Covalent functionalization of multi-walled carbon nanotubes by lipase

Lipase from Candida rugosa was covalently anchored onto acid-treated multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) through a self-catalytic mechanism. A variety of characterization techniques including FTIR, Raman spectroscopy, and XPS were employed to demonstrate the formation of the ester linkage between lipase and MWNTs. The MWNTs-lipase biocomposites showed significantly increased solubility in some common-used organic solvents, such as THF, DMF and chloroform. This study may offer a novel and facile route for covalent modification of carbon nanotubes, and expand the potential utilization of both lipases and MWNTs in the fields of biocatalyst and biosensor.     

集中荷载下叠合梁抗剪强度

本文对低叠合面钢筋破简支在合梁二阶段受力的斜截面抗剪性能进行了试验研究，并运用非线性有限元分析和试验实测数据，得出了一个适合于集中荷载下高低叠合面叠合梁的抗剪强度计算公式．     

热传导型半导体瞬态问题特征变网格有限元法及其分析

热传导型半导体器件的瞬时状态由四个方程的非线性偏微分方程组的初边值问题所决定，其中电子位势方程是椭圆型的，电子和空穴浓度方程是对流扩散型的，温度方程为热传导型的。本文提出解这类问题的特征变网格有限元法，并进行了理论分析，在一定条件下，得到了某种意义下的最佳L^2误差估计结果。     

复Finsler流形上的Koppelman-Leray-Norguet公式

利用不变积分核(Berndtsson核),复Finsler度量和联系于Chern-Finsler联络的非线性联络,研究复Finsler流形上具有逐块光滑C~((1))边界的有界域上(p,q)型微分形式的积分表示,得到了(p,q)型微分形式的Koppelman-Leray-Norguet公式和■-方程的解．作为应用,利用复Finsler度量和联系于Chern-Finsler联络的非线性联络,给出了Stein流形上具有逐块光滑C~((1))边界的有界域上(p,q)型微分形式的Koppelman- Leray-Norguet公式以及■-方程的解,并且得到了Stein流形上实非退化强拟凸多面体上(p,q)型微分形式的积分表示式和■-方程的解．     

关于《一类奇异边值问题的正解》的注记

文[4]通过构造反例断言文[1]中定理的必要性证明有误,本文首先指出文[4] 的这个断言不正确,然后对文[4]中定理2.1作了本质性的改进.     

Geometrical study of paraxial light beam transmission in free space

By introducing an imaginary space transform curvature ρ_s, a complex space called Riemannian space is constructed, in which the light propagating in free space has the trajectory of straight line while propagating. Moreover, this curvature couples with that of the wave front of the paraxial beam ρ_w, and therefore a complex curvature ρ_c is constructed, which can be employed to investigate the behavior of the light transmission and to generalize the ABCD law. 高精度CCD尺寸自动检测系统的光学系统设计

介绍测量精度为±０．００３ｍｍ的ＣＣＤ尺寸检测系统的光学系统设计特点及远心物镜设计原理，并给出了测试结果。     

星载光学系统遮光罩消杂光结构优化设计方法

本文对星载光学系统遮光罩消杂光结构的优化设计做了初步探讨。提出了遮光罩和挡光环消杂光设计的基本原则。给出了一种二级遮光罩结构寸的优化设计方法和一种遮光罩内壁上挡光环位置优化设计方法,并对一级和二级遮光罩进行了初步的分析比较。     

五羟色胺分子选择性电极研究

本应用自己合成的联萘２０－冠－６作为活性载体，进行了五羟色胺分子选择性电极研究。电极在１０＾－＾５－１０＾－＾２ｍｏｌ／Ｌ浓度范围内对五羟色胺具有稳定的线性响应，平均斜率为６３ｍＶ／ＰＣ，检测下限为２．７×１０＾－＾６ｍｏｌ／Ｌ。
