从钼磷酸出发制备了Bi4PMo12O49催化剂,IR及XRD分析结果表明,高温焙烧后其基本组成为α-Bi2Mo3O12/MoO3,考察了该催化剂对丙烷的选择氧化生,ESR及XPS测定结果表明,反应后催化剂中Mo^5+的含量明显增加,这暗示着反应物种吸附在Mo^6+上,而Bi则为气相氧的入口。  相似文献

We have developed a simple, inexpensive, and label-free method for the selective detection of adenosine. Klenow fragment polymerase (KF polymerase) is a commonly-used 5' to 3' DNA polymerase, it also has 3' to 5' exonuclease activity that can digest single-stranded DNA. An adenosine binding DNA aptamer was employed, the aptamer was split into two pieces of single-stranded DNA (aptamer-A1 + aptamer-A2). Without the addition of adenosine, aptamer-A1 and aptamer-A2 existed as single-stranded DNA which could be efficiently degraded by the exonuclease activity of KF polymerase. Much reduced background fluorescence was obtained when SYBR Green dye was added. However, in the presence of adenosine, aptamer-A1 and aptamer-A2 bound to adenosine, and hybridization of the complementary sequences resulted in the formation of a duplex DNA structure, which could initiate DNA polymerization. The addition of SYBR Green dye resulted in a very high fluorescence enhancement, which could be used for the quantification of adenosine.  相似文献

Two‐phase solvent system plays crucial role in successful separation of organic compounds using counter‐current chromatography (CCC). An interesting two‐phase solvent system, composed of chloroform/ethyl acetate/methanol/water, is reported here, in which both phases contain sufficient organic solvents to balance their dissolving capacities. Adjusting the solvent system to get satisfactory partition coefficients (K values) for target compounds becomes relatively simple. This solvent system succeeded in sample preparation of aconitine (8.07 mg, 93.69%), hypaconitine (7.74 mg, 93.17%), mesaconitine (1.95 mg, 94.52%) from raw aconite roots (102.24 mg, crude extract), benzoylmesaconine (34.79 mg, 98.67%) from processed aconite roots (400.01 mg, crude extract), and yunaconitine (253.59 mg, 98.65%) from a crude extract of Aconitum forrestii (326.69 mg, crude extract).  相似文献

Investigation of the cultured mycelia of Cordyceps ophioglossoides resulted in the isolation and characterization of three new unusual spiro[4.5]decane sesquiterpenes, cordycepol A ( 1 ), cordycepol B ( 2 ), and cordycepol C ( 3 ), and a new fumagillol analogue, cordycol ( 4 ). Their structures were established by spectroscopic means. The cytotoxic activities were also evaluated, compounds 3 and 4 showing their IC50 values in the range of 12–33 μg/ml against HeLa and HepG2 (Table 3). In addition, 3 and 4 were not obviously harmful towards normal liver cell lines LO2, showing IC50 values above 80 μg/ml.  相似文献

High-temperature (700–900 ℃) steam electrolysis based on solid oxide electrolysis cells (SOECs) is valuable as an efficient and clean path for large-scale hydrogen production with nearly zero carbon emissions, compared with the traditional paths of steam methane reforming or coal gasification. The operation parameters, in particular the feeding gas composition and pressure, significantly affect the performance of the electrolysis cell. In this study, a computational fluid dynamics model of an SOEC is built to predict the electrochemical performance of the cell with different sweep gases on the oxygen electrode. Sweep gases with different oxygen partial pressures between 1.01 × 103 and 1.0 × 105 Pa are fed to the oxygen electrode of the cell, and the influence of the oxygen partial pressure on the chemical equilibrium and kinetic reactions of the SOECs is analyzed. It is shown that the rate of increase of the reversible potential is inversely proportional to the oxygen partial pressure. Regarding the overpotentials caused by the ohmic, activation, and concentration polarization, the results vary with the reversible potential. The Ohmic overpotential is constant under different operating conditions. The activation and concentration overpotentials at the hydrogen electrode are also steady over the entire oxygen partial pressure range. The oxygen partial pressure has the largest effect on the activation and concentration overpotentials on the oxygen electrode side, both of which decrease sharply with increasing oxygen partial pressure. Owing to the combined effects of the reversible potential and polarization overpotentials, the total electrolysis voltage is nonlinear. At low current density, the electrolysis cell shows better performance at low oxygen partial pressure, whereas the performance improves with increasing oxygen partial pressure at high current density. Thus, at low current density, the best sweep gas should be an oxygen-deficient gas such as nitrogen, CO2, or steam. Steam is the most promising because it is easy to separate the steam from the by-product oxygen in the tail gas, provided that the oxygen electrode is humidity-tolerant. However, at high current density, it is best to use pure oxygen as the sweep gas to reduce the electric energy consumption in the steam electrolysis process. The effects of the oxygen partial pressure on the power density and coefficient of performance of the SOEC are also discussed. At low current density, the electrical power demand is constant, and the efficiency decreases with growing oxygen partial pressure, whereas at high current density, the electrical power demand drops, and the efficiency increases.  相似文献

Three series of cyclomercurated ferrocenylimines (2-chloromercurio-ferrocenylimines) have been studied using 13C NMR spectroscopy. Good to excellent linear relationships have been found to exist between the chemical shifts of the carbon atoms in the ferrocenyl moiety and normal Hammett substituent constants σm and σp. The δ values of the iminyl carbon atoms show excellent linear correlations with the σ values. In three series of the ferrocenes, the sensitivity of the carbon atoms to the substituent effect is different, which is discussed in terms of the twist angle between the N-phenyl ring and the C---C=N---C plane. The relative sensitivity of the chemical shifts on different positions in ferrocenyl moiety to the substituent effect has also been presented.  相似文献
