Abstract

A drimane-type sesquiterpene, (+)-dendocarbin L (1) together with two bisabolane-type sesquiterpenes, (+)-sydonic acid (2) and (+)-sydowic acid (3) were isolated from the mycelium of Pestalotiopsis microspora HF 12440, an endophytic fungus from the stem of Artocarpus heterophyllus. The structures of all compounds were elucidated using spectroscopic methods and by comparison with the literature. Compound 1 was isolated from the fungi for the first time, compounds 2 and 3 were firstly obtained from this endophytic fungus. Compound 3 showed cytotoxicity (IC50 2.56?μg/mL) against murine leukemia P-388 cells.  相似文献

In this paper, a new dynamic model is presented for the experimental data generated by the Madison Symmetric Torus (MST) machine. The model is based on a modified sine-Gordon (SG) dynamic equation. The modified sine-Gordon equation model effectively captures the behavior of the slinky mode in reversed-field pinch experiments. In addition, this paper demonstrates how the derived model accurately describes the behavior of the localized magnetohydrodynamic mode (slinky mode) that appears in reversed-field pinch toroidal magnetic confinement systems. The modified SG equation model is solved analytically by using the perturbation method. The resulting model is fit to match a variety of experimental results in the MST reversed-field pinch experiment. The efficacy of the newly developed model in effectively representing the slinky mode is verified by comparing obtained analytical solution to experimentally measured data.  相似文献

Brassica oleracea L. var. capitata f. rubra (Red Cabbage) dye is composed mainly of natural pigment called anthocyanins used as a natural colourant. Wool and silk fibres were dyed with the aqueous extract obtained from red cabbage. The dyeing process was investigated and the combined effects of dyeing conditions on the colour yield parameter (K/S) were studied. Resulted fastness to wash, rubbing and light of the dyed fabrics were evaluated. Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) and Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD5) of the residual effluent were measured. Best dyeing conditions were found to be: 50 g/100 mL, pH 2, 60 min and 100 °C, respectively, for the red cabbage weight, pH, dyeing duration and temperature. Good fastnesses properties were found in both cases: for wool and silk fabrics. It was found also that the calculated biodegradability ratio (COD/BOD5) of the residual bath of dyeing wool and silk with red cabbage extract are lower than 1.5 which means that these baths are biodegradable.  相似文献

In this paper, we derive the explicit expressions of the Markov semi-groups constructed by Biane (ESAIM Probab Stat 15:S2–S10, 2011) from the restriction of a particular positive definite function on the complex unimodular group \(SL(2,{\mathbb {C}})\) to two commutative subalgebras of its universal \(C^{\star }\)-algebra. Our computations use Euclidean Fourier analysis together with the generating function of Laguerre polynomials with index \(-\,1\), and yield absolutely-convergent double series representations of the semi-group densities. We also supply some arguments supporting the coincidence, noticed by Biane as well, occurring between the heat kernel on the Heisenberg group and the semi-group corresponding to the intersection of the principal and the complementary series. To this end, we appeal to the metaplectic representation \(Mp(4,{\mathbb {R}})\) and to the Landau operator in the complex plane.

We derive an integral representation for the subelliptic heat kernel of the complex anti-de Sitter fibration. Our proof is different from the one used in Wang (Potential Anal 45:635–653, 2016) since it appeals to the commutativity of the D’Alembertian and of the Laplacian acting on the vertical variable rather than the analytic continuation of the heat semigroup of the real hyperbolic space. Our approach also sheds the light on the connection between the sub-Laplacian of the above fibration and the so-called generalized Maass Laplacian, and on the role played by the odd dimensional real hyperbolic space.  相似文献

Vapor pressures of four pure pentaerythritol esters, PE, pentaerythritol tetrapentanoate, pentaerythritol tetraheptanoate, pentaerythritol tetranonanoate and pentaerythritol tetra 2-ethylhexanoate were measured between 334 and 476 K in a recently developed gas saturation apparatus. The experimental vapor pressure values for the four polyolesters range from 5.6 × 10−5 Pa to 0.94 Pa. These data together with density values were used to determined SAFT and PC-SAFT characteristic parameters. The linearity of molecular parameters for both models with the molecular weight permits to interpolate and extrapolate these parameters for pentaerythritol ester with linear chains. For pentaerythritol esters with ethyl-alkanoic chains, the parameters of SAFT and PC-SAFT have been estimated assuming that the slope of these straight lines is the same for PEs with linear chains that for PE with branched chains. This procedure was used to predict density of commercial POEs, estimating the molecular weight when it is not available from the viscosity at 313.15 K. PC-SAFT gives better performances than SAFT to predict density data for these four compounds at high pressures and for other PEs at atmospheric pressure. Furthermore, characteristic parameters for Soave-Redlich-Kwong and Peng Robinson EoSs were also estimated from the experimental vapor pressures and literature density values.  相似文献

An enantioselective copper‐catalyzed asymmetric conjugate addition of Me2Zn to (Z)‐nitroalkenes led to the formation of all‐carbon quaternary stereogenic centers with high stereoselectivity. The key features of the new method are the unprecedented use of [(MeCN)4Cu]PF6 in conjunction with the Hoveyda ligand L1 and the use of (Z)‐nitroalkene substrates so that undesired nitroalkene isomerization is minimized and enantioselectivity is enhanced dramatically. We also describe a novel, practical, and highly (Z)‐selective nitroalkene synthesis.  相似文献

A sequential allyl vinyl ether formation-Claisen rearrangement process catalyzed by a palladium(II)-phenanthroline complex is reported. The effects of allylic alcohol structure, type of vinylating agent, and palladium catalysts are discussed. This method provides a convenient approach to gamma,delta-unsaturated aldehydes under mild conditions that avoid the use of toxic Hg(II) catalysts. The new methodology has been successfully demonstrated on the kilogram scale.  相似文献
