利用强流脉冲电子束 (HCPEB) 技术对金属纯锆进行表面处理, 采用X射线衍射, 扫描电子显微镜及透射电子显微镜详细分析了辐照诱发的表层微观结构和缺陷. X射线分析结果表明, HCPEB辐照后在材料表层诱发幅值为GPa量级的压应力, 并形成{0002}, {1012}, {1120}及{1013}织构. 表层微观结构观察表明, 与其他金属材料不同, HCPEB辐照在材料表层诱发的熔坑数量极少, 多次轰击甚至几乎没有表面熔坑的形成. 此外, 在快速的加热和冷却状态下, 在表面熔化层形成大量的超细晶粒结构, 同时诱发马氏体相变和强烈的塑性变形. 1次HCPEB辐照后表层内形成的变形微结构以位错为主, 孪晶数量较少; 5 次辐照样品的位错密度迅速增高, 孪晶数量也显著增加; 10次辐照后样品中的变形微结构以变形孪晶为主, 且出现二次孪晶现象. 表层晶粒内部变形的晶体学特征不仅决定了表层的织构演化行为, 而且还起到细化晶粒的作用, 为纯锆及锆合金表面强化提供了一条有效的途径. 关键词: 强流脉冲电子束 纯锆 微观结构 应力状态  相似文献

为了解决量子信令远程传输损伤问题,提出了一种量子信令中继器模型. 在该模型中,首先对接收到的信令量子态进行纠缠纯化和纠缠分发,这样就可在收发双方之间建立纠缠信道. 其次,通过纠缠交换,传送所要发送的量子信令,从而完成量子信令的中继. 仿真结果表明,在保真度为0.98、纠缠对成功建立概率为0.98的条件下, 信令中继成功率可以达到97%以上;在纠缠交换概率、纯化概率和纠缠对成功建立概率都为0.98时, 量子信令中继器的吞吐量可达到183kbps,以上各项指标能够有效满足量子通信对信令中继的要求. 关键词: 量子通信 量子信令 纠缠纯化 纠缠分发  相似文献

Abstract

A synchrotron X-ray diffraction study on hexagonal graphite-like boron nitride (h-BN) was performed under high pressures and temperatures. From the measured P-V-Trelation for h-BN (with a three-dimensional ordering parameter P3 = 0.9) in the temperature range from 298 to 1273 K and up to 6.7 GPa, the thermoelastic parameters are derived by fitting a modified high temperature Birch-Murnaghan equation of state. The results are: bulk modulus B0[GPa] = 27.6-0.0081(T[K]-298) and its pressure derivative B1 = 10.5 + 0.0016(T [K] - 298). These values are for samples with P3 = 0.9 and are quite different for samples with different values of the order parameter. This parameter is shown to have a leading role in the determination of the thermoelastic properties of h-BN, which explains and reconciles the differences between previous results.  相似文献

Abstract

This paper presents a constant mass high pressure isothermal calorimeter and describes the range of applications that this type of equipment can deal with. As an example, the thermophysical properties of an aqueous solution of MgSO4 at low temperature and at high pressure have been investigated. The main results showed that the phase change heat of the solution decreased with increasing pressure and the phase change temperature of the eutectic concentration was depressed under high pressure. Those changes could be related to the MgSO4 solubility and to water latent heat changes.  相似文献

Abstract

We have investigated Cu, Zn Superoxide Dismutase (Cu, Zn SOD) metal sites at high pressure using X-ray absorption. XAS (X-ray Absorption Spectroscopy) gives information on local structure and it is particularly suited to metal site investigation. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first time that protein conformational states have been investigated using the high pressure XAS technique. Cu, Zn SOD catalyses the dismutation of toxic oxygen radicals produced in cells; this reaction occurs at the copper metal site. Structural changes around the copper, induced by pressure, can be directly related to protein substates. Their characterisation is thus important in the understanding of protein activity.

The high-pressure device was a Paris-Edinburgh large volume cell.

Experiments were performed on lyophilised Cu, Zn SOD between 0 and 48 kbar at the copper and zinc K-edges. The two metal local atomic environments have a different behaviour as pressure increases: copper exhibits a more flexible environment; on the contrary, zinc shows small structural modifications. We have identified a state, formed between 3 and 8 kbar, which is stable up to 48 kbar.  相似文献

Cryogenic Permanent Magnet Undulators (CPMU) have been recently developed following the original concept proposed in 2004 [1 Hara, T. 2004. Phys. Rev. ST AB, 7: 050702 [Google Scholar]]. CPMUs are In-Vacuum Undulators (IVU) improved by means of permanent magnet materials operated at cryogenic temperatures. At low temperature, NdFeB-type materials have high remanence Br together with high coercivity HcJ. The remanence is directly linked to the field performance of the undulator while the coercivity is connected to the resistance to radiation-induced demagnetization. For the NdFeB material, a limitation is found at about 135 K due to a Spin Reorientation Transition (SRT). This effect sets a lower limit on the temperature of operation of NdFeB-based CPMUs but does not disqualify the NdFeB material. The PrFeB material is being currently evaluated as a possible alternative to NdFeB. The field measurements of a CPMU represent a substantial effort. The field integral and local field need to be accurately measured to evaluate the impact of cooling on the field quality. During the last three years, a number of full-scale CPMUs have been constructed in several facilities.  相似文献

Abstract

A new diamond anvil cell and a helium flow cryostat have been developed for x-ray diffraction on single crystals at low temperatures and high pressures using the white radiation of a synchrotron beam. This novel instrument especially enables continuous change of sample temperature and pressure without any adjustment of alignment. A minimum temperature of 46 K has been reached.

Abstract

Neptunium and plutonium monosulfides were studied under high pressure up to ~60 GPa using a diamond anvil cell in an energy dispersive X-ray diffraction facility. The compounds, of cubic rock salt structure type at ambient pressure, do not show any crystallographic phase transition in the domain of investigation. From the pressure-volume relationship, we determined bulk moduli of 92 and 120 GPa with pressure derivatives of 4.6 and 4.1 for NpS and PUS respectively.  相似文献

提出了一种用于评估植物生长状况及环境监测的激光诱导叶绿素荧光寿命测量方法. 采用波长355 nm的激光作为光源激发叶绿素荧光, 由光电倍增管接收其荧光信号, 由于被测叶绿素荧光衰减函数与激光脉冲、仪器响应函数卷积在一起, 根据它们的特性, 运用时间分辨测量法分别测得叶绿素荧光及其背景信号, 并结合一种新型解卷积算法可分离出真实的叶绿素荧光衰减函数, 从而获取叶绿素的荧光寿命. 测试结果表明: 该方法能够实现叶绿素荧光寿命的高精度实时监测, 对不同叶绿素含量的溶液荧光寿命进行了测试, 证明叶绿素含量与其荧光寿命具有相关性, 并且拟合了叶绿素含量与荧光寿命的标定曲线. 关键词: 荧光寿命 激光诱导荧光 时间分辨测量法 叶绿素含量  相似文献
