Zr-containing mesoporous molecular sieves were synthesized by hydrothermal method using cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide as a template and sodium silicate and zirconium sulfate as raw materials. The structure and morphology of the synthesized samples were characterized via various physicochemical methods, including X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, solid state nuclear magnetic resonance (29Si MAS-NMR) techniques, thermal gravimetric-differential scanning calorimeter (TG-DSC) and N2 physical adsorption, respectively. The effect of the different initial ZrO2:SiO2 molar ratio, the different thermal treatment temperature and the different hydrothermal treatment time on textural property was investigated. The experimental results reveal that the as synthesized samples possess a typical mesoporous structure of MCM-41. On the other hand, the specific surface area and pore volume of the synthesized Zr-MCM-41 mesoporous molecular sieve decrease with the increase of the amount of zirconium incorporated in the starting material, the rise of thermal treatment temperature and the prolonging of hydrothermal treatment time, the mesoporous ordering becomes poor. Also, when the molar ratio of ZrO2:SiO2 in the starting material is 0.1, the mesoporous structure of the Zr-MCM-41 mesoporous molecular sieve still retains after calcination at 750 °C for 3 h or hydrothermal treatment at 100 °C for 6 d, and have specific surface areas of 423.9 and 563.9 m2/g, respectively.  相似文献

The surface structure of the iron oxide nanoparticles obtained by the co-precipitation method has been investigated, and a thin layer of α-FeOOH absorbed on surface of the nanoparticle is confirmed by analyses of Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), X-ray photoelectron spectra (XPS) and surface photovoltage spectroscopy (SPS). After annealed at 400 °C, the α-FeOOH can be converted to γ-Fe2O3. The simple-annealed procedure resulted in the formation of Fe3O4@γ-Fe2O3 core/shell structure with improved stability and a higher magnetic saturation value, and also the simple method can be used to obtain core/shell structure in other similar system.  相似文献

The measurement error of a double-edge wind lidar caused by a disturbed Fabry–Perot interferometer (FPI) is analyzed. Several error sources such as air pressure variations, temperature changes, and mechanical vibrations are considered in the measurement-error model. The simulation results show that a double-edge wind lidar is so sensitive to environmental variations that the measurement error reaches ±60 m/s if the FPI is not stabilized. In order to compensate the external disturbance acting on the FPI, a nonlinear proportional–integral–derivative (PID) control scheme is designed based on the transmission measurement of the calibration channel. An arc tangent function is used to improve the feedback gain of the usual PID control design. The results show that with the new controller the measurement accuracy of the wind lidar can be improved 4–5 times in comparison with the usual control design, and the range of the measurement error is only ±3 m/s.  相似文献

采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)对55个云南省水稻改良品种精米、糙米及其相应的土壤18种矿质元素进行测定与分析, 加标回收率在93.1%~110.2%之间, RSD为0.8%~5.1%。18种矿质元素(S, Mo, Ba, Ni, Fe, Cr, Na, Al, Cu, P, Sn, Zn, B, Mn, Mg, Ca, Sr和K)是功能稻米活性成分的重要部分,精米的平均含量依次为P>K>S>Mg>Ca>Zn>Na>Al>Mn>Fe>Cu>B>Mo>Ni>Sn>Cr>Ba>Sr, 糙米P>K>Mg>S>Ca>Zn>Mn>Al>Na>Fe>Cu>B>Mo>Sn>Ni>Cr>Ba>Sr, 而土壤则为Fe>Al> Ca>K>Mg>P>S>Mn>B>Na>Ba>Zn>Cr>Cu>Ni>Sn>Mo>Sr;精米和糙米除S和P外, 16种矿质元素含量均明显低于土壤;精米和糙米间八种微量元素(Mo, Ni, Cr, Sr, Mn, Zn, Cu, Na)间相关性明显比六种宏量元素(P, K, Mg, Ca, S和Al)间关系密切。云南土壤以富铁铝高钙为主而精米和糙米则以磷钾镁硫为主;以精米为主食比糙米更易诱发慢性病。文章结果可能为功能稻米遗传育种、生产以及人类慢性病和矿质营养不良(Fe, Zn和Ca)问题研究的参考。  相似文献

通过喇叭有效口径渐变法进行了L波段、脉宽30 ns的高功率微波空气以及SF6气体击穿实验,给出了实验中得到的典型波形,分析了空气以及SF6气体击穿对微波传输的影响。实验表明:空气击穿产生等离子体对微波传输的影响主要表现为对微波功率的反射,使微波脉宽变窄,而SF6击穿则主要体现为对微波功率的吸收,使峰值功率降低。关键词: Abstract:Key words:  相似文献

In this paper, an improved interframe registration based nonuniformity correction algorithm for focal plane arrays is proposed. The method simultaneously estimates detector parameters and carries out the nonuniformity correction by minimizing the mean square error between the two properly registered image frames. A new masked phase correlation algorithm is introduced to obtain reliable shift estimates in the presence of fixed pattern noise. The use of an outliers exclusion scheme, together with a variable step size strategy, could not only promote the correction precision considerably, but also eliminate ghosting artifacts effectively. The performance of the proposed algorithm is evaluated with clean infrared image sequences with simulated nonuniformity and real pattern noise. We also apply the method to a real-time imaging system to show how effective it is in reducing noise and the ghosting artifacts.  相似文献

This paper investigates the existence of low-dimensional deterministic chaos in the AT and GC skew profiles of DNA sequences. It has taken DNA sequences from eight organisms as samples. The skew profiles are analysed using continuous wavelet transform and then nonlinear time series methods. The invariant measures of correlation dimension and the largest Lyapunov exponent are calculated. It is demonstrated that the AT and GC skew profiles of these DNA sequences all exhibit low dimensional chaotic behaviour. It suggests that chaotic properties may be ubiquitous in the DNA sequences of all organisms.  相似文献

This paper discusses the forward and inverse problem for cardiac magnetic fields and electric potentials.A torso-heart model established by boundary element method(BEM) is used for studying the distributions of cardiac magnetic fields and electric potentials.Because node-to-node and triangle-to-triangle BEM can lead to discrepant field distributions,their properties and influences are compared.Then based on constructed torso-heart model and supposed current source functional model-current dipole array,the magnetic and electric imaging by optimal constrained linear inverse method are applied at the same time.Through figure and reconstructing parameter comparison,though the magnetic current dipole array imaging possesses better reconstructing effect,however node-to-node BEM and triangleto-triangle BEM make little difference to magnetic and electric imaging.  相似文献

在高温超导滤波器的制备过程中,针对所使用的高温超导薄膜的特点,采用了两种刻蚀方法——湿化学刻蚀法和离子束刻蚀法,设计对比了两种刻蚀的制作流程及其优缺点,并用两种方法分别制备了高温超导滤波器,对微波特性做了对比分析。得出离子束刻蚀对超导薄膜的性能影响要小一些,用此方法制备的高温超导滤波器具有更好的微波特性。  相似文献
