We describe the details of an experiment using an atomic beam of rubidium which allowed us to detect by field ionization techniques the np Rydberg states from n = 28 up to n = 78, to detect also ns and nd states using a Stark mixing, and for all of these detected states to check the classical law Ec = [16n*4]?1 concerning the critical ionizing electric field Ec. A new capillary electrophoretic method for trace analysis of gamma-cyclodextrin, gamma-CD, in a sample of beta-CD has been developed, building on our recent work in which the tetraphenylborate ion, Ph4B-, was found to bind to gamma-CD three orders of magnitude more strongly than to beta-CD. The method involves measurement of the change of net electrophoretic mobility of Ph4B- and its CD complexes in a background electrolyte containing a fixed concentration of beta-CD. Good linearity was found between 1/deltamu and 1/Cgamma where deltamu is the difference in the mobility of Ph4B- in the beta-CD solution at a given and at zero concentration of gamma-CD, and Cgamma the gamma-CD concentration. The limit of detection for gamma-CD in a beta-CD sample was found to be 0.020% (w/w), and high precision and accuracy were obtained. 相似文献

We describe the development and application of nanosensors having bioreceptor probes for bioanalysis. The nanoprobes were fabricated with optical fibers pulled down to tips having distal end sizes of approximately 30–60nm. The use of two different types of receptors was investigated. Fiberoptic nanoprobes were covalently bound either with bioreceptors, such as antibodies, or with other receptors, such as cyclodextrins that are selective for the size and chemical structure of the analyte molecules. Theoretical calculations were performed to model the binding of beta-cyclodextrin with pyrene and 5,6-benzoquinoline, and to illustrate the possibility of comparing experimental data with theoretical data. The antibody-based nanoprobe was used for in situ measurements of benzopyrene tetrol in single cells. The performance of the nanosensor is illustrated by intracellular measurements performed on a rat liver epithelial cell line (Clone 9) used as the model cell system. The usefulness and potential of these nanotechnology-based biosensors in biological research and applications are discussed. 相似文献

报道了利用反射谱带宽调制和光强差分探测技术实现单一光纤光栅温变无补偿位移精确测量的新方法。设计了一种结构新颖的曲臂梁位移传感装置,结合光波导理论与材料力学原理分析了光纤光栅在高斯应变作用下光栅反射谱侧向梯度展宽的成因,理论推导了特殊结构梁在外力作用下光栅反射谱带宽/反射光强与压力之间的响应关系。光栅反射谱侧向梯度展宽的同时反射光强线性增加,利用光强差分检测方法消除光源出光抖动的影响,提高了位移测量精度。基于带宽调制的光纤光栅位移传感方法免受温度变化的影响,在-10℃~80℃的温度变化范围内,测量误差小于1.2%,实现了单光纤光栅温变无补偿位移测量。 相似文献
