荧光素和苯磺酰氯间反应机理研究

在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺存在下,荧光素和苯磺酰氯间的反应经历串联两步:首先荧光素被苯磺酰氯酯化,然后生成的氯离子亲核进攻芳碳,取代苯磺酰氧基,后者是良好的离去基团。反应的结果是氯取了荧光素的酚羟基,反应机理由本工作找到的关键中间体证实。     

New Cyclolignan Esters and Their Antidiabetic Activitity from the Root of Rhus semialata

Rhus semialata is one of five Rhus species (Anacardiaceae), distributed in the island of Taiwan. In the early days,the pericarp of R. semialata was commonly used as a substitute of salt by indigenous mountain people. The root of it is also a folk herb for treating diarrhea, spermatorrhea and malaria.[1,2] This paper describes the isolation and structural elucidation of new cyclolignan esters 3 and 4, and two known compounds: cyclolariciresinol (1) and lynoiresinol (2) isolated from the n-butanol extract of R. semialata.     

掠入射平场光栅谱仪消级次重叠技术的实验研究

利用掠入射反射短波截止原理,成功地实现了平场光栅谱仪的无级次重叠摄谱.实验结果表明,利用该方法来消除平场光栅谱仪中短波长的高级谱对所考察波段的一级谱的影响是简便而有效的.实验获得了镁激光等离子体在4.4～5.6nm,5.9～11.8nm,7.0～14.0nm三个不同波段的近似的纯一级谱.     

Simulation of Chemical Processes in Repetitively Pulsed Atmospheric Plasmas

We numerically simulate the temporal evolutions of the densities of charged and neutral species in a plasma generated with repetitively pulsed discharge in atmospheric environment at 60 km altitude. The particles are divided into three categories according to their temporal behaviour. All charged particles exhibit oscillations with the same frequency as the driven power. Densities of elements O, N and H increase in a long-time scale. Densities of O3 and NO increase firstly and then decrease at t=0.65s; in particular, they have very similar density evolution profiles to each other.

The forming ability of quasicrystal phase has a relationship with the atomic bond factors based on differences in atom size and electron factors.Usually,those factors or their combination are used to describe the forming ability,stability of alloys,etc.In this paper,the quasicrystal alloy forming abilities for the fifth and sixth transition metals(Y,Zr,Nb,Mo,Ru,Rh,Pd and La,Hf,Ta,W,Re,Os,Ir,Pt) based alloys have been studied by the size factor and the atomic parametric function.It has been found that an ell...     

Characteristics of a 4-fold segmented clover detectore

Four high-purity germanium 4-fold segmented Clover detectors have been applied in the experiment of neutron-rich nucleus 21N. The performance of those four Clovers have been tested with radioactive sources and in-beam experiments, and the main results including energy resolution, peak-to-total ratios, the variation of the hit pattern distribution in different crystals of one Clover detector with the energy of γ ray, and absolute full energy peak detection effciency curve, were presented.     

一类奇摄动非线性激波问题

Using the method of matched asymptotic expansions,the shock solutions for a class of singularly perturbed nonlinear problems are discussed.The relation of the shock solutions and their boundary conditions is obtained.And the known results are generalized.     

γ-巴豆酰内酯激发态动力学的共振拉曼光谱和完全活性空间自洽场(CASSCF)计算研究

采用共振拉曼光谱和完全活性空间自洽场(CASSCF)方法研究了γ-巴豆酰内酯的光吸收S₂态的结构动力学和衰变机制. 采用含时密度泛函理论方法结合光谱实验确认了紫外光谱和振动光谱. 获得了涵盖A-带吸收的4个激发波长下的共振拉曼光谱. 用CASSCF计算得到了S_1,min, S_2,min, T_1,min, T_2,min和T_3,min及其相关势能面交叉点的结构与能量. 研究了A-带共振拉曼光谱强度模式与S_2,min和CI(S₂/S₁)交叉点结构的关系. 借助El-Sayed规则分析了各系间窜跃路径的效率, 提出了γ-巴豆酰内酯从S_2,FC弛豫到基态S₀的2条主要路径: 内转换路径和系间窜跃路径.     

熔制坩埚对CaO-Al2O3-MgO-SiO2系矿渣微晶玻璃结构与性能的影响

以白云鄂博二次选后尾矿、高炉渣和粉煤灰为主要原料,采用熔融法分别在氧化铝坩埚和石墨坩埚熔制制得CaO-Al2O3-MgO-SiO2 (CAMS)系微晶玻璃,利用DSC、XRD、SEM、EDS、ICAP、XPS等测试手段,研究了不同坩埚熔制对微晶玻璃成分、显微结构及性能的影响.研究表明:高温玻璃熔液对氧化铝坩埚的侵蚀作用及石墨坩埚的还原作用,使基础玻璃中Al2O3和Fe2O3含量发生较大变化,氧化铝坩埚熔制制备的基础玻璃有一个析晶峰,温度为905 ℃,对应的微晶玻璃主晶相为含铁透辉石Ca(Mg,Al) (Si,Al)2O6,而石墨坩埚熔制制备的基础玻璃出现两个析晶峰,温度分别为866℃和805℃,对应的微晶玻璃主晶相透辉石Ca(Mg,Al) (Si,Al)2O6和次晶相柯石英SiO2,由于以上原因导致制备的微晶玻璃在显微结构及理化性能上也存在一定的差异.
