利用NND有限差分格式,发展了一种新的完全隐式的有限体积数值方法,以求解与时间相关的N-S方程.对通过单元体界面的无粘流和粘性流通量均作隐式处理.对绕流钝锥体和不同攻角的气动辅助实验飞行器的高超声速粘性流和化学反应流获得了定常数值解.对流加热率和流场电子密度的计算值与实验数据进行了比较,符合较好,证实了本方法的精确性. 相似文献

A new myrsinol-type diterpene polyester, 14-deoxo-3β-O-propinoyl-2α,5α,7β,15β-tetra-O-acetyl-14α-O-benzoyl-myrsinol (1), and its known analogue, 14-deoxo-3β-O-prorionyl-5α,15β-di-O-acetyl-7β-O-nicotinoyl-myrsinol-14β-acetate (2), together with a monoterpenoid, pubinernoid A (3), two indole alkaloids, neoechinulin A (4) and dihydroxyisoechinulin A (5), two benzene derivatives, siringin (6) and (3-methoxyphenyl) acetic acid (7), were isolated from the 70% acetone extract of the aerial parts of Euphorbia dracunculoides Lam. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic evidence and comparison with literature reports. The absolute configuration of 1 was deduced by comparing experimental and calculated ECD spectra. Among them, compounds 4 and 5 were first obtained from the plant source. In addition, the 13C NMR data of compound 2 was reported for the first time. 相似文献

Five cyclometalated iridium(III) complexes with 2‐phenylimidazo[4,5‐f][1,10]phenanthroline derivatives ( IrL1 – IrL5 ) were synthesized and developed to image and track mitochondria in living cells under two‐photon (750 nm) excitation, with two‐photon absorption cross‐sections of 48.8–65.5 GM at 750 nm. Confocal microscopy and inductive coupled plasma‐mass spectrometry (ICP‐MS) demonstrated that these complexes selectively accumulate in mitochondria within 5 min, without needing additional reagents for membrane permeabilization, or replacement of the culture medium. In addition, photobleaching experiments and luminescence measurements confirmed the photostability of these complexes under continuous laser irradiation and physiological pH resistance. Moreover, results using 3D multicellular spheroids demonstrate the proficiency of these two‐photon luminescent complexes in deep penetration imaging. Two‐photon excitation using such novel complexes of iridium(III) for exclusive visualization of mitochondria in living cells may substantially enhance practical applications of bioimaging and tracking. 相似文献

Well-dispersed Au/Bi nanoparticles with average size below 10 nm were prepared by using NaBH4 to reduce HAuCl4 with glucose as dispersant. The obtained Au/Bi NPs were well characterized by UV-Vis spectra, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and electrochemical measurements. The electrochemical study found that Bi adlayers on the surface of Au nanoparticles owns two kinds of surface structures, including a low coverage (2 × 2)-Bi adlayer and a close-packed (p × √3)-2 Bi adlayer due to the strong interaction between the two Bi layers and the below Au atoms, which is same with that bulk on Au surface. 相似文献

为了扩大WC-Ni-Mo-PbO四组元复合材料在工程实际中的应用范围,利用中频感应热压法制备了Wc-Ni-Co-Mo-PbO系高温自润滑金属陶瓷材料,并对其物理机械性能和摩擦学性能进行了试验研究,结果表明,含镍和钴这两组元之重量比为2的Wc-Ni-Co-Mo_PbO材料的综合性能最好,即使在600℃的高温下也具有较高的机械强度和相当好的摩擦学性能,且其在高速、重载下的摩擦磨损性能也比较好,X射线衍射分析发现,这种材料在600℃时的摩擦表面形成了均匀分布的PbWO4膜,这是其在高温下具有良好自润滑性的根本原因,在烧结温度下,WC可溶解于钴相形成面心立方结构的Co3W3C、Co2W4C和Co3W6C化合物,这能增强材料中金属相与陶瓷相的结合力。在自然降温冷却过程中,从钴相中析出Co3W和元素碳,后者可与钼形成MoC,进而形成Wc-MoC固溶体,这既能细化WC晶粒,又能强化晶界,而且钴与镍形成的连续固溶体可以使金属相得以强化。这些都是提高材料的高温机械性能和摩擦学性能的直接原因。 相似文献
