A scalable synthesis of magnetic core–shell nanocomposite particles, acting as a novel class of magnetic resonance (MR) contrast agents, has been developed. Each nanocomposite particle consists of a biocompatible chitosan shell and a poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) core where multiple aggregated γ‐Fe2O3 nanoparticles are confined within the hydrophobic core. Properties of the nanocomposite particles including their chemical structure, particle size, size distribution, and morphology, as well as crystallinity of the magnetic nanoparticles and magnetic properties were systematically characterized. Their potential application as an MR contrast agent has been evaluated. Results show that the nanocomposite particles have good stability in biological media and very low cytotoxicity in both L929 mouse fibroblasts (normal cells) and HeLa cells (cervical cancer cells). They also exhibited excellent MR imaging performance with a T2 relaxivity of up to 364 mMFe?1 s?1. An in vivo MR test performed on a naked mouse bearing breast tumor indicates that the nanocomposite particles can localize in both normal liver and tumor tissues. These results suggest that the magnetic core–shell nanocomposite particles are an efficient, inexpensive and safe T2‐weighted MR contrast agent for both liver and tumor MR imaging in cancer therapy.  相似文献

We investigate the Painleve integrabiiity of nonautonomous nonlinear Schr6dinger (NLS) equations with both space-and time-dependent dispersion, nonlinearity, and external potentials. The Painleve analysis is carried out without using the Kruskal's simplification, which results in more generalized form of inhomogeneous equations. The obtained equations are shown to be reducible to the standard NLS equation by using a point transformation. We also construct the corresponding Lax pair and carry out its Kundu-type reduction to the standard Lax pair. Special cases of equations from choosing limited form of coefficients coincide with the equations from the previous Painleve analyses and/or become unknown new equations.  相似文献

The fabrication of a sparsely networked carbon nanotube (CNT) thin film on a polycarbonate substrate as the conductor electrode and the emitting cathode by a newly proposed laser separation method is reported. Based on this approach, numerous surface protruding tube tips can be structured straightforwardly, which results in favorable field-emission characteristics. A flexible field emitter with a low turn-on voltage of 1.0 V/μm can be obtained. This method also demonstrates the abilities for fabricating a film with precision patterns and varying CNT concentrations as well as the flexibility of direct film formation on a curved surface. Moreover, all fabrication steps are executed in the ambient environment and at room temperature.  相似文献

The reaction mechanisms as well as substituted effect and solvent effect of the enyne–allenes are investigated by Density Functional Theory (DFT) method and compared with the Myers–Saito and Schmittel reactions. The Myers–Saito reaction of non‐substituted enyne–allenes is kinetically and thermodynamically favored as compared to the Schmittel reaction; while the concerted [4 + 2] cycloaddition is only 1.32 kcal/mol higher than the C2? C7 cyclization and more exothermic (ΔRE = ?69.38 kcal/mol). For R1 = CH3 and t‐Bu, the increasing barrier of the C2? C7 cyclization is higher than that for the C2? C6 cyclization because of the steric effect, so the increased barrier of the [4 + 2] cycloaddition is affected by such substituted electron‐releasing group. Moreover, the strong steric effect of R1 = t‐Bu would shift the C2? C7 cyclization to the [4 + 2] cycloaddition. On the other hand, for R1 = Ph, NH2, O?, NO2, and CN substituents, the barrier of the C2? C6 cyclization would be more diminished than the C2? C7 cyclization due to strong mesomeric effect; the reaction path of C2? C7 cyclization would also shift to the [4 + 2] cycloaddition. The solvation does not lead to significant changes in the potential‐energy surface of the reaction except for the more polar surrounding solvent such as dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), or water. We present a systematic study of the structure, magnetization, resistivity, and Hall effect properties of pulsed laser deposited Fe- and Cu-codoped In2O3 and indium-tin-oxide (ITO) thin films. Both the films show a clear ferromagnetism and anomalous Hall effect at 300 K. The saturated magnetic moments are almost the same for the two samples, but their remanent moments Mr and coercive fields HC are quite different. Mr and HC values of ITO film are much smaller than that of In2O3. The ITO sample shows a typical semiconducting behavior in whole studied temperature range, while the In2O3 thin film is metallic in the temperature range between 147 and 285 K. Analysis of different conduction mechanisms suggest that charge carriers are not localized in the present films. The profile of the anomalous Hall effect vs. magnetic field was found to be identical to the magnetic hysteresis loops, indicating the possible intrinsic nature of ferromagnetism in the present samples.  相似文献

We present theoretical photoionization cross sections for He 1s2s 1S and He 1s2p 1P states in a Debye plasma environment by the complex coordinate rotation method, using a finite L2 basis set constructed from one electron Laguerre orbitals. The plasma environment is found to appreciably influence the photoionization cross sections near the ionization threshold. In this regard, the photoionization cross sections of isolated He are compared with other theoretical and experimental results. Our results are in good agreement with the previous results. A new minimum appears in the photoionization cross section curve for the metastable 1s2s 1S state. Results are given for the S- and D-wave partial photoionization for the excited 1s2p 1P state.  相似文献

In this paper we demonstrate how the recently reported exactly and quasi-exactly solvable models admitting quasinormal modes can be constructed and classified very simply and directly by the newly proposed prepotential approach. These new models were previously obtained within the Lie-algebraic approach. Unlike the Lie-algebraic approach, the prepotential approach does not require any knowledge of the underlying symmetry of the system. It treats both quasi-exact and exact solvabilities on the same footing, and gives the potential as well as the eigenfunctions and eigenvalues simultaneously. We also present three new models with quasinormal modes: a new exactly solvable Morse-like model, and two new quasi-exactly solvable models of the Scarf II and generalized Pöschl–Teller types.  相似文献
