ACTIVE IMPACT CONTROL SYSTEM DESIGN WITH A HYDRAULIC DAMPER   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
We propose a new active impact control (or absorber) system that is able to respond to a highly rapid impact and a large flow rate. The system has advantage over a passive system regarding a feasible pressure and displacement regulation. The impact control system constructs both internal and external dampers, that is its orifice is placed inside and outside the hydraulic cylinder. The designed system has a set of logic valves, which respond rapidly to an external impact and are capable of discharging an instant excessive hydraulic flow, and a servo valve to control the pilot chamber of the logic valve. The impact control system is designed and fabricated based on an appropriate mathematical modelling and its dynamic analysis, and on various control performances. The control performance is verified by simulations and experiments.  相似文献

The object of this work is to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the portal frame which consists of two stepped beams including a thin plate and a torsional spring at the discontinuous point and a rigid body connecting each beam tip. This structure is available in a lot of cases that need higher stiffness and linear motion of the tip mass. For example, it might be used for an optical pick-up actuator, using piezoelectric materials, for the high area density CD, DVD or the next generation of optical memory devices, which require superrigidity and linear motion in focusing. The mathematical modelling and the derivation of the equation of motion are given for the cantilevers with identically paralleled and stepped beams. The equation of motion and the associated boundary and the continuous conditions are analytically obtained by using Hamilton's variational principle. The exact solutions are presented and compared with the results obtained by FEM Tool (IDEAS).  相似文献

Assume that each completely irrational noncommutative torus is realized as an inductive limit of circle algebras, and that for a completely irrational noncommutative torus Aw of rank m there are a completely irrational noncommutative torus Aρ of rank m and a positive integer d such that tr(Aw)=1/d.tr(Aρ).It is proved that the set of all C^*-algebras of sections of locally trivial C^*-algebra bundles over S^2 with fibres Aω has a group sturcture,denoted by π1^s(Aut(Aω)),which is isomorphic to Zif Ed>1 and {0} if d>1.Let Bcd be a cd-homogeneous C^*-algebra over S^2×T^2 of which no non-trivial matrix algebra can be factored out.The spherical noncommutative torus Sρ^cd is defined by twisting C^*(T2×Z^m-2) in Bcd ×C^*(Z^m-3) by a totally skew multiplier ρ on T^2×Z^m-2。It is shown that Sρ^cd×Mρ∞ is isomorphic to C(S^2)×C^*(T^2×Z^m-2,ρ)× Mcd(C)×Mρ∞ if and only if the set of prime factors of cd is a subset of the set of prime factors of p.  相似文献

The extraction and separation of aloe emodin were optimized via selective molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction. Molecularly imprinted polymer was prepared from the functional monomer, methacrylic acid and a mixture of ethanol/dodecanol(90/10, volume ratio) as porogen. It overcomes the common problems of imprin-ting biological polar compounds and shows high selectivity compared favorably with those of non-imprinted polymer and commercially available C18 and silica cartridges in similar aloe emodin tests. Good linearity was obtained between 0.002 and 2.5 mg/mL(r2=0.998) with relative standard deviations below 3.3%.  相似文献

The preparation and characterization of gold nanoparticles (~6 nm in diameter) modified with mono-6-thio-β-cyclodextrin (II) is described. The resulting monolayer-protected gold nanoparticles are water-soluble and more stable. The concentration of II plays a crucial role for the distribution of the modified nanoparticles. When the ratio of concentration of II to HAuCl4,[II]/[HAuCl4] ≥ 0.93, a stable gold nanoparticle with uniform distribution and diameter of 6.0 ± 0.9 nm will be obtained. The recognition of modified gold nanoparticles to organic guest molecule is researched. The modified gold nanoparticles can make the electrochemical reduction current of nitrobenzene decrease and can be self-assembled in three-dimensional to form spherical clusters with ligand of methylene green.  相似文献

 采用后合成方法,将含有巯基的化合物3-巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷(MPTMS)键合在大孔径、厚孔壁的新型纯硅介孔分子筛SBA-15表面上,经氧化和酸化后得到含有强酸性的磺酸基团的固体酸催化剂SBA-15-SO3H.用X射线衍射、红外光谱、固体核磁共振及热失重等方法对改性前后的SBA-15样品进行了表征.结果表明,改性后SBA-15分子筛的结构未发生变化,MPTMS键合于分子筛的表面,改性后的分子筛具有质子酸中心.SBA-15-SO3H催化剂对十八碳烯酸与甲醇的酯化反应具有较高的活性,催化剂上的磺酸基团在反应过程中具有较好的稳定性.  相似文献

In this paper, we introduce and solve the following additive (ρ1, ρ2)-functional inequalities ||f(x+y+z)-f(x)-f(y)-f(z)|| ≤ ||ρ1(f(x+z)-f(x)-f(z))||+||ρ2(f(y+z)-f(y)-f(z))||, where ρ1 and ρ2 are fixed nonzero complex numbers with|ρ1|+|ρ2|< 2. Using the fixed point method and the direct method, we prove the Hyers-Ulam stability of the above additive (ρ1, ρ2)-functional inequality in complex Banach spaces. Furthermore, we prove the Hyers-Ulam stability of hom-derivations in C*-ternary algebras.  相似文献

We have fabricated tapered photonic crystal fibers using a fusion splicer and experimentally observed the near-field mode distribution and the beam divergence of it. We have also compared characteristics of the tapered photonic crystal fiber with those of a tapered standard single-mode fiber. Unlike a tapered standard single-mode fiber, the mode field profile of a tapered photonic crystal fiber shows a good confinement of its field within the core region. The numerical apertures of tapered photonic crystal fibers are increased as the diameter of the fiber is decreased.  相似文献
