聚1,2-丁二烯的内聚能密度和玻璃化温度

本工作用环己烷-甲苯混合溶剂测定了不同1,2-链节含量的无定形聚1,2-丁二烯的溶解度参数,进而得到它们的内聚能密度,另外测定了它们的玻璃化温度。发现1,2-链节提高了聚1,2-丁二烯的玻璃化温度,同时稍稍降低了它们的内聚能密度。认为这是1,2-链节降低了聚1,2-丁二烯分子链柔顺性的缘故。     

Synthesis, crystal structure and magnetic behavior of two cobalt coordination polymers with 1,2-bis(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)ethane and dicyanamide

Two cobalt(II) coordination polymers formed from bte (bte = 1,2-bis(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)ethane), namely [Co(bte)₂(dca)₂]_n (1) and {[Co(bte)(dca)₂] · H₂O}_n (2), have been synthesized and characterized by elementary analyses, IR, thermogravimetric analyses, X-ray diffraction analyses and magnetic measurements. Compound 1 is a double-chain with Co(II) centers bridged by bte, containing metallocycles of [Co₂(bte)₂] and trans dca as termination ligands. In 2, each Co(II) center is bonded by two bridging bte ligands and four dca as μ-1,5-dca in different orientations in the 3D network.     

Synthesis of new tetrazene（N-N=N-N）-linked bi（1,2,4-triazole）

The reaction of 4-amino-1,2,4-triazole with sodium dichloroisocyanurate (SDCI) afforded new tetrazene(N-N=N-N)-linked bi(1.2,4-triazole) 2a in excellent yield.Increasing the molar ratio of SDCI to 4-amino-1,2,4-triazole,the chlorinated product 1,5,5′- trichloro-4,4′-azo-1,2,4-triazole (2b) was formed.These new compounds have been characterized by MS,~1H NMR,~(13)C NMR,and elemental analysis.     

New unsaturated polyesters as injectable drug carriers

New unsaturated polyesters of poly(fumaric acid-glycol-sebacic acid) copolymers and poly(maleic anhydride-glycol-sebacic acid) copolymers were prepared by melt polycondensation of the corresponding mixed monomers: sebacic anhydride, fumaric acid or maleic anhydride and glycol. Methyl-methacrylate (MMA) was used as crosslinker and dimer acid was used as thinner.In vitro studies showed that those copolymers are degradable in phosphate buffer at 37 °C and poly(fumaric acid-glycol-sebacic acid) has proper drug release rate as drug carriers. The biocompatibility of poly(fumaric acid-glycol-sebacic acid) copolymers under mice skin was also evaluated; macroscopic observation and microscopic analysis demonstrated that the copolymer is biocompatible and well tolerated in vivo. The injected poly(fumaric acid-glycol-sebacic acid) [molar ratio M_{fumaric acid}:M_glycol:M_{sebacic acid} = 1.75:2.20:0.25] containing 5% adriamycin hydrochloride (ADM) in the mice bearing Sarcoma-180 tumor exhibited a good antitumor efficacy. The volume doubling time (VDT) (18 ± 2.5 days) of the tumor growth by this treatment was longer than that (7 ± 0.9 days) by the subcutaneous injection of ADM.     

Microdetermination of sulfite with a piezoelectric crystal detector

A piezoelectric method is proposed for the determination of sulfite in concentration range 1 × 10^–7–1 × 10^–5 mol/1. The method is based on the redox reaction of sulfite with iodine followed by measuring frequency change of the piezoelectric crystal caused by the unreacted iodine. The method is applied to the determination of sulfite in liquor.

Preparation, phase transformation and photocatalytic activities of cerium-doped mesoporous titania nanoparticles

Cerium-doped mesoporous TiO₂ nanoparticles with high surface area and thermal stable anatase wall were synthesized via hydrothermal process in a cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB)/Ti(SO₄)₂/Ce(NO₃)₄/H₂O system. The obtained materials were characterized by XRD, FESEM, HRTEM, FTIR spectroscopy, nitrogen adsorption and DRS spectra. Experimental results indicated that the doping of cerium not only increased the surface area of mesoporous TiO₂ nanoparticles, but also inhibited the mesopores collapse and the anatase-to-rutile phase transformation. Moreover, the undoped, doped anatase mesoporous nanoparticles exhibit higher photocatalytic activity than commercial photocatalyst (Degussa, P25), but the maximum photodegradation rate corresponds to the undoped mesoporous TiO₂ nanoparticles. The lower photocatalytic activities of cerium-doped samples compared with undoped one may be ascribed to that the doped cerium partially blocks titania's surface sites available for the photodegradation and absorption of Rhodamine B (RB).     

Study on osmotic pressures for aqueous lysozyme and alpha-chymotrypsin-electrolyte solutions with two Yukawa potentials

The equation of state (EOS) of Duh and Mier-y-Terán for one Yukawa potential is expanded to two Yukawa potentials to describe the nonidealities of the charged lysozyme and alpha-chymotrypsin solutions. Instead of the classical DLVO theory, the attractive dispersion and double-layer repulsion interactions are represented by two Yukawa potentials, respectively. For the aqueous lysozyme solutions, the only adjustable dispersion energy parameter epsilon/k is regressed and the average deviation is 1.76%. For the aqueous alpha-chymotrypsin solutions, two adjustable parameters (the molecular weight and dispersion energy parameter) are regressed and the average deviation is 7.62%. Some correlation and prediction results are discussed.     

Single-isomer sulfated alpha-cyclodextrins for capillary electrophoresis. Part 2. Hexakis(6-O-sulfo)-alpha-cyclodextrin: synthesis, analytical characterization, and initial screening tests

The second member of the family of single-isomer sulfated alpha-cyclodextrins, the sodium salt of hexakis(6-O-sulfo)-alpha-cyclodextrin (HxS), has been synthesized, analytically characterized, and used as the resolving agent for the capillary electrophoretic separation of the enantiomers of nonionic, weak-acid and weak-base analytes present in our initial screening kit. HxS interacted less strongly with many of the analytes tested than the larger-ring analogs, heptakis(6-O-sulfo)-beta-cyclodextrin (HS) and octakis(6-O-sulfo)-gamma-cyclodextrin (OS). For some of the analytes, the separation selectivities obtained with HxS were complementary to those observed with hexakis(2,3-di-O-acetyl-6-O-sulfo)-alpha-cyclodextrin (HxDAS), HS, and OS. For all analytes, the effective mobilities and separation selectivities as a function of the background electrolyte concentration of HxS followed the trends that were found for HxDAS, HS, and OS.     

Two new megastigmane O-glucopyranosides from the leaves of Broussonetia papyrifera

Two new megastigmane O-glucopyranosides,named (2R,3R,5R,6S,9R)-3-hydroxy-5,6-epoxy-β-ionol-2-O-β-D-glucopyrano- side(1) and (2R,3R,5R,6S,9R)-3-hydroxyl-5,6-epoxy-acety-β-ionol-2-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2) together with six known mega- stigmanes,were isolated from the leaves of Broussonetia papyrifera (Linn.) Vent.Their structures were established by chemical methods and spectroscopic techniques including 2D NMR.
