to an adaptive, flexible coordination mode. 相似文献

Physiochemical properties of the fabricated scaffolds play a crucial role in influencing the cellular response for the new tissue growth. In this study, electrospun polyurethane (PU) scaffolds incorporated with green synthesized nickel oxide nanoparticles and groundnut oil (GO) were fabricated using electrospinning technique. First, synthesis of nickel oxide (NiO) was done using leaf extract of Plectranthus amboinicus (PA) via microwave-assisted technique. Synthesized nanoparticles were confirmed through Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) analysis and size of the particles were in the range of 800–950?nm. Fiber morphology of the fabricated scaffolds was analyzed using scanning electron microscope (SEM) which showed decrease in fiber diameter for the fabricated composites compared to the pristine PU. The wettability studies showed an increase in contact angle for developed composites than the pure PU. Thermal analysis depicted an increase in thermal behavior for the PU/GO/NiO compared to the pristine PU. Surface roughness values were obtained through atomic force microscopy (AFM) which showed a decrease in roughness while adding GO and NiO to the PU. Finally, the fabricated composites showed enhanced deposition of calcium content than the pristine PU. These results corroborated that the developed composites have a significant effect on the fiber morphology, wettability, thermal behavior, surface roughness, and mineral deposition depicting its versatility for bone regeneration. 相似文献

Copper‐catalyzed oxidative couplings of N‐allylbenzamides for C?N and C?O bond formations have been developed through C?H bond functionalization. To demonstrate the utility of this approach, it was applied to the synthesis of β‐aminoimides and imides. To the best of our knowledge, these are the first examples in which different classes of N‐containing compounds have been directly prepared from the readily available N‐allylbenzamides using an inexpensive catalyst/oxidant/base (CuSO4/TBHP/Cs2CO3) system. 相似文献

In this paper, we report the assembling of libraries of β-arylated short/medium/long chain-based non-α-amino acid (aminoalkanoic acid) derivatives via the Pd(II)-catalyzed, bidentate directing group 8-aminoquinoline-aided sp3 β-C-H activation/arylation method. Short/medium chain-based unnatural amino acid derivatives containing an aryl group at the β-position are promising small molecules with therapeutic properties. Thus, it is necessary to enrich the libraries of short/medium/long chain-based unnatural amino acid derivatives containing an aryl group at the β-position. Considering the importance of β-arylated short/medium/long chain-based non-α-amino acid derivatives, an inclusive attention was paid to explore the Pd(II)-catalyzed sp3 β-C-H arylation of short/medium/long chain-based non-α-amino acids. We report the investigation of influence of nickel zinc ferrite magnetic nanoparticles (NZFO (Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4)) on phase transition, optical and dielectric properties in a nematic liquid crystal (NLC). The interaction of NZFO nanoparticles with NLC was confirmed by the formation of ferronematic droplets due to the transfer of magnetic orientational effect onto the underlying NLC matrix. The doping results in shift of nematic to isotropic transition to low-temperature region. An enhancement in the value of refractive index is observed in the nematic region after the addition of NZFO nanoparticles. The dielectric constant of NLC was remarkably enhanced by 10 times after doping, which is found to be maximum at 0.1 wt% concentration of NZFO nanoparticles. The decrease in the value of dissipation factor in low-frequency region shows that the magnetic nanoparticles are able to trap ionic impurities effectively. The obtained results suggest that the optimum amount of doping concentration is 0.1 wt% of NZFO nanoparticles in NLC due to high dielectric constant with low dissipation factor and high refractive index with high dispersive power at room temperature. 相似文献
