C9‐Iridoids from Scrophularia buergeriana

Four new iridoids, buergerinins B–E ( 1 – 4 ), along with three known iridoids, were isolated from the roots of Scrophularia buergeriana. Their structures were identified on the basis of spectroscopic analysis.     

邻羟基二苯甲酮类紫外吸收剂离解常数的测定

本工作对两种常见的商品紫外吸收剂——2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮(UV-9)和2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮(UV-0)在基态和激发态时的离解常数进行了测定。对UV-0存在着反常的吸收强度和pH关系曲线作了合理的解释, 并结合测得的离解常数对上述紫外吸收剂耗失能量的机理进行了讨论。     

Hydroxylation of nigranoic acid to 6β-hydroxynigranoic acid by Caryospora carllicarpa YMF1.01026

Microbial transformation of nigranoic acid by Caryospora carllicarpa YMF1.01026 afforded the new derivative 6β-hydro-xynigranoic acid. Its structure was elucidated by spectroscopic methods.     

Synthesis and aggregation behavior of <Emphasis Type="Italic">N</Emphasis>-succinyl-o-carboxymethylchitosan in aqueous solutions

A simple and novel method was developed to successfully synthesize N-succinyl-O-carboxymethylchitosan (NSOCMCS) using N-acylation of chitosan with succinic anhydride. The NSOCMCS structure was characterized by Fourier transform infrared and ¹H nuclear magnetic resonance. The aggregation behaviors of NSOCMCS were studied using fluorescence spectroscopy, dynamic light scattering, and atomic force microscopy techniques. The critical aggregation concentration of NSOCMCS in water was determined to be 0.2–0.3 mg/ml. The apparent hydrodynamic radium of an NSOCMCS aggregate was dependent on the concentration. The aggregates demonstrated a much swollen association conformation in aqueous solution. The possible aggregation mechanisms for the NSOCMCS in water are discussed. Moreover, a driving force to form an open aggregation morphology was revealed in this study. Aggregation behaviors are important physicochemical properties of NSOCMCS, which impact the potential application in the biomedical field.     

TiO(2) porous electrodes with hierarchical branched inner channels for charge transport in viscous electrolytes.

Titanium dioxide (TiO(2)) photoelectrodes with micro/nano hierarchical branched inner channels have been prepared by an electrohydrodynamic (EHD) technique and assembled to form dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). Excellent penetration of ionic-liquid electrolytes and enhanced light harvesting in the longer wavelength region are realized within the composite-structure electrode, thus a better fill factor (ff) of 75.3 % and higher conversion efficiency (eta) of 7.1 % are obtained for viscous ionic-liquid electrolytes compared to pure nanostructured films. Hierarchical branched channels in the photoanodes can efficiently improve the transport properties of redox-active species in viscous electrolytes, which is demonstrated by electrical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The incident monochromatic photon-to-electron conversion efficiency (IPCE) shows that enhanced light scattering in the composite film is of benefit for light harvesting and thus for solar energy conversion efficiency.     

A New Asterosaponin from the Starfish Culcita novaeguineae

A new asterosaponin named novaeguinoside A, along with a known saponin, asteronyl pentaglycoside sulfate, was isolated from the starfish Culcita novaeguineae. The new compound was identitied to be sodium 6α-O-{β-D-fucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-fucopyranosyl-(1→4)-[β-D-quinovopyranosyl-(1→2)]-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-[β-D-quinovopyranosyl}-5α-pregn-9(11)-en-20-one-3β-yl-sulfate by extensive spectral analysis and chemical evidence.     

乙醇酸和DL─乳酸交替共聚物的合成和表征

乙醇酸和ＤＬ－乳酸交替共聚物具有不同于其无规共聚物的理化性能和生物降解性。以ＤＬ－３－甲基－１，４－二烷－２，５－二酮为单体，通过在辛酸亚锡引发下的本体开环聚合，合成了该交替共聚物，并进行了结构表征。     

同步荧光法同时测定苯甲酸和水杨酸的研究

根据苯甲酸与水杨酸在酸性条件下荧光光谱出现的差异，用同步荧光法同时测定其混合物中二组份。苯甲酸及水杨酸的检测限分别为０．２４μｇ／ｍＬ和０．２５μｇ／ｍＬ相对标准偏差分别为１．３％和１．２％。方法用于商品杀菌腐剂中苯甲酸与水杨酸的同时测定，结果满意。     

2-芳基硫杂脯氨酸结构特征的研究

对12种2-芳基硫杂脯氨酸进行了红外光谱和核磁共振谱测定,对其中两个化合物作了质谱测定。结果表明,这类化合物固态时主要以两性离子形式存在;有较强的分子离子峰,是一类较稳定的化合物。它们还存在一对非对映异构体,芳环上的取代基对芳环电子云密度的影响较大,而对四氢噻唑环的影响较小。
