This paper reports on a study of the electrical properties of 0.7–1-μm-thick textured PZT ferroelectric films prepared by rf magnetron sputtering of a PbZr0.54Ti0.46O3 target which additionally contained 10 mol % lead oxide. Such films are shown to feature a combination of a self-polarized state and migratory polarization. The totality of the data obtained suggest that the films had n-type conduction. As shown by the laser beam modulation technique, the polarization was distributed nonuniformly in depth, with most of the poled state localized near the lower interface of the thin-film ferroelectric capacitor. The mechanism underlying the onset of this self-polarization is related to the charging of the lower interface of the structure by electrons, which occurs during the cooling following the high-temperature treatment of the PZT film, and to poling of the bulk of the film by the charged interface. The effect of uniaxial tension on the behavior of graphite segregates (islets) on the surface of recrystallized platinum foil is studied in situ by low-energy electron diffraction and Auger electron spectroscopy. Mechanical stresses are shown to have a significant influence on the size and orientation of the islets. The alignment of the islets along steps on the platinum surface is discovered.  相似文献

Compounds based on new cyanide cluster anions [{Mo6I8}(CN)6]2–, trans-[{Mo6I8}(CN)4(MeO)2]2– and trans-[{W6I8}(CN)2(MeO)4]2− were synthesized using mechanochemical or solvothermal synthesis. The crystal and electronic structures as well as spectroscopic properties of the anions were investigated. It was found that the new compounds exhibit red luminescence upon excitation by UV light in the solid state and solutions, as other cluster complexes based on {Mo6I8}4+ and {W6I8}4+ cores do. The compounds can be recrystallized from aqueous methanol solutions; besides this, it was shown using NMR and UV-Vis spectroscopy that anions did not undergo hydrolysis in the solutions for a long time. These facts indicate that hydrolytic stabilization of {Mo6I8} and {W6I8} cluster cores can be achieved by coordination of cyanide ligands.  相似文献

Investigations of the temperature dependences of the magnetic permeability and dielectric permittivity in the temperature range 4.2 K⩽T ⩽300 K and the field dependence of the magnetization M(B) in fields B⩽50 T show that the magnetic properties of the complex (ET)2C60 cannot be described on the basis of the standard model, which assumes that the paramagnetic oxygen impurity makes the dominant contribution. It is found that the magnetism in (ET)2C60 is due to the diamagnetic properties of the C60 and ET molecules and to specific paramagnetic centers of the type C 60 , which possess an anomalously low g factor |g|≈0.14. In the last few decades, significant progress has been achieved in the development of generators and detectors of terahertz radiation (at frequencies in the range from ≈300 GHz to ≈3 THz). Different terahertz spectroscopic techniques have been widely used now in investigating semiconductors, superconductors, molecular magnets, multiferroics, metamaterials, and other promising objects. It has been demonstrated that terahertz spectroscopy offers wide but not completely realized possibilities for studying quantum phase transitions in electron-correlated systems.  相似文献

The phase composition, electronic structure, and magnetic properties of nanostructures formed upon deposition of iron on the surface of the Si(556) vicinal face coated by a submonolayer silver film with a √3×√3-Ag structure have been studied using high-energy-resolution photoelectron spectroscopy and analysis of magnetic linear dichroism in photoemission of Fe 3p electrons. The effective thickness of the deposited iron layer is varied from 1 to 25 ?. It has been shown that a 1- to 2-? Fe coverage leads to the formation of a metastable iron silicide thin layer with a CsCl-type structure on the surface of the sample. A further deposition of Fe (up to ≈7 ?) brings about the formation of chains consisting of nonmagnetic islands of the Fe—Si solid solution on this layer, which are oriented along the steps of the substrate. A ferromagnetic alignment of the system along the surface of the sample appears only at coverages of approximately 10 ?, when larger (≈100 nm) iron islands start to grow on the solid solution layer.  相似文献

Central nervous system tumors related to gliomas are of neuroectodermal origin and cover about 30% of all primary brain tumors. Glioma is not susceptible to any therapy and surgical attack remains one of the main approaches to its treatment. Preoperative tumor imaging methods, such as positron emission tomography (PET), are currently used to distinguish malignant tissue to increase the accuracy of glioma removal. However, PET is lacking a specific visualization of cells possessing certain molecular markers. Here, we report an application of aptamers to enhancing specificity in imaging tumor cells bearing the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). Glioblastoma is characterized by increased EGFR expression, as well as mutations of this receptor associated with active division, migration, and adhesion of tumor cells. Since 2021, EGFR has been included into the WHO classification of gliomas as a molecular genetic marker. To obtain conjugates of aptamers GR20 and GOL1-specific to EGFR, a 4-[18F]fluorobenzylazide radiotracer was used as a synthon. For the production of the synthon, a method of automatic synthesis on an Eckert & Ziegler research module was adapted and modified using spirocyclic iodonium ylide as a precursor. Conjugation of 4-[18F]fluorobenzylazide and alkyne-modified aptamers was carried out using Cu(I)-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) with/without the TBTA ligand. As a result, it was possible to obtain 18F-labelled conjugates with 97% radiochemical purity for [18F]FB-GR20 and 98% for [18F]FB-GOL1. The obtained conjugates can be used for further studies in PET analysis on model animals with grafted glioblastoma.  相似文献
