Ynamides are typically more reactive than simple alkynes and olefins. However, a serendipitous observation revealed a rare case where the reactivity of simple alkynes exceeds that of ynamides. This led to the development of a unique sulfur‐radical‐triggered cyclization of yne‐tethered ynamides, which involves attack of the alkyne by a thiyl radical followed by cyclization with the ynamide. A wide range of novel 4‐thioaryl pyrroles that could tolerate common functional moieties and N‐protecting groups were expediently constructed by this strategy. The current method contrasts with the typical cyclization of yne‐ynamides, which involves the attack of the alkyne moiety by the ynamide core. Control experiments and DFT calculations supported the participation of the sulfur radical in the reaction and the regioselective cyclization. The synthetic potential of the substituted pyrroles is also discussed.  相似文献

The current work designed to fabricate and evaluate self-nanoemulsfying oil formulations (SNEOFs) of Efavirenz (Efz) a BCS class II drug with the objective of increasing its solubility as well as in vitro dissolution rate for improvisation of bioavailability. Preliminary screening of drug which includes solubility, emulsifying ability and ternary phase diagrams was carried out to fabricate SNEOFs. Various thermodynamic stability studies were exercised to find out the stable SNEOFs. Robustness to dilution, % transmittance and turbidity, droplet size analysis, TEM study, cloud point measurement, viscosity and refractive index were executed on the stable SNEOFs to characterize the delivery system. FTIR study was adopted for the compatibility of the additives with the drug. In vitro release profiles of SNEOFs compared with Efz, percent dissolution efficiency (DE) and dissolution half-life (t50) were evaluated. A low percent DE (30.12%) and high t50 was obtained for Efz whereas all SNEOFs showed a DE of greater than 78.48% and less than 9?min t50. The optimized SNEOFs (F8) demonstrated a significant (p?<?0.05) increase in bioavailability over Efz. Thus the designed optimized delivery system could be instrumental in increasing aqueous solubility of Efz, improving its release performance and enhancement of oral absorption.  相似文献

We argue that it is possible to bind neutral atom (NA) to the ferromagnetic wire (FW) by inequivalent quantization of the Hamiltonian. We follow the well known von Neumann’s method of self-adjoint extensions (SAE) to get this inequivalent quantization, which is characterized by a parameter Σ∈ℝ(mod2π). There exists a single bound state for the coupling constant η 2∈[0,1). Although this bound state should not occur due to the existence of classical scale symmetry in the problem. But since quantization procedure breaks this classical symmetry, bound state comes out as a scale in the problem leading to scaling anomaly. We also discuss the strong coupling region η 2<0, which supports bound state making the problem re-normalizable.  相似文献

An analysis of neutron diffraction data of liquid deuterated 1-propanol at room temperature to extract its molecular conformation is presented. Being a big molecule with twelve atomic sites, the analysis is tricky and needs careful consideration. The resulting molecular parameters are compared with electron diffraction (gas phase), X-ray diffraction (liquid phase) and MD simulation results. Information about the hydrogen-bonded intermolecular structure in liquid is extracted and nature of the probable molecular association suggested.   相似文献

Measure-valued weak solutions for conservation laws with discontinuous flux are proposed and explicit formulae have been derived. We propose convergent discontinuous flux-based numerical schemes for the class of hyperbolic systems that admit nonclassical -shocks, by extending the theory of discontinuous flux for nonlinear conservation laws to scalar transport equation with a discontinuous coefficient. The article also discusses the concentration phenomenon of solutions along the line of discontinuity, for scalar transport equations with a discontinuous coefficient. The existence of the solutions for transport equation is shown using the vanishing viscosity approach and the asymptotic behavior of the solutions is also established. The performance of the numerical schemes for both scalar conservation laws and systems to capture the -shocks effectively is displayed through various numerical experiments.  相似文献

The notion of the Drazin inverse of an even‐order tensors with the Einstein product was introduced, very recently [J. Ji and Y. Wei. Comput. Math. Appl., 75(9), (2018), pp. 3402‐3413]. In this article, we further elaborate this theory by establishing a few characterizations of the Drazin inverse and ?? ‐weighted Drazin inverse of tensors. In addition to these, we compute the Drazin inverse of tensors using different types of generalized inverses and full rank decomposition of tensors. We also address the solution of multilinear systems by using the Drazin inverse and iterative (higher order Gauss‐Seidel) method of tensors. Besides these, the convergence analysis of the iterative technique is also investigated within the framework of the Einstein product.  相似文献

A PC based high resolution conductivity monitoring technique has been deployed for determination of isotopic purity of heavy water in samples containing heavy water and light water mixtures using pulsating sensor based conductivity monitoring instrument. The technique involves accurate determination of conductivities of a series of specially treated heavy water and light water mixtures of various compositions at a constant solution temperature. The shift in conductivity (Δκ), which is the difference between conductivities of composite mixture after and before the formation of a typical complex compound (boric acid–mannitol complex in this case), shows a smooth and reproducible decreasing trend with increase in percentage composition of heavy water. This relation, which is obtained by appropriate calibration, is used in the software program for direct display of isotopic purity of heavy water. The technique is examined for determination of percentage composition of heavy water in the entire range of concentration (0–100 %) with reasonable precision (relative standard deviation, RSD ≤1.5 %). About 1 mL of sample is required for each analysis and analysis is completed within a couple of minutes after pretreatment of sample. The accuracy in measurement is ≤1.75 %.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

We study the effect of the external electric field Fext on the low-temperature electron mobility μ in an asymmetrically doped AlxGa1-xAs based V-shaped double quantum well (VDQW) structure. We show that nonlinearity of µ occurs under double subband occupancy on account of intersubband effects. The field Fext alters the VDQW potential leading to transfer of subband wave functions between the wells, which affects the scattering potentials and hence μ. In the VDQW structure, due to the alloy channel layer, the alloy disorder (Al-) scattering happens to be significant along with the ionised impurity (Imp-) scattering. The non-linear behaviour of μ is because of μImp, while the overall magnitude of μ is mostly due to μAl. The increase of difference in the doping concentrations of the outer barriers increases the nonlinearity of μ. The oscillatory character of μ is amended by varying the width of the well and barrier and also the height of the VDQW. Our results can be used to study VDQW based nanoscale field effect transistor structures.  相似文献
